I ordered the main cleansing product as well a a few others. A month went by and I did not receive anything (was not billed either). I called in and the rep said the system was having problems. I reordered over the phone. I got the product one month later and tried it. The colon cleanser is the only thing that I could say worked everything else CRAP, green tea fat burner CRAP, total body purifier CRAP, EFA CRAP, Energy Boost BOOSTED CRAP. Cascarda (the main ingredient in the Colon Cleanser) will clear just about any colon and you will need it to remove whatever other CRAP put in you from other DAC products. One (not two) month later I get another kit and realize that I was charged twice. I call customer support and the rep could not find any information about me or my orders (even after getting my credit card info). I was eventually put on to someone who was able to find me by shipping zip code. I said that I wanted to CANCEL all orders and wait to use up the excess that I have now. I was told that it was done. Next month, another charge. I was told that since no product was shipped, I could not get a refund, I would have to wait until it is shipped then return the product for a refund. Smelling something fishy, I call my bank and dispute the charges. The bank says that the funds were on hold and have not been released. I call DAC back speak to what I believe was the same rep. He said that he did not speak to me before, yet he was able to find me by first and last name alone =(. He says that everything was refunded and that I will no longer receive product. Guess what happens next month... I have contacted my attorney about this but I doubt much can be done. Stay away from this horrible company.

This product is Bull. I didnt order to have it continually shipped but they shipped it anyway & charged my Credit Card. Also the product made me break out in a rash & itching like crazy. Read some of the ingredients & youll see why you may also be allergic. It also gives you diarrhea not a CLEANSE, as advert..Stay away , Just look at the guy who sells it , he looks unhealthier than me & most other people I know.

I ordered the product in December and was apparently placed on the auto ship program. It's basically a laxative and it gave me the worst bad breath I've ever had. Now, the company won't honor the guarantee (apparently only the initial shipment is covered). Their reps were rude. Never again.

When I initially purchased the product, I did sign up for the recurring shipment, which was fine for me. The problem started when I called to cancel my order and state that I was no longer interested in receiving their product. So I was charged for the one time shipment ($59 and some change), which was justified on my bank statement. Needless to say, I was shell shocked when I checked my account two days later and saw a charge for over $200 to my account (this is in addition to the one time shipment charge just 2 days previous). I called DualActionCleanse and advised that the rep told me I would not receive any additional shipments and that I was being taken off their "recurring" shipment list, and confirmed it three times for me. They tried to give me the run around but I told them to remove me from their system, to never contact me again and if I see another charge to my account, I was calling an attorney. They gave me a return order # and said I had to wait to get a credit until they received the package. I told them that was fine if that's the way they wanted to run their business but to be advised that I was calling my bank immediately and putting a stop payment on the transaction and advised them it was an UNLAWFUL transaction, as I had not authorized it. Luckily, Bank of America rocks with situations such as this and they sent notification to DualActionCleanse (I believe) advising them that I'd filed a report against them and if they wanted to dispute it, they could. I didn't hear a word from them. I will never again order this product.

I was on my lunch two days ago and turned on the tv to find the infomercial for Dual Action Cleanse product. I listened to the guy explain about the benefits of the product and decided to go ahead and make the purchase on-line with my credit card. I returned to work for a couple more hours and when I went home for the day I decided to do a full search for complaints. When I looked on line for the complaints on this product, I became sick at my stomach thinking omg,, I am getting scammed. I immediately grabbed my credit card, flipped it over, and called the credit card company and verified that the order was placed initially yet,,, so I requested that they place my card as stolen and they said ok and that they will send me a new credit card. I have read all of the above complaints and have yet to read the first customer that did as I did. So if you have just placed the order and then find this site, call your credit card company and request that they close out your account as lost/stolen and they can send you a new card and the Dual Action Cleanse company won't be able to charge your account period.... I feel very fortunate that I don't have to waste my time trying to correct my credit card account. It is very unfortunate that the FBI, or Police don't become involved with bad companies like these and back the public when they are being taken advantage of.

I would simply like to report the fallacious manner in which this product is being advertised. Klee Irwin used false pretenses and smeared the name of John Wayne in order to sell his product. Irwin mentions that an autopsy was performed on John Wayne and 30-40 pounds of fecal matter was found in his colon. This is both sickening and impossible. A man in Iraq needed emergency care after only one pound of fecal matter was found in his colon. Not only that, but John Wayne was never given a full autopsy as his death was considered the result of natural causes. I find that using such a tactic (using urban legends) to sell a product is devious and in this case, harms the reputation of one of the greates actors in Hollywood history.

I orderd the stuff and after three weeks gave up. And then their rep called to ask how I liked it. I told him it didn't do anything for me and I was no longer taking it and wanted my money back. He gave me an 800 number to call and I got no answer. Being the typical average knothead that orders stuff like this, usng his credit card, I now have another shipment on the way, and they have deducted the 68 bucks from my credit card. This is a total rip-off, and TV scam. I checked the web before ordering, but unfortunately I didn't go through enough pages to discover this page and register mny complaint. These rip-off artists sure know how to operate.

Don't do it. Just don't do it. I ordered the product and never received it. When i would call i would get one excuse after another as to why it wasn't received. They even tried to blame it on me saying they didn't have the apt number. wellll i didn't live in an apartment. hmm.. took me six months to get my money back. Now i am glad i guess i didn't receive the product!!

