caveat emptor, it means BUYER BEWARE!!!and you better believe me when I tell you. Murphy's law suggests that if something is to good to be true than it probably is . I haven't been taken by this scam, but I came on here to hopefully pass the message and it is; if you see something on t.v late at night [mostly] chances are it's probably a scam. But here is what you can do; get online go to your google bar type in the name of the product and it should pop out a list of names pertaining to that product look for product complaints [e.g extenze cutomer complaints ].click on it and it'll pull up customer complaint blogs just like this one. I was taken by a certain phone co. I found out I wasn't the only one complaining about them there was about 8 pages of complaints just like mine. So like I said [and I say this from the bottom of my heart] "CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!"

I never wanted this product, its not needed here but I cant get them to stop charging my account despite frequent emails and phone calls. Weve been charged over 200.00 to date and we never intentionally bought this to begin with.

My husband had seen this commercial and put an order in for the 7 day "free trial" and only paying the shipping and handling. Well, it took a month to get the order, it only took a week to take money off the visa, at first it was april 7 $6.95 for the shipping and handling. My husband was ok and only gave authorization to take off that amount. April 9 a charge of $49.41, April 13 another charge of 1.49 for who knows what,April 30 a charge of 19.95 and another charge of $49.41. May 01, a charge of 1.49 and another charge of 3.49. A total of $125.24 of unauthorized payments deducted off of our Visa. Same thing, the number you order from gives you numbers that do not work. cant get ahold of anyone anywhere. Something needs to be done. What can we do?

PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY EXTENZE READ THIS...simply refute the order with your credit card company if they have falsely charged you. Extenze's merchant account provider will slap them with a $35 fee for each refuted charge. You can put a massive dent in their pocket, not to mention getting your money back. If enough people do this, their merchant account provider will drop them as well! If they have falsely charged you, you deserve justice!

I bought the free week trial for my boyfriend for .99 cents. I was only billed for that amount the next day. I sent an email a the next day to cancel my membership. I was sent dvds also with my week supply. I recieved an email and was told my membership was canceled. I have checked on my account several times since then and miscellanous amounts have been taken out of my account for dvds that i have not recieved and dont understand why i am being billed for them. Not only for dvds but for other items im not aware of for different amounts. I have also been getting calls from different telemarketers wanting me to buy things and etc that say they have my visa number on file from a purchase i have made. Extendz is the only place i have used my visa for. So why my account info is being given out is a question to me. Overall i have been very upset with how this company has taken money out of my account and also giving out my account information. also being told my membership is cancelled and then continue to take money out of my account.

My story sounds about like the rest except I have sent at least 10 e-mails daily to extenze@aol.com
requesting a refund since I ordered the first ten pills I have every piece of correspandance with Biotab nutriceuticals Inc. I have met with with all their requirments to get a refund. I don't know who else to get some kinda retribution. I did cancel my bank card so they can't charge anymore to my account

Well, I ordered it a little over a month ago. But so far, the company hasn't even charged my account the .97 cents. I did this offer on an [] so I could get credit for one of my friends. I went to look into the [] account and they have taken down the extenZe offer. Maybe they have finally been caught or maybe I was just one of the lucky ones. But I'll make SURE to get the word out on forums and such that anybody making a referral for someone to NOT DO THIS OFFER!

He ordered the free sample for .99 shipping. Then they billed his account for $1.49. A couple days later they hit account for 49.41.He called back to try to cancel and they said they would. Within a few days they billed his acct. again for $49.41 .I called the bank & had the charges removed & canceled the card and the next day after that they charged him again for another 49.41. I called several times and got disconnected number and the run around. Then they hit the account again for 49.41.

I saw the infomercial on TV and went to the internet. I wanted to see if it would add lenght to my organ. Well i paid the 97 cents for shipping for first 7 day trial and cancelled withing 4 days. The order said 4-6 weeks for delivery and i got it in 3 days. Well my bank got charged for about $50 and they bank said it was pending and i called them and they cancelled it and sent me an email. This scam put me in the negatives. I urge anyone not to try this Product They will charge you Extra. I have a script for Viagra, and well i tried one today of the Extense and did not feel any blood flow down there nor increased sexual desire. Viagra is wonderful Extenze is a scam!!!

This product is certainly a scam. My advice is to purchase it (if you must, because it doesn't work) only through American Express. Their customer service is top notch and if you are prudent and check your charges regularly, you can report Extenze's fradulant charges right away and AmEx will refuse payment, saving you the money, but it must be done within 15 days of the charge being posted. Easiest way to go... avoid this product.

The SAD part of all this reality is that they are still there in 240 markets 2-4 times each hour between 3am and 5am around the US$. No doubt in my mind that there's got to be a sucker born every minute. A big lesson in TV buying IMHO, not somewhere you want to go to get genuine bonafide advice and products. As you see in these complaints, these are fraudulent tactics used by most of ALL the infomercial folks out there. BUYER BEWARE!
