I tried it first on my arm to se if it worked. I left it on for the recommended time. When I wiped it off nothing happened. I reapplied it and left it on a little longer and it burned my skin. I stopped using it after that. It also had a very bad smell to it.

I bought the product, used it on my arms and got burns and no hair removal...I still have the product under my sink and have never used it since.

I had a severe allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency room. Used on my upper lip and legs. Upper lip swelled up and I had oozing scabs on my face for about two weeks. Had burns on my legs. Still have discolored skin where the burns were.

First, it doesn't remove any hair. I left it on my bikini line for the 8 minutes and it didn't remove any hair. It also states that hair doesn't grow back for at least 6 weeks...wrong again! It's no different than Nair. It caused my bikini line to burn and turn into a red scratchy rash. I bought this product at Kohl's and ended up throwing it all away. It sucks!

I bought this Product at Walgreen's after seeing the infomercial so many times on TV, being applied to men's hairy areas as well. I figured, if the AD had been running for so long, it MUST work.. YEAH RIGHT!!!! What a JOKE! I put it on my husband's hairy back and within 2 minutes or less he started to complain of the pain. I thought he may be exaggerating, so told him to wait a little longer like the product says. After not even 30 seconds he jumped out of the seat screaming that this STUFF was BURNING like crazy and ran to the shower. The burning got worse under water!! My husband is an ER Doctor, and so HE KNEW right away that this was causing a CHEMICAL BURN. The entire area got really hot to the touch, swelled up, and blistered EVERYWHERE within the next few days. I FELT HORRIBLE and guilty for putting this stuff on him. He had nasty bumps filled with puss for the next few weeks, along with scabs and all. I would like to know who are these clowns on the commercial !and what really are they putting on them? NAIR? Because I have never seen anyone crying out of pain on the commercial, and that is what everybody else seems to have experienced. THANK GOD I GOT IT AT WALGREEN'S, because I took it back and got my money back no questions asked!

I bought this product on a trip to a mall in Philadelphia. It was the worst $25 I've ever spent. It burned more than it removed hair. Isn't it illegal to put something on TV that is this bad. They say "spray and wipe away", that's a lie! It has to be left on for an unbearable amount of time. Why are they still in business and what is the gov't doing about these frauds!!??

I bought Epil stop from a TV ad. They were suppose to send a robe, but I never received one. The first and only time I used the facial bottle, I burned the skin above my lip and had blisters and raw skin for a couple of weeks. People should be told this is no better then using acid on your skin.

I bought this product at Wall Mart.I've been watching it's infomercial for a long time and even my husband thought it was a great product. Well on television it looks great and seeing those people in the infomercial removing their hair so easy like that, who doesn't want it right? When I brought the product home I was so excited. I read all the instructions and wanted to try on the product right away. I only opened the first bottle and put it on my legs..they said that some people have different kind of skin and hair type so the time for the hair to remove would vary..but then my skin started to feel itchy and burning hot! I ran straight to the bathroom and washed it off but even after that my skin was swollen and red..I still have scars from the itching. It was a good thing that I bought the product from wall mart and they can take refunds if we're not satisfied..for those of you who want to try this..DON'T!!!!..IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

I purchased Epil stop. I used the product under my arms as per the instructions and received a major burn. It took 3 days before I could even put my arm down, and a week before it was healed sufficiently as to not hurt when I raised and lowered my arm. I still have the product I paid $30 for but have never used it again.

I bought this product at a local drugstore. I put the product on skin above my upper lip and it burned the crap out of my face and caused red skin and blisters which took time to heal. This is a waste of money. Don't even fall for it. It don't even remove the hair but you get pain.

Interesting to have stumbled across this site. I have the Epil stop system, was really looking forward to having it eliminate facial hair. I use the product as directed but it does no good. I continue to go back to using tweezers for the unwanted hair, which was what I was looking to avoid. Simple story from me: bottom line is it DOES NOT WORK as advertised.

I purchased Epil Stop for to remove unwanted hair from my underarms and bikini line. Needless to say this crap did not work as described in the instructions. However, hair was removed from my bikini line after leaving the product on for 20 minutes. When the hair grew back, there was a great amount of ingrown hair which left me with permanent scarring. I use to shave all the time at that never happened when I shaved.

I bought Epil stop from a TV ad - pre-tested it on a small area as directed. It did not cause burns or rash, and removed some of the hair. So I went ahead and tried it on my chest and tummy. Left it on for 6 minutes as directed. It removed the hair patchily and now the entire area is burning and has bumps and burns along with patches and roots of hair - NOTHING like on TV - even when directions were followed exactly.

I purchased Epil Stop at a local BJ's Wholesale - but it turned out to be a very expensive item in terms of health and injury- The burns I received on my legs were nasty-I had streaks and red burns all up and down my legs. It burns like crazy- I thought this was a gentle and safe alternative to "harsh hair removal methods." I hope this dangerous chemical compound is pulled off the market pronto.

Purchased this product and have used it numberous times with varying amount of time and it does not work at all! A waste of money and a big lie on TV thanks for the action you are taking.

I bought Epil Stop and tried it, the only thing it did was burn the crap out of my skin. It didn't matter where on my body I used it, it burned. It has since healed, but I would not recommend this product to anyone! I did not try to return my product, in fact I still have what's left, but it would be nice to warn other people before they go through the pain I did.
