Has anyone tried to report them to the BBB. They are a part of the BBB online reliability program. I am thankful that I found this site before I placed an order. It just goes to show that doing research saves you a lot of headache.

I made the mistake of ordering this product after watching what seemed to be a very impressive infomercial. I just wanted to try it for one month however, and called back to ask that I not be charged again, but was told that their system takes 24-48hrs to process my order info. I called back the next day and was advised that I wasn't set up in their system yet. I called the next week to cancel the continuous billing, but was told that I didn't have to worry about another charge to my MC for another month. Meanwhile after phoning my credit card company I came to find that they had charged my card a second fee of over $70 four days after the first and only charge of over $70 that I had authorized them to. This company and their business practices are a SCAM. Beware!

After 1.5 weeks using this produkt, I had rash on my face, I stopped using it, but it doesn't go away. Now it looks like eczema. I think I need to sue a company that produced this scam

The guy who does the infomercial looks sleazy - that should have been a deterrent for me, but I bought it anyway. You can purchase this at [ ](cheaper), or [ ], with no S&H so I'm sure you can get it most other places also, if you reallllly want to try it yourself. Don't order it on line and get set up for unauthorized orders. I have been taking the purifier, colon cleanse and green tea for aprox. 2 weeks and it hasn't helped at all. It has actually created constipation and bloating for me, and all the discomfort that goes along with them. I'm throwing the rest away now, especially after reading all these similar complaints!

After 1.5 week using this product, I have a rash on my face. I returned it in the store, but I want to know what is this? And how can I rid of it. This product is a SCAM

Don't order from these people. I order a one time shipment, told them not to put me on automatic shipments. Guess What? They did it anyway, I sent them an e-mail stating I did not want this and would refuse shippment. Now they say they never got it. I have proof of this and they still will not refund my money. Even my credit card company said that my proof was not any good because I refused the shipment and they use the same tracking number for shipping and for sending it back that it is not good enough. Going to see a lawyer tomorrow.

I wanted to state to some of the people who are reading these stories and still may want to try this product, you can, for now, try this product at [] with out the commitment of the tele-company.

I bought this product over the counter (thank god) because I was afraid of them charging my credit card every month. Well anyway, I'm on my 3rd week and I don't feel any different!! I actually feel really..really.. tierd!!! Extremly sleepy. I do use the restroom more often, but I also feel really sick to my stomach! I wouldn't recoment this to anyone! I think I'm just going to do the real thing...

They just took my money and the product didn't work. There should be a law that keep these kind of companies from going on business, I think that there should be some sord of protection for consumers in fact I have an Idea and that is that the company who is trying to sell any kind of item should pay all the fees to a specific kind of company that verified what they are claiming their product does, but the company who is making the claims should not know who is going to inspect their products so that insures there are no people being paid off to say that their program works. That makes thing legitimate and fair to every single consumer. I also think that if they are able to get their product on the market and it does not say what they claim it should do, they should pay the unhappy coustumer back their money and a fee to the state for lying and be force to be out of business.

After trying this product I became so violently ill with excruciating lower stomach pain I ended up in the emergency room. I thought I was dying! It turns out I had a severe allergic reaction to the product. It was horrible. I have never experienced pain like that that before, and I have given birth twice! Do Not try this product! Then the company kept calling wanting to know how it was working. I told them what happened, and they said I should continue to take the product. I hung up on them, and haven't talked to them since.

My Fiance has been using this product but he just went to [] to purchase it so I don't have the usual complaint about too many charges on my card or anything like that. But before taking Dual Action, his bowel movement were VERY regular (he just thought he could lose weight taking this). Since he started taking it, if he quits taking it he cannot have a bowel movement. He's currently experiencing severe rectal pain & blood in his stool. He's completely miserable. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm so afraid that somthing is seriously wrong with him!!

I ordered it and I cancelled it after the first order them they charged me again and sent me more of the product. When I tried to return it they told me I couldn't I didn't even open the box. I wish I never would have ordered it.

Around June of 2007 I ordered this product and to date (3/28/08) I have not received any package from this company. This company charged my checking account 3 times (monthly charges). I had to close my account and have been trying to contact the people of this company and can get in contact with them.PLEASE DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE CENT ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 orders of the Dual Action Cleanse, one for my husband and one for me. I took the product exactly as instructed and it did absolutely nothing. On the other hand, my husband did have some success with the product but nothing like they beefed it up during the infomercial. I was completely dissatisfied and called in for a refund. I did receive a refund debited back to my credit card within 14 days. I would not recommend this product to anyone and it makes me really leary about taking other colon cleansing products.

After being sucked in from the informercial of Dual Action Cleanse, I decided to give them a try. To my surprise the product caused me to experience stomach cramps and a very loose stool. I'm glad from reading the posted complaints that I didn't purchase it online. There is a recourse that we can take to fight this company of their wrong doings to hard working consumers. We can turn this negative scam into a positive overturn from the Malicious acts of this company by forming a SEVERAL CONSUMERS AGAINST MALPRACTICE and indignant behavior in which they have displayed toward the consumers who have purchased their product.

I have purchase this product throught a retail store. I have used it for about a week. The claims the company makes about their product are not doing any thing for me. In fact I am not any more regular than what I was before. If I would have done my homework and check this Web site before, I would have save my mony.

I tried the product (caveat emptor, and all that. . .) and then discovered that this is essentially a credit card scam. They won't stop shipping to me and refuse to acknowledge that I didn't sign up for these repeat shipments. I'm a programmer by trade and tend to view with some skepticism claims made over the phone that "our records DO SHOW that you signed up for the repeat shipments!". And I'm repeatedly assured that I can "GO ONLINE" and correct the problem myself. Oddly enough, the site does NOT RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION-although I get emails notifying me of each shipment. . .

I ordered this product and it did not do what it was advertised to do. As a matter of fact it made me feel sick because I take other kinds of prescribed medication. I was contacted by a telemarket and I told him I did nt want any more of this product. He told me that he will lower the price. I repeated my request to stop any more shipments since the products are useless to me. I have since received two more shipments. The last shipment was sent on March 04/08. My emails instructing Dual Action Cleanse have gone unacknowledged. What additional actions are open to me?

I don't want to waste anyones time with my horrific story about Dual Actions results (nil) but I do want to say that they are, in my opinion, con artists. After one order that didn't help me I called to cancel. The rep talked me into trying another product. I'm such a sucker, when it arrived the $ had jumped from $65 to $209!!! I called back to say that I had re-considered and that I wasn't interested. The rep talked me into trying the product. I called again, 7 days later to say that I wasn't interested and to get an RMA #. Again, the rep asked me to try it for 30 days. 24 days later I called to make a return and was told that I was over the 30 day timeline limit. They calculated it from my original calls rather than the last one. I guess this type of customer "interaction" is how they are able to afford their ridiculous advertising time.
