on about 9/2/07 i heard the radioi informercial on this produce. I called 800-560-6559 listened to offer and decided not to order until i had reseached some. On 9/111/07 i got a call back from a mr brown from 207-262-6233. he told me i was to get a special deal that day and it was like $29.95 plus 4.00 shipping for a 60 day supply and after 30 days if not satisfied i could get a full refund. i decided to try it and i gave mr brown my credit card info. then he asvised me that it would be and automated reorder ievery 60 days and charged to my card. i said you tricked me because i did not know i was going to be charged for automatic refills and i told him i did not want the produce now. mr brown tried to change my mind and i refused. i also advised him if he charged my card i will report to attorney generals office in the state of washington. im waiting to see if they ship to me and charged my card. he told me my credit card info had been distroyed.

Before I bought this, I was pooping every other day. Afterwards, however I pooped like once a week. I pooped blood too. I think this crap ruptured my colon.

My mother-in-law is a big believer in homeopathic stuff, so she ordered this stuff and then got a ton of bottles for my wife and I. I knew the stuff was a waste of time and money, so I humored her. On the upside, that was perhaps one of the most legendary Class 1 downloads of my life... What people need to realize is that any of these so-called 'Colon Cleansing' products are an overpriced scam. The capsules contain nothing more than rice husks (psyllium husks, the stuff they make mucilage out of), which swell up in your intestines, taking on the shape of your bowels. When you pass them, it looks like you just passed 30 years worth of nasty bowel buildup, but it's just the food you ate with the capsules, and the slimy stuff is the natural mucus that coats your stomach and intestines (to keep your stomach acid from eating yourself). The guy whose doctor accused him of laxative use? The husks are used as a natural laxative, and will affect your colon up a bit if used regularly. They make you feel bloated as they're swelling up in your intestines. If you really want to see what your large intestine looks like, go down to your local health food store and buy a pound of these husks for about 4 bucks. You can make about 4000 capsules for under $20, and they'll have the exact same effect on your gutty-whatties, at a fraction of the costs. Hell, start your own door-to-door colon blowing business if you want.

I was on-line considering buying this product, after further research I elected not comfirm my order, but quicker than I could clear the screen they captured my order and billed me. I called the company, they gave a RMA and instructed me to send back for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago still no refund I continously call aways to hear we did not receive you RMA in our warehouse yet. I'm currently filing a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau

I am writing this to inform a few people who may be interested in buying this product. I am a former employee of a company that sells Dual action cleanse. At this business I would answer incoming calls and attempt to convince whoever was on the phone to buy this product; not only would we convince a person to buy that but we would also have to convince them to buy other products. Dual action cleanse is a scam, and I refused to try it out for myself. Every person that calls, whether it is a week from the time they saw the ad, or the instant they watched it on tv, is the 100th caller. That discounted price you may be quoted is going to put you on an autoship program. Shipping takes forever. Upgrading your shipping costs more money and that is your only option if you do not want to wait a month or more to receive the product. The company that I worked for is not a scam, they are a legitimate company that makes money as being a telemarketing center, unfortunately their main source of income is from Dual action cleanse. I've used a fake name above and will not disclose what center I worked for nor the state that I live in because I am here to just warn people to STAY AWAY from dual action cleanse.

This product made me sick (literally) to my stomach. I had bloating really bad for the first two days, which I thought would subside, but it only got worse. I returned the remaining unused product and have yet to receive a refund. This has been going on for 3 months now. Stay away from this company!! You've been warned.

After seeing the infomercial my husband and I decided to try the Dual Action Cleanse program. I called the toll free number and talked with a representative about how the program works.I wanted to make sure that this wasn't an autoship program, she assured me that it wasn't. Well, I should have known better, 6 months later debitcard was charged again for 159.00. I called customer service and was told the system was down and I would need to call back. I did call back and this time made sure that the representative had my account pulled up before explaining the purpose of my call. I explained that I was told that this was not auto ship , that I would have to call to re-order if I wanted more, his response was that I would have had to agree to auto ship plan, I explained that I didn't, well to make a long story short, he wanted to offer me his employee discount as a credit, that would only be the shipping charges. I explained that I did not want the product and did not agree to more shipments and wanted my money back. His comment was that he would turn this over to Insurance dept. for investigation and they would pull the recorded phone conversation to see if I agreed or not. Of course he said that this could take awhile since they have thousands of recorded calls. He let me know this was non-refundable unless they could prove that I did not agree. I will not give up, this is a rip-off, I will never trust anything like this again. If you can't buy it in the stores, I don't want it. As far as the product, both my husband and I used it following the directions, I did not see any results and neither did he.