On my 2nd month (after a month break) and only a week into it I started to bleed with every bowel movement and have done so now 8 days. I have gone to my Dr for an exam, stopped using the product, and am going in for a Colonoscopy next week. I used DrNatura in the past and was very pleased with that - I have no idea why I switched. I never will again.

I actually used the product after being convinced by the info mercials that it would work for me. The product didn't work, I got frustrated and sent the product back. I actually still have the green tea fat meltdown still, I used it and even that does't work. So in short, nothing from this product worked for me. I felt like it was the biggest waste of my time.

I purchased this product 1 month ago and decided to cancel future shipments, when I called they said they could not locate my order number - I had their statement in my hands - they tried my name, zip code and my credit card and still could not locate my order - the person I spoke to told me to call their "Corporate" office - I called there and spoke to a seemingly normal person - and she could not find my order either- in my hands I had the Satement Order date, billing address, name etc and my order number including what my charge was, shipping and handling etc, it had their Logo on it- and so she told me to call the original number again - so I did, back on hold - it is now almost 45 minutes later, I get a guy on the line and he says No, I'm sorry, you are not in here, and I said well you debited my credit card easy enough what's wrong with this picture - I need to speak to your supervisor- he put me on hold and said the supervisor was on the other line can I take your name and number... and I said no I need to hold - and he said - you can't hold on this line - I need to take calls and I said - then transfer me to his voice mail - and he "pretended" to do that - and after a couple seconds - the phone went dead (of course) I felt they were purposely trying to make sure that I would continue to get billed for their product - so I called back "again" and asked for the supervisor - this person said - that the supervisor was "busy" I finally said, If you don't get me to your supervior or find my order I'm going to tell everyone I know that your company is a scam via internet etc. and if I had to make phone calls to TV stations, news, etc. bla bla bla and then he said he would talk to his supervisor. He put me on hold - He then got on the line and said - "I think we found it" it was in "another" system....mam... Yea, I thought - Hogwash. He said he would cancel my order, but I am sure I will have to monitor my account to be sure. UNBELIEVABLE! This company comes off like they are really trying to help people - and I think they are operating using deceptive means to take people's money.

I tried this product and all it did was make me bloaded and gave me gas. I tried to return it over the thirty days and I could not since I did over the internet. I recieved I was charged for another one and I still had to pay for that one since I did it over the internet. I was 120.00 to fart. Do not by this product. It does not work. And you cannot not return no matter how much they say you can.

tried the Dual Action Cleanse 1 month ago..Not sure if I really like it or not. I only ordered a 1 month supply to try it out. This past week I received an E Mail from the company stating that my order has shipped and found the charge on my checking account. I often use my debit card. First of all this company states that you are to only use the product every other month. I contacted my bank and complained that I had an unauthorized transaction from this company. The only thing I can do now is to de activate my debit card and get another one. This will at least stop any further debits to my account. I never authorized these people to continue sending me this over priced product . How Dare them.!! So glad I found this sight. A Class action Lawsuit is the way to go. It will be intersting to see if my second shipment arrives at all

All I have to say is that all these nightmare issues you see up here are true and this is the most ridiculous situation I have been in, in a long while. Once you put your Credit Card info in you're screwed. I, as well as many others, didn't submit my order. I followed all the steps up to that point and as always before ordering I google the product with the word Scam and ran across all of these messages. I originally thought that the people that said they never completed the order were just saying it for the sake of not sounding stupid. 2 days later it's on my credit card and Miquel told me the order was sent to the warehouse and there is no way of cancelling it. He was however able to give me a confirmation# for future shipments which sounded like he was just making up off the top of his head. Anyway he said just return it to sender and having this issue with a cell phone company in the past I'm assuming if I do receive the product I will sent it back and they will say they didn't receive it. I cancelled my credit card immediately and filed a claim with the fraud dept.

I called the 800 number to get more information. Luckily for me the lines were busy and I could not get through. Several days later I received a call from Dual Action Clense asking if I had called to order. I told them I was no longer interested. Two days later they called again. I told them not to call again. I was not interested. This is pretty scary. I never talked to anyone when I called. I figured it had to be a scam if they were checking their caller id and calling people back.

i used to work for this company in Sewell, NJ...everything that they sell is a complete scam, the customer service line is almost completely and they will automatically bill your card monthly, there is however an option where they only bill you once but it cost twice the amount! I had the displeasure to meet that snake Klee Irwin and he gave us all dual action cleanse to try...all it did for me was give me unpleasant diarrhea and made me feel ill...i dont understnad how this man is still in business....if i remember correctly the customer service line is (just in case they dont give you the number) is 1800-941-0163...good luck getting your money back...DONT ORDER THIS PRODUCT

The company is a ripoff. I tried the first shipment but I felt ill and my doctor said not to use it. I threw it away. Then my credit card was charged for another shipment I didn't want and tried to cancel. I haven't recieved the shipment yet but will send it back. Customer Service said I couldn't get my money back. I wanted assurances my credit card would not be charged again. I sent a registered letter cancelling further shipments I didn't order but it hasn't be signed for. I had a call from 1-800-941-8364 but wasn't home so called them back. All I got was a weird voice saying he hated people. Then he laughed, again said he hated people then hung up on me. I'm getting nowhere with this company. I called my credit card company and they need verification the shipment was sent back but it hasn't come. I also need proof my registered letter was signed for but they haven't signed for it. No use calling Customer Service at 1-800-941-0163 they say I can't get my money back and they can't help me on my letter I sent and no assurances my card won't be charged in future at total of $166.00. Stay away from this rip-off infomercial. It's all strange.
