I should be smacked for falling for this but oh well...live and learn. I tried this product and like everyone else....got really sick from it. I called to cancel the product (twice) and emailed them (twice). Yet again, I have just been informed that another shipment is on the way. When I called to terminate (again) I was informed that my previous attempts were directed to the wrong parties...of course my fault...then they tried to sell me ANOTHER product. I guess the only way to resolve this will be to initiate a chargeback thru my bank. Has anyone had any luck with that??

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse from the infomercial for my husband. It does absolutely nothing. Its a waste of money. They add so much more to just the tablets. You need to drink almost 5 different pills plus a powder and to no avail. Its total garbage. My husband and I are using now 100% herbal products from the herb doc. Now this stuff works. I don't think I could ever trust and infomercial again.

I saw the infomercial and called to check on the price. I hung up before they answered and decided to do a web search instead. I saw all the complaints against them and decided not to place an order. They call me everyday to try and get me to make an order even though I never talked to anyone or left a message. The people on the phone get rude when I tell them to leave me alone and that I don't want the product.

Do NOT order this product. I also started to order on their website, but it would not let me order just once, so I NEVER completed the purchase. Then I found this website, and read how they capture your info anyway. I cancelled my card right away..and yet they still managed to charge it. Not I am in the run-around-loop disputing the charges. Run very fast from this company.

I ordered this product some time in the early part of December. First thing customer service messed up my order and charged me twice and overdrew my checking account. Yes they refunded the $137.25, but as of yet, not the overdraft charges, which I doubt I will see. I didn't receive the product until January 7, 2008. I used the product according to the instructions. I went to the bathroom right in the beginning, but after a week, I had to call the company because I was not having a bowel movement twice a day. They told me to take two of the colon cleanse tablets. I did and I am still not going twice a day, not even every day. I am in the process of calling to see if I can return my other kit which is for my next month's cleanse. I want my money back. I do better drinking some slimming tea, green tea and even smooth move tea. Sliming tea, Senna Leaf Tea and Smooth Move Tea move your bowels and clean you, and they are way cheaper. I was very very disappointed with this product and with the service I received.

Do Not Order This Product! This is a 100% SCAM as a product with very insignificant results. It is also a 100% SCAM as an order method, where you are tricked into auto payments and cannot stop them. Youll end up in court just to get your money back.

I called to order this product in November 2007. I was told it would take a few weeks to receive the product. The next day I was contacted to see if I had successfull placed an order which I said yes. Weeks went by and by the end of December I still had not recvived my product. Thankfully my credit card had not been charged. I called several times to the customer service number only to be told that there was no record of me placing an order. I told them that if they couldn't find an order not to worry about it and not to charge my card. I guess I got lucky!

the first time i used dual action, it only took an hour before i was on the toilet vomiting for more than three hours. i thought i had just developed a stomach bug & the pills upset it further, so i decided to wait awhile before i tried the pills again. i was very skeptical to take more, but this past sunday (almost two years after my first try) i decided to try them again. it's now almost thursday & all week i have been feeling extremely tired, crabby & sick to my stomach. i thought it was just the effects of adding new pills to my diet & them "cleaning me out." thank god when i got home from my classes i decided to look up if anyone else had these same effects..i promptly threw the entire box into the garbage.

I wish I would have consulted the internet prior to purchasing this product at my local health foods store. I started on it last night and it's now the afternoon the next day and I am still awake with problems- lots of runny stools and very painful gas have been plaguing me all evening. I have been feeling very jittery also and that has contributed to the insomnia. I have not looked into a process to get a refund, but by the looks of what i've seen on this site it will be no picnic. i may just write it off as a 'lesson learned'. please do not try this product. it really is awful

Tried the product about a year ago. It didn't work and made me feel worse. I did call them and explained what was happening then returned the product and I did receive the money back at that time. I think they must have gotten so many complaints that they can't afford to return the money to those of you trying to return the product now. Seems like it would be off the market by now.

I bought dual action on jan.7.2008. I called on Jan.9,2008 to find out why I had not recieved an email to confirm my order they told me my credit card had been denied so I called my credit card company they said there were 2 charges from this company one for 213.15 which was the the total of my order the other one was for 69.90.bottom line is they charged me 2 times for one of the products and have not shipped anything. Not one person that I spoke to could help me and let me tell you I was on the phone for 4 hours and spoke to no less than 7 people one less smart than the next.

