the first time i used dual action, it only took an hour before i was on the toilet vomiting for more than three hours. i thought i had just developed a stomach bug & the pills upset it further, so i decided to wait awhile before i tried the pills again. i was very skeptical to take more, but this past sunday (almost two years after my first try) i decided to try them again. it's now almost thursday & all week i have been feeling extremely tired, crabby & sick to my stomach. i thought it was just the effects of adding new pills to my diet & them "cleaning me out." thank god when i got home from my classes i decided to look up if anyone else had these same effects..i promptly threw the entire box into the garbage.

I wish I would have consulted the internet prior to purchasing this product at my local health foods store. I started on it last night and it's now the afternoon the next day and I am still awake with problems- lots of runny stools and very painful gas have been plaguing me all evening. I have been feeling very jittery also and that has contributed to the insomnia. I have not looked into a process to get a refund, but by the looks of what i've seen on this site it will be no picnic. i may just write it off as a 'lesson learned'. please do not try this product. it really is awful

Tried the product about a year ago. It didn't work and made me feel worse. I did call them and explained what was happening then returned the product and I did receive the money back at that time. I think they must have gotten so many complaints that they can't afford to return the money to those of you trying to return the product now. Seems like it would be off the market by now.

I bought dual action on jan.7.2008. I called on Jan.9,2008 to find out why I had not recieved an email to confirm my order they told me my credit card had been denied so I called my credit card company they said there were 2 charges from this company one for 213.15 which was the the total of my order the other one was for 69.90.bottom line is they charged me 2 times for one of the products and have not shipped anything. Not one person that I spoke to could help me and let me tell you I was on the phone for 4 hours and spoke to no less than 7 people one less smart than the next.

All it does is make you sick that's about it..yeah it will make you go but it gives you headaches and nausea.. It's awfull.. I called and cancelled, tried to get a refund, forget it...so I just had the bank cancel my credit card....next time they try to charge it...they will get nothing just as I got

Be very careful with this company. Read the fine print!! After using the product once (which was good) I found another company that sells the product MUCH cheaper. So I ordered that. Next thing you know I have another box (2nd order) from this company on my doorstep?? I called them and they said according to the contract I asked them to keep sending their product to me and bill my card ($64). I told them for the stupid people like me who don't read all your fineprint you could at least send an email to let us know you're going to charge me again. That way I could have put the brakes on immediatley. Scammers. I'm finding this problem more and more from internet purchases. Now I need colon cleanser attorney to make sure these guys don't steal from me again. They did say that I wouldn't be getting anything else from them, but we'll see.

Hi this is some thing that happened I sent it back - refused and they said they never recieved it back - so they could not issue a refund. Sucky huh! When you refuse a package and I had an RMA you do not get a reciept - at least that I can remember. So it's best not to do this mail order company.

Well first of all I purchased dual action cleanse and I paid at the time $89.00 and tax. I did it back in February of 2007. First let me tell you I have been burned in the past on products. It took me a year after watching it on tv countless times. so with my income tax money i purchased it. The first three maybe 4 days i felt bad and didn't want to do nothing. I am on three different types of medicine and one is blood pressure. with my medicine for the last year my blood pressure ran 149/90 which is normal for me. on the dual action cleanse it elevated it to 157/ 95 and i almost quit the third day but i decided against it. after the pills was gone i was so releived to find out what had happened three days off it my blood pressure went to 127/78 amazing i thought. what was even more amazing was that i had blood test done before and after within a week and i can tell you i had 745 trigycerides and my bad cholesterol could not be measured my liver count was high my doctor said I had probability of fatty liver disease. when i was finished with the dual action cleanse my blood pressure dropped my triglycerides went down to 305 and my bad cholesterol was 100 which was measurable my liver count went to normal and i could finally jog. i forgot to tell you before i took it my feet was so dry cracked and red that when i tried to jog my foot cracked open AND BLED I WAS LIMPING AROUND FOR A WEEK NOW I AM JOGGING AND MY FEET ARE AS SMOOTHE AS MY HANDS NO CALCIUM DEPOSITES NICE. I NEVER PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AGAIN BUT REALLY INTEND TO MY DOCTOR IS ASTONISHED AT MY HEALTH.

Yesterday,12/11/07, I went to the webpage for Dual Action Cleanse and started to fill out an order form to purchase the product. I had filled in my information but had not submitted my order. Before I did I submitted, I found this webpage that told of what a scam this company was. I returned to the page and closed it before I submitted my order. Today I find that I have a charge on my account from Dual Action Cleanse which I did not order. I called the customer service number and of course they can not find my account. You all were right ...THIS IS A SCAM!!

