I recently purchased this dual action cleanser and I have to say its garbage!! I tried it for 4 days before I started getting affects. My rectum swelled up to where I have just a very small opening to pass threw and then I have a major rash plus hemroids. I have suffered for over a month now not being able to go to the restroom without having to work hard to pass hardly anything. I can't believe I got suckered once again buying a product off a infomerical. I have been to 2 doctors since I took this crap and now I have to get my colon checked here soon. I don't know if anyone else has had a bad reaction to this stuff but I tell you please save your money and don't even try this crap. I have been suffering every since! I was normal before I took it so I know this crap had something to do with it.

We purchased the product online, we clicked on the order button one time. Only to have our charge card charged for the $129.80 in product that we wanted to purchase and find that it also was charged $399.00 in product also. Contacted the company to hear Elmer tell me that I would have to wait for the product to come and then return it for credit. In the mean time I am already out the money. Elmer at the company told me that ordering online that happens sometimes that there are mistakes and it is better to order via phone. What kind of customer service is that? The charges were with in minutes of each other, don't you think that the person overseeing the charge on the computer would either contact me. I am 12 days out from the order and still yet to receive the order.

Let's get a class action suit against Dual Action Cleanse. Boy, my story sounds like all of yours...Dual Action Cleanse has stolen my money and now avoids phone calls. This is exactly what is wrong with our country. We don't have laws to keep people like Klee and Co from ripping people off.
I sent back their product, I have the receipt. I have them on tape telling me they sent the refund to my old, no longer valid credit card even though long before the refund they had my new card number. That's one of the many ways they scam their customers. My guess is they are in debt and Klee can't find another way to pay his bills. Let's get a class action suit and stop this guy-tell others like him what can happen if you play dirty. If you are a lawyer and can help or you want to file a class action suit let me know. I'm going to a local TV station investigative action team to help me get my stinking $59 dollars back.

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse after watching the infomercial. Then I went online to research the product. Big Mistake. From now on, I will go online BEFORE I order something. That same day, I called to cancel my order. I spoke to Jay and I was told the order wasn't in the system yet and that he would put a note on the account to cancel the order. That was on Friday May 12. Jay told me to call back on Monday to make sure it was cancelled. However, the lady I gave the order to had already told me not to call them on Mondays because they were extremely busy on Mondays. I purchased the product using a debit card and wouldn't you know it, our account had already been debited. So I called back on Tuesday and spoke to Mary. She tells me that the order has been shipped and that I can't cancel it. She gives me an RMA number to use so that I can send the package back for a refund once I get it. Yes, I paid the extra $7.50 for faster shipping. Well, that amount as well as the actual shipping amount of $9.95 won't be refunded. Well, it's now May 22 and I still do not have the product to send back. After reading all your complaints, I have learned to NEVER order anything again from an infomercial. There has to be some sort of "sucker law" to protect people like us.

God knows I tried to buy this product, and argued with the unknowing Customer Service Representatives, who are at a complete loss, but my story is that I ordered the product on the 18th of April and here I sit on the 8th of May, and still no product. One would think that they have the ability to let a customer know that the item is backordered, that it won't be there in 10 days and they will procrastinate and avoid answering any questions. My recommendation is stay as far away from this company as you can, do not order their product, do not waste your time calling Customer Service and make sure everyone you know, knows how horrible they are when it comes to satisfying a customer, it is not their priority, it is at the bottom of their list.

i urchased the product in Novmer of 05. I did not loose any weight and I purchaed the whole package. the operator asked if I wanted to have this product sent on a monthly basis and I said no. I saw that I was charged thorugh my credit card the same amount. I have contacted the company four time and each time they have told me that a request for payment ahs been issued. Needless to say I have not seen any corrective actions or my money. They asked that I send back the products and after they receive them they would reimburse. I refused shipment and it was sent back. they even ahd the nerve to contact me to ask how the product worked. When I tried to address the issue he quickly hung up on me.