I also thought about trying this product but had second thoughts. As like so many others, I had already entered my credit card information on the page as well. And even though I never confirmed the order, my credit card was billed twice for $69.85. Not only was I charged twice for that amount, I was also charged for shipping. And according to the website shipping is supposed to be free with autoship. Upon learning my credit card had been charged I contacted dual action cleanse. I told them I never comfirmed the order and that I did not want the product. Their only response was that to send the order back as soon as they arrive. All I had to do was write return to sender on the package. They even gave me two RMA numbers to write on the package. However, I did not wait to receive the product. I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau responsible for that area of California. ([]) And this is the honest truth. Within five days of me being charged for two orders I did not order, my credit card was refunded the full amount. My refund was credited before I even received the two shipments of DAC. Dual Action Cleanse is a A rated member of the BBB so if you file a complaint, DAC will respond aoccrdingly. So my advice to all of you that are having trouble with DAC file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And I also suggest that if you used a credit card that you request a new card with a new number so you will not receive any future shipments. I had the feeling that if I did not cancel the other card, DAC would keep sending me shipments. And as so many of you know, only the first shipment is refundable.

I did a partial order on the web. I noticed on the summary page that they had messed up some of the digits of my phone number, so I did not complete the order. However, since I had already given them my credit card, they charged and shipped it. The same day I also ordered over the phone since the web order didn't seem right. I ended up being billed twice. I only received one of the shipments, but they told me on the phone that 2 shipments went out. I did manage to get them to credit $30 back to my card. I also disputed one of the charges with my credit card company. The "free" shipping costed like $30 for some reason. The invoice is so unclear. Anyway, [] sells the same Dual Action Cleanse product for $33. It was the exact same stuff: colon cleanse and total body purifier. Go buy it there if you want to try it. As far as the usage of it, it didn't do anything bad to me. The smell of the capsules is very annoying. If you want an immediate cleansing, just pay for some colon hydrotherapy sessions. Another thing is that it is extremely difficult to get through to the customer service. If the circuits are busy, they hang up on you instead of letting you be on hold. The Dual action cleanse people promised that I was cancelled from the automatic shipping program. I bet they'll charge me again. If they do, I guess I'll have to report the card stolen.

I was considering buying Dual Action Cleanse from their website. I went to the steps on their website to purchase their 59.90 package. I went through the steps in entering my Credit Card and personal information. I saw that my order total was more than 399.00 dollars. I had not yet SUBMITTED my order. I then decided to cancel and erase any information I had entered. I did NOT purchase or submit any information and exited their website. I looked on-line the next day at my Credit Card statement and I had been billed for something I did not purchase. Their customer service is horrible. Don’t buy this product. Eat more raw Fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.

well don't do it!! you will feel like I do right now horrible ruined my night.. I ordered online all the time and haven't been scamed yet and along came dual action cleanse.. I was sure not to choose the autoship program very very careful and my final invoice after my card was hit said autoship.. So I get home from work and there was a shipment from dual action cleanse. I was like here we go I knew it called them and they confirmed what I feared and they are a scam. I am a pretty savvy business guy and feel like a real dummy now. I lady on the phone operator 278 spoke to her supervisor he said to go through the process again to see where I could have made a mistake in order to do that I would have to reenter my credit card info and order again to reach where he suggested if I was stupid enough to do that I would have been hit again. I can't believe there is no recourse for a united state citizen to protect themselves against these thiefs its like the car salesmen situations just a bigger ticket item and much more painful. I purchased dr naturas colonix and never had this issue because they are a real company but their fiber taste horrible I mean bad gaggg.. but it does work if you can swollow it.. well I wanted to be as detailed as possible here Dual Action Cleanse is a SCAM!!! Take any fiber drink for 1/20 the cost and you will get the same results.. Save your money or order colonix if you are serious about a cleanse.. well I feel better now I had a chance to spout off and am still discusted about this country and the lack of protection for consumers ..Governmental Consumer Affairs what a joke business will increase in this country but individual protections and rights will continue to decrease. Ohh btw the customer service lady said the better business bureau rated them top of some list lol...!!! bbb is a joke for fools who believe everything they are told and I guess I just joined the folls by ordering from Dual Action Cleanse .. If a class action starts please feel to post the info here and I am in...!!

