A while ago I ordered the Epil-Stop and Spray in Melon, I'll admit.. The ad got me. They advertise that you can just spray the liquid on, wait 10 minutes, and wipe off.. and viola, be shave free for six weeks. Boy, were they wrong. The moment I sprayed it on my leg, the smell almost knocked me off my seat. Think about a salon perm type smell, only three times as worse. For the first five minutes it was fine, but after that.. it started to burn. I managed to last the full 10 minutes though. I wiped it off, and to my surprise.. It didn't take ANY hair with it. Well, maybe one or two, but still.. And it left my leg red. They advertise their money back guarantee, but fail to tell you how hard it is to get a hold of their customer service. After four days of calling and writing emails constantly, I finally talked to someone. They tried to convince me not to send it back, but finally relented. I sent it back, tracking it the whole way. After it reached them, it took two months to get my money refunded. So basically they claim it is the clean, easy, fast and painless way to remove hair.. But I must have gotten the burning, messy, smelly, painful product instead. Stay away at all costs!!!

There is absolutely NO defense for Epil-Stop or the company that makes this piece of crap. Not only does it not work, it burns your skin. They are a New York based company and the attorney general should get a letter from every one of us who have been burned (no pun intended) and ripped off by the liars at IGIA. I would never buy anything from this worthless company because ALL their products are scams. And yes I did everything according to the directions, even though some steps contradicted themselves. IGIA is a SCAM company. EPIL-STOP is a DANGEROUS PRODUCT! Sue me IGIA, I dare you. How about any attorneys out there willing to file a class action lawsuit to put these SOB's out of business?? As for the claims in the defense column, sounds like they were written by some of these scam-holes trying to save a little face. Don't believe it or anything you ever hear from IGIA about ANY of its BS products!!!! Buyer beware! You have been warned!

They are a bunch of liars, I did my research. None of their products works! and talk about shipping and handling charges? These people are the pros on scams. How on god's earth they have gotten away with it so far? Epil Stop burns the crap out of my son and all they can tell you when you call Cust. Serv. is to apply cold water, and then those silly reps who sounds like they don't even know english, hangs up the phone on you when you want their manager as you want more information on there product. It should be labelled, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I bought this product with the faint hope I wouldn't have to shave every morning for days or even weeks. Not only did it "not" remove my facial hair,it hardly removed any hair at all anywhere. What it did do was smell up the house and myself for a long period of time. Total waste of money. Total.

While this product did remove my back hair, it was difficult to apply, and left a red rash on my back for days afterwards. Since throwing it out, I discovered the Body Touch Hair Removal unit by Micro Touch which is essentially a battery operated stick shaver that for under $10 gives me an excellent irritation free way to clean my back for at least a year.

This useless product only works by burning off your hair with its chemicals, the sad part is that it also partially burns the top of the skin once expposed to it. I basically paid to get a rash