I called and cancelled, tried to get a refund, forget it...so I just had the bank cancel my credit card....next time they try to charge it...they will get nothing just as I got

Be very careful with this company. Read the fine print!! After using the product once (which was good) I found another company that sells the product MUCH cheaper. So I ordered that. Next thing you know I have another box (2nd order) from this company on my doorstep?? I called them and they said according to the contract I asked them to keep sending their product to me and bill my card ($64). I told them for the stupid people like me who don't read all your fineprint you could at least send an email to let us know you're going to charge me again. That way I could have put the brakes on immediatley. Scammers. I'm finding this problem more and more from internet purchases. Now I need colon cleanser attorney to make sure these guys don't steal from me again. They did say that I wouldn't be getting anything else from them, but we'll see.

Hi this is some thing that happened I sent it back - refused and they said they never recieved it back - so they could not issue a refund. Sucky huh! When you refuse a package and I had an RMA you do not get a reciept - at least that I can remember. So it's best not to do this mail order company.

Well first of all I purchased dual action cleanse and I paid at the time $89.00 and tax. I did it back in February of 2007. First let me tell you I have been burned in the past on products. It took me a year after watching it on tv countless times. so with my income tax money i purchased it. The first three maybe 4 days i felt bad and didn't want to do nothing. I am on three different types of medicine and one is blood pressure. with my medicine for the last year my blood pressure ran 149/90 which is normal for me. on the dual action cleanse it elevated it to 157/ 95 and i almost quit the third day but i decided against it. after the pills was gone i was so releived to find out what had happened three days off it my blood pressure went to 127/78 amazing i thought. what was even more amazing was that i had blood test done before and after within a week and i can tell you i had 745 trigycerides and my bad cholesterol could not be measured my liver count was high my doctor said I had probability of fatty liver disease. when i was finished with the dual action cleanse my blood pressure dropped my triglycerides went down to 305 and my bad cholesterol was 100 which was measurable my liver count went to normal and i could finally jog. i forgot to tell you before i took it my feet was so dry cracked and red that when i tried to jog my foot cracked open AND BLED I WAS LIMPING AROUND FOR A WEEK NOW I AM JOGGING AND MY FEET ARE AS SMOOTHE AS MY HANDS NO CALCIUM DEPOSITES NICE. I NEVER PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AGAIN BUT REALLY INTEND TO MY DOCTOR IS ASTONISHED AT MY HEALTH.

Yesterday,12/11/07, I went to the webpage for Dual Action Cleanse and started to fill out an order form to purchase the product. I had filled in my information but had not submitted my order. Before I did I submitted, I found this webpage that told of what a scam this company was. I returned to the page and closed it before I submitted my order. Today I find that I have a charge on my account from Dual Action Cleanse which I did not order. I called the customer service number and of course they can not find my account. You all were right ...THIS IS A SCAM!!

I had purchased the product in the past and thought about trying it again. I went on to the website and logged in to my account. I left the site before placing the order and they sent the product anyways. I refused the package when it arrived and they refuse to issue a credit to my account. They claim they never received it back.

My story is the same as the others. I order this product from an infomercial. I tried the product and it did nothing for me. I canceled the auto-shipments immediately, but they shipped me a different product and charged my credit card. When I called their customer service number (800-941-0163) to return the product, they issue a return authorization number and said I would have to pay postage to send it back. This company is a scam and they have been reported to my credit card company. I am still fighting them, I could write all the details but all you have to do is read the other complainants. IT IS THE SAME FOR ALL OF US!

My story is the same as many others. I order this product from an infomercial. When it intially came in, I canceled the auto-shipments "immediately", because I didn't want to spend any more money on the product until I was sure that it worked. Sure enough, I tried the product and found it useless. All it did was give me stomach cramps. Even though I canceled the auto-shipments immediately, they shipped more product to me anyway and charged my credit card. When I called their customer service number (800-941-0163) to return the product, they "REFUSED" to issue a return authorization and said that they had no record of me calling them to cancel. This company is not at all interested in health and/or service, but is only interested in making money through questionable and fraudulent methods. They have been reported to my credit card company and I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
