i used this product for about a month before i called the company back and stopped anymore shipments and orders....i got a full refund and i canceled my debit card....because they sold my info to another company without my concent. this product made me gain 10pounds plus i was bloated out of control.....and it was hard for me to go to the bathroom...this is a scam and it does not work!

I play Pro volleyball for Canada and usually everything I eat or take is what my trainer/doctors have asked me to take or eat. for the first time I tried something on my own. I broke my legg and I was away for 7 months and I thought this product might help to get me back on my healthy diet and everything, but it made everything worse. Other than them charging me twice for the first month and not stopping afterwards, this problem doesnt work welll for people who are super active. Everytime I decided to play or go to gym or any high physical activities, it made me go to the washroom non stop. After talking to 4 doctors, the best conclussion is to eat more liquieds and fiber rather than this crap. Eating 3 toasts with each meal or green and fruits, specially apples and oranges have way better effect. One more thing, if you are female and if you are about to have your Period, DO NOT even think about this product!!

Do not buy from this company! I thought I was buying one product from them one time. But they put me on a continuity program where they automatically took money out of my bank account every other month. The other mistake I made was I used my debit card. Do not use your debit card with companies like this! I did not ask for this! They do not make it clear what you are paying for. Their customer service does not speak clear english and they sound like robots because they are reading the information they are saying too you. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they only connect me with another one of them. They make you wait 8 days to find out if you are getting a refund. And then you have to call them to see if you will recieve it. I have not recieved a refund and it has been 3 weeks. Dual Action Cleanse has stolen my money without my permission! Do not buy from this company I do not want this to happen to you.

This is the worst company of all time. I cancelled this product because they charged me for a continuity program i NEVER signed up for. They told me they have no record of me calling and cancelling. Even though they assured me theyd take care of the refund. TOo bad this was after the 30 day cut off nd now they wont give me the money back. They also hang up on me whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor. I'm psoitive everyone that works there does not exist. Also they are clearly have no brains and do not know how to log things into a computer. How this company has existed so long is beyond me. This is the second crappy experience Ive had with this company. It's run by uneducated jerks who pretend they understand the english language when in reality all they know how to do is hang up on you. Call it a day and report it to the better business burea.

I bought this product and used it for 3 weeks, with the others reported that i experienced itching and heavy cramps. I immediately stopped using it per my doctors request. He said that this product does not work. I tried calling their customer service dept and they have promised to refund what i paid, to date, i have not received my refund, im very angry with this product, i wish i never bought it.

Any time you order an auto-ship product you are "testing", don't use your credit or debit card. If you have a PayPal accountDownload & install the free PayPalPlug-in.exe file. (Do a Google search for "PayPal Plugin")
This will generate a one-time usage "virtual card", complete with expiration date and security code. It expires after your one time use, so it cant be "stolen" or misused. The funds are deducted from your PayPal account. There is no way to link it back to your bank account or actual credit card either, you are protected.

I have used the Dual Action Cleanse, this product does work I've had the best BM's every, the only negative side was cramping in my legs and arms because of lose of fluids from the body with those BM's, this is where common sense comes into play, drink more liquids. I read some of these responses and notice some are expecting to lose weight overnight which is ludicrous, the same weight it took years to gain. People drink plenty of water with this product and there shouldn't be a problem, also EXERCISING won't hurt.

I started using this product a few months ago, shortly after I started I developed a rash all over and incredible itching all over my body. It felt like an intense itch that was inside my skin. I was scratching so bad that I was making myself bleed. Anyways, I went to the E.R. and they ran a few tests and put me on steriods and an antibiotic. As soon as the itching started I stopped taking the pills, I guess as they came out of my system, thats when the itching stopped. I went through all that pain and the product never even worked. I will never ever take it again or recommend it to anyone!

I bought this product last night after seeing it at our local discount store. I have seen the infomercials several times and was impressed with what they were saying about loosing weight. I want to drop a couple of pounds so I bought it for $39.95. I took the first dose last night and one this morning. After the second dose I started having diarrhea and I am itching all over my body. So I went to their website to try to find more info. There was not much there so I googled the product and found this site. I got my husband up out of bed to read some of the complaints. I noticed there are 12 pages of complaints and only 2 pages of those who are happy with the product. My husband immediately flushed the rest of this product down the toilet and I will Never take more of it. I wasted $39.95 however, I feel more fortunate than most who used a credit card.

