I ordered a set of the earlifts from an infomercial. Before I received the earlifts, my credit card was charged. When I noticed the amount which was several times what I had been told, I called to find out why the discrepancy. I was told that I was sent a year's supply (which I did not order). I said I did not want a year's supply and was told to return the package without opening it when I got it. I followed those instructions but to date I have not gotten my refund. This has been over a year.

I ordered Ear Lifts in January from their TV commercial. The item came in but the billing statement was in error. I noticed that there was an addition error with the item cost and shipping and handling cost. Somehow they managed to add $10.00 to the grand total.

I ordered ear lifts from a T.V. commerical on Jan.2 , 2007 .I wanted to see them and try to use them . I placed my order by check number over the phone . On the 16th of Jan. my bank recieved the withdrawl for $30 . My order was suppose to be $10.99 . I waited for my ear lifts . Then Jan. 25th $66.99 was withdrawn from Ear Lift . I tried to call their customer number but they kept giving me a computer voice message. It is Feb. 10th and I have nothing no ear lifts and minus $96.99 from my bank account. I never will try to buy ear lifts again.