You can add me to the growing list of suckers taken in by the infomercial for Dual Action Cleanse. It had little to no effect and trying to get the company to stop the auto-ship has been a nightmare. Call after call, being put on hold and then disconnected. I finally just cancelled my credit card so they could not charge any more! I have learned NOT to listen to infomercials in the future, so I guess it isn't a total loss. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company. Belinda

This company does not seem to be able to stop shipping products, even when they confirm that your order has been cancelled. At first I thought it was just administrative bungling. Now I believe they are abusing the credit card accounts of their former customers. We ordered product from this company in December '05 and agreed to automatic monthly shipments. We then canceled our shipments in January '06. However, over the past 2 months we have received four boxes, and have been charged about $200. Dual Action Cleanse has been unresponsive over the phone, saying that we will no longer be mailed product, but apparently then forgetting we ever called. Phone calls to our credit card company on this issue have recently been better; and with some arm twisting, they have agreed to issue credits for some of these charges, and deal directly with Dual Action Cleanse for account disputes. It's too bad. Early on I thought they had good products. Now I think they can't be trusted, and are probably liable for illegal credit card charges.

Doubt I ever will.Pls pass on the word that this is a SCAM. and don't buy the product. Tell all your friends and people you know at health clubs etc.. not to support this place... I've even made flyers! We'd go to jail for this. Best of luck all. Fight on......

I placed an order on February 4th, 2006, while watching the commercial. The person I spoke to was most rude, but she took my info down, and said it would take 4-6 weeks (!) to get my order. She did not give me an order number, and told me not to call them back, but 1-800-941-0163, their customer service line. As of today, I have yet to receive my order. Thankfully, I paid by cheque, and it hasn't been cashed. When I called, they said they had no record of my order whatsoever! They cited computer problems, and that it happens often... that maybe there was a problem with the order... Yet I know my account wasn't the problem, because it couldn't have bounced. I asked when was someone going to let me know, as I had been waiting for this order... She said no one would call. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and she told me she would have her call me back. She asked me for my info again! I asked when I could expect a call, and she said that if she hadn't called in a week, to try calling again!!! So I insisted she transfer me to her now. The supervisor again asked me for my info, said she couldn't help, and passed me on to Finance... Having now repeated my info at least 12 times, no one at Finance could answer or find a solution besides ordering again!!! In the meantime, someone has my cheque number! The finance guy said I sounded young: "Are you sure you really need this thing?", he asked... He said he would ask someone in Shipping and Refunds to call me back. So I asked him for his name and number in case I don't get a call back... After giggling a bit, he gave me a number which appears to be false, and the name Elmer, said in a muffled tone, leading me to think it wasn't even his real name. I asked for the name of the Shipping and Returns person's name and number so I could call her myself, but he said "Sheila" has a cell phone, and they don't give those out... Then he said they call it a "soft phone", and it's a company thing, and they don't give out these numbers. Totally unimpressed, I called the first number again, to verify if there was indeed an Elmer in Finance and a Sheila in Returns that I could speak to. They said it's impossible since when you call the customer service number, your call is dispatched to any of three call centers throughout the U.S. ... but the girl I spoke to said these problems seem very common. I spoke with her supervisor, and got the same runaround. She would have asked someone in Warehousing to call me, though again, there was no record of my order in the system! So I asked what could be done, and she said the best thing would be to order again. I told her at this point, I needed them to rush my order at their expense since they goofed up, and she said they couldn't. I'd have to pay for it, and the fastest shipping would be Express Ship which takes 3-5 business days, plus another 2-3 business days to process the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked to speak to her manager, and as I was put on hold, I found your website and realized this was a no-win situation. I am just thankful I "paid" by cheque rather than by credit card, since a cheque can be cancelled, and they couldn't take any more money out for auto-ship which I would have cancelled after my first shipment. How blessed I am after all! When she was ready to transfer me, I gave her your website and told her to look it up. There is no way I would ever do business with them after all this. It sounds terribly fraudulent to me, and I hope the BBB gets involved!