I used this product for six months following the instructions. I really didn't expereince any of the benefits reported in the infomercial - nothing but loose stools. Yesterday I had a Colonostomy. The Dr. questioned me very hard about using laxatives regulary. I have never used them and my colon was not the normal pink color. He said it was due to overuse of laxatives. The only thing I can think of was the dual action cleanse. Be very careful in using this product.

Back in mid 2005, we bought Dual Action Cleanse. We were not satisfied with it, called and told them so. However, about two months after our first order, they sent a second, unordered shipment ands billed our credit card. I called. They daid just return the product, and we will credit the amount back to your card. We did, but never got a refund. I called them several times over the past two years requesting a refund, but none ever came. In May, 2007, I got a call from Dual Action Cleanse asking me to re-order. I told them no, and that I wanted my money back. They referred me to customer service, which admitted they had the records of my previous contacts, and initially told me they would not refund my money. I was very insistant. Finally, they said they would send me a refund check. That was six weeks ago, and still no check. It's obvious their product does not work on their own people,.....

About Kevin Trudeau new book. Weight Loss cures they don't want you to know abot. WHAT A RIPOFF. I order only one book and they charged my credit card for the whole collection of 3 books that I SPECIFICALLY said I DON'T WANT. I called the customer service line and a very rude person named Jamie told me I have to wait 30 to 40 days to receive my refund. If ever. I could not talk to his supervisor as he said supervisors don't speak to customers. I'm soo frustrated. I just want these kind of companies to be put out of business. It has to be a law that protects the consumers. Please people out there be very carefull and please do not order anything from this Kevin Trudeau Fraud.

I ordered "Dual-Action Cleanse" after hearing about it repeatedly on my favorite CHRISTIAN radio station. I was having problems at the time and it seemed like just the remedy I was looking for. Boy, was I dissappointed!! First of all, when I called, I got this obnoxious salesman who was trying to sell me TWO retail credit cards, and I told him no. He wouldn't let it go. He said there was no way I was under obligation but WOULD NOT take no for an answer. After I threatened to cancel my order he finally let up. Then once I tried the product, I, too, had serious pain for WEEKS! Nothing ever got better until I stopped using the product. Stick to fiber, people. It'll do you right. Metamucil is much cheaper and it DOESN'T HURT!!!!

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse because of the informercial. That little snaky guy convinced me that it would work for me. It didnt. Because of Dual Action Cleanse, I had severe diarrhea, painful abdominal cramps, bloating, awful headaches. Everytime I tried to poop, I would poop blood. Don't buy this product. Save yourself the money. Save yourself the pain.

I can't believe this!!! Since I ordered this on the internet I can't send it back for a refund!! I called two weeks after I received the product because of severe abdominal pain and diarreah several times a day. As soon as I stopped taking the product, it went away. I called to cancel any future shipments...Good Luck!! My bank account was charged for another shipment...it hasn't left the warehouse, but they can't cancel the shipment!! Who works like that?!? I called today and spoke to Harry, he said when I got the shipment, I would have to return it and call back for a refund. I called back 5 minutes later and spoke to another female and she said they are non-refundable. How can one person say you would get a refund and another one say you won't. She "confirmed" with Harry that he did say I could get a refund, but that ws it. They didn't even care that I was so dissatisfied with their company! Don't waste your money!!!!!

I was thinking about it but did not go through with the purchase after reading the reviews. However they sent the product unauthorized and billed me for the product even though I never approved the transaction. Received several emails saying there was an error in the transaction, then sent the product. Am going through having to return something I did not authorize. A very disreputable company/scam.