I had purchased the product in the past and thought about trying it again. I went on to the website and logged in to my account. I left the site before placing the order and they sent the product anyways. I refused the package when it arrived and they refuse to issue a credit to my account. They claim they never received it back.

My story is the same as the others. I order this product from an infomercial. I tried the product and it did nothing for me. I canceled the auto-shipments immediately, but they shipped me a different product and charged my credit card. When I called their customer service number (800-941-0163) to return the product, they issue a return authorization number and said I would have to pay postage to send it back. This company is a scam and they have been reported to my credit card company. I am still fighting them, I could write all the details but all you have to do is read the other complainants. IT IS THE SAME FOR ALL OF US!

My story is the same as many others. I order this product from an infomercial. When it intially came in, I canceled the auto-shipments "immediately", because I didn't want to spend any more money on the product until I was sure that it worked. Sure enough, I tried the product and found it useless. All it did was give me stomach cramps. Even though I canceled the auto-shipments immediately, they shipped more product to me anyway and charged my credit card. When I called their customer service number (800-941-0163) to return the product, they "REFUSED" to issue a return authorization and said that they had no record of me calling them to cancel. This company is not at all interested in health and/or service, but is only interested in making money through questionable and fraudulent methods. They have been reported to my credit card company and I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I have seen the infomercial more times than I can count. I know better than to buy anything I see directly from the company and feel for the scammed people including me. Well I bought it through [] twice. The first time I used it, it did not seem to do any harm or good and no serious problems. That was about a year ago. Well I wish I had this info before I bought it the second time. I have it, I paid about 39.00 with paypal and can't return it and I'm afraid to take it now. Why does our government allow these cons to get away with this? Very glad I found this site. Too bad this info is not on a billboard!

This is a SCAM. Once you have ordered this, you CANNOT get your money back. The customer service is BRUTAL. I have been trying to get a refund. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes of ordering the product and they assurred me the order was cancelled. I called the next day and sure enough, they told me they could not verify my order was cancelled for 24-48 hours. By this time, my credit card was already billed. I have spoken to supervisors, and call agents and they gave me a false "headquarters number". Call agents have also given me fake ID #'s. This is a major SCAM. Please do not buy this!!

On October 9, 2007 we purchased Dual Action Cleanse from Cellular Research PO BOX 92018 Los Angeles, CA 90009 located in LA County The product was charged on our Chase Southwest Visa account and our CV code was provided. On October 13,2007 we noticed a charge of $666.82 on our Visa, a charge which we did not authorize. We immediately called Southwest and advised them that we had no knowledge of the purchase. They advised us that the item purchased was purchased from Dell and was sent to the following address. Dell charge (digital camera per Dell) Was shipped to Terrie XXXXXX 20421 Sliatgate Dr. Walnut CA 91786 located in LA County We believe that an employee of Cellular Research used our credit card information to make this purchase. The identified charge (Summit Racing Mail Order) $633.90 was not authorized by us either. To add insult to injury, an additional purchase was made for over $600.00. We had to change our credit card and file a fraud report. All this and the cleanse never really worked. I'd recommend you stay away from this company and its employees too.

I'm 23 years old. Yeah, I know I'm young but I had recent problems with having regular bowel movements. I figured I was constipated or maybe I should just try 2 clean myself out. I also wanted to lose some belly weight, so i stopped into my local [] and asked what the best product was to clean my colon out. They sold me the Dual Action Cleansing system and I hated every second after taking my first dose. I felt nasty inside and even more bloated than before. I paid $45.99 and I couldn't be more upset. I actually feel like it has caused me more bowel problems. I'm very dissapointed in this mistake of a product!!!

I bought this product to help with the problem I have. It worked for the first 2 days and then I was so constipated I had to use a laxtive to use the bathroom and so much gas and cramps to the point were my stomach hurt and I felt dizzy and sick. I was taking up to 6 a day and was constipated. This product is not worth the money I paid for it. ONLY TRASH WORTHY.

I bought Dual Action Cleanse at [] in Oklahoma City. I thought since [] sold it, it must be okay. I couldn't imagine [] standing behind a product that is such a failure. But I guess money is what [] is all about and not it's consumer's welfare. I immediately started to bloat. It has been days and I still haven't had any kind of "cleansing". In fact I feel worse because I am so full of gas. That is one of the things they say makes this product stand out from the others, their secret ingredients to prevent gas and bloating. Bull crap! I am about to float to the ceiling. It makes me so angry to have spent a dime on this product. Someone needs to regulate these companies who lie blatently about products just to make a buck. I won't try to get my money back, but I hope they never sell another pill!!