I am trying to cancel this product. They had been sending me this and it does not work. I get a order in the mail twice in three weeks. They just sent me a order saying the bill will be 87 dollars. I have been trying to call them all day. No toll free number. I tried to email them and can't. I have been had and this is unacceptable. I am so thankful that my account is max out. I am a sales rep who sells dual action clense. I can clear some things up for you people.
First of all, everytime a sale is made over the phone (which is the order taking i do) the customer is explained TWICE that they must call customer service to cancel or alter the shipments, and that they may do that at any time. If you ordered over the phone, then you herd this twice...
"In (2) or (6) months, and every (2 or 6) months thereafter, you will conveintly recieve a fresh supply of the clense, and the account you used today will continue to be charged the 69.85 (or 159.65) with each shipment, and you call to cancel or costomize your shipments at anytime."
That statement is read back twice, once before price, and once after. Same thing for the max kid, green tea, and 12 in 0ne. If you ordered over the phone and were "shocked" when you were charged for more and sent more, then your an idiot and you dont listen. If infact the sales rep chooses not to read back confirmation, then he or she is fired, as all calls are listened to, and the order is cancelled or called back.
Second of all there is an opt out otion on every product you willl ever buy. The opt out option is not the deep discount, adn thus is 79.95 plus 9.95 shipping. This will eb a onetime shipment only, and each customer does have thhat option. I can tell you i have taken countlless re-orders on this product, and there are people who this works well for.
Bottom line, if your dumb enough to order something off and informertial and your read back twice that they will continue to send you and charge you and you still don't pick up on it, then you deserve to have all your money drained from your account. Thats how any product works. Its basic marketing, and they arne't breaking any laws at all. Trust me, these guys are scripted as shit, by the book, legal verbal contracts every sale. Just don't be such suckers.

Always pay with your credit card so that you can file a chargeback if the company starts playing games or the product is a scam. In addition to having to refund you, they will have to pay the credit card company a large chargeback fee, which will eventually discourage them from these shenanigans.

I asked my own doctor about this. He told me flat out that it's a scam, which is shocking considering how sue happy everyone is these days. In other words, I'm surprised he didn't waffle on his answer. The one thing he specifically told me is that humans aren't equipped with "pipes". Their claim that "gunk" is insides us questionable at best, and is all contingent on your last bowel movement anyway.
Please, do as I did and ASK YOUR DOCTOR before buying this product. He or she, i hope, will be forthright with their answer.

I ordered this product on 06/01/08. The total charge on my receipt was $73.40. Found out 3 days later my checking account was charged $83.35 by Dual Action. Called to report this, they said THEIR total showed $83.35, I had to fax them a copy of my receipt for them to process a $9.95 refund to my account that would take 24-48 hours. Still not done (it's 06/13/08). My receipt also said I would receive my product in 3-5 business days as I paid for rush shipping $13.50. Still don't have it. Was garunteed Friday 06/06/08 that it was shipped. Called Monday, still not shipped. Called Tuesday, garunteed it was shipped out Monday afternoon and that I would have my product by Friday, 06/13/08. Advised the rep that if I don't have by that date, I'll be contacting the BBB. Didn't get, called again...STILL NOT SHIPPED. Called my bank, still no shipping refunds. Researched online tonight, which I wish I had done to begin with, called them again, told them to cancel my order I don't want it and I want my money back. Was told by a "manager" that I would be refunded the TOTAL amounts debited from my account and that he will be sending me an email for confirmation of this. Also, he'll include confirmation of NEVER being charged again. He told me that it already shipped today, I can just keep it when I get it! Informed him I don't want this product, nor will I ever use it. Asked him why I'd be refunded the full amount if they have already shipped it. He wants me to be "satisified" with the company. Told him that would never happen and that I'm thankful I never started taking the product. Still waiting for the email confirmation from him. IF I do get it, I'll reply asking him to sign & date it and then mail me the original. What's an email???? He should have offered to MAIL it to me in writing to begin with! DON'T EVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT AND IF YOU DO....AND THEN YOU SEE THESE MESSAGES...DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. From what I have read, this is NOT good for you and can effect your health significantly. Please be careful.