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse on 1/1/2006. My credit card was charged on 1/6/2006. I called at the end of January 2006 and was told that my shipment was back ordered and would be delivered on 2/3/2006. A week later I still had not received my shipment. I called again and was told the last operation I contacted didn't know what he was talking about and that my order was lost in the mail. I was sent a form to track my order and receive a refund. I finally received my order min-February. I called again to cancel the auto order and was told that their computers were down and I would have to call again. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to get rid of these guys!

This product could be dangerous to your health. There are way too many ingredients in the formula, and some are questionable. Also, it is extremely difficult to cancel once you have ordered their product. It is marketed by Klee Irwin from "Cellular Research". Their customer service dept. is almost impossible to reach. I am going to have to cancel my credit card and order a new number to avoid having new charges made on it.

I ordered the product over the internet. I didn't read that it was autoship but I got the product and didn't really think it all they said it was but I kept it and used it until it was gone. Another shipment came in November that I returned. I thought if you returned it you wouldn't get charged for it but I did. I also received another shipment which I returned. They owe me $59.90 and I can't get a straight answer out of anyone just a bunch of garbage. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THEY TRICK YOU INTO AUTO SHIPMENTS THAT YOU DON'T WANT AND YOU CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER WITHOUT A LOT OF HASSLE. I'm still fighting to get money from October 2005 and it's February 2006.

I called to order the Dual Action Cleanse product on January 20, 2006. I went online to look up more about the product and found it cheaper (no shipping charge) and other products from other companies looked better. I called the original number from the infomercial to cancel the order only 20 minutes after placing it! I was told the order was not even entered into "the system", and to call back "in 24-48 hours". I called the next day. I got the same message only slightly altered "call back in 24-72 hours". I called back the 3rd day, same message and they said they could not take my information down to manually cancel the order. On the 4th day, I got the message that the "system was down" and I begged them to take my info down so they could manually find the order and cancel it, but they refused. I emailed the order cancel email address of their website and was given a generic notice that I had to cancel by calling the 1-800 #. I did that twice. 5th day the "system" was "down". 6th day the system was still down. On the 7th day, I finally said, "Look, I want to cancel before it ships out." The girl said, "Let me talk to the manager and see what I can do." She came back and told me the order was cancelled. A week later, I get the shipment at my door. I called my credit card company and placed it into "dispute" after I saw they placed the chrages on my account well after I had made several unsuccessful calls to cancel. I called the Dual Action Cleanse infomercial company and told them the story. In their system they only had documentation that I called once to cancel. Also, they had not cancelled the continuous shipments either, so I did that. I called back 5 minutes later to double check all had been done correctly (by a different person) and I found that the auto shipping had not been cancelled on all my order (had I not done this double check I would have to have done this all over again a month hence) and this representative gave me his name, id# and cancellation numbers for all orders, as well as return shipment (postal refusals) id #s. This is the worst company I have _ever_ dealth with. I asked for 100% of all charges reversed (even postage). Who knows how this will turn out.

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse in July 2005,I paid with a check. I used the product and didn't notice anything special about it. in Oct 2005 my account was debited without my permission by (Irwin Naturals)Dual Action Cleanse. They more product, I returned the product by mail with a tracking number, the product was received, however, I never received compensation for the return. It's Febuary 2006, and I never received my money back. Each time I call there is different excuse, e.g.the computer is down, or, we just installed a new computer system, please call back tommorrow, or, it will take at least 4 -weeks. I am sending this e-mail to warn other consumers. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING DUAL ACTION CLEANSE... You may never see your money again!

I ordered this product on 1-3-06. It was posted to my credit card on 1-4-06. As of 1-26-06 I still have not received this product. I called the company and they told me they shipped it and gave me a tracking number. I called the USPS and I was informed that the product was still in the hands of Dual Action Cleanse. So I called this company back and then they decide to tell me it takes up to 4 weeks to receive this product. Nice. I asked them how was their product delivered? By horse and buggy?
