This product is certainly a scam. My advice is to purchase it (if you must, because it doesn't work) only through American Express. Their customer service is top notch and if you are prudent and check your charges regularly, you can report Extenze's fradulant charges right away and AmEx will refuse payment, saving you the money, but it must be done within 15 days of the charge being posted. Easiest way to go... avoid this product.

The SAD part of all this reality is that they are still there in 240 markets 2-4 times each hour between 3am and 5am around the US$. No doubt in my mind that there's got to be a sucker born every minute. A big lesson in TV buying IMHO, not somewhere you want to go to get genuine bonafide advice and products. As you see in these complaints, these are fraudulent tactics used by most of ALL the infomercial folks out there. BUYER BEWARE!

I order this product for my husband by phone. I stupidly gave them my card number just for shipping and handling. I cancelled right after we received the trial offer. Since then I have received 4 packages with extenze and also an empty package that was supposed to be a DVD (so it said) I returned everything as soon as I got it. Well to date Extenze has stolen at least $150 from our bank acct. No one ever answers phones or responds to Emails. How can this company get away with this? Do they ever give refunds.....NO!

I feel that I can never trust buying anything online, cheated and swindled. Now I must change accounts with my bank, go through a bunch of mallurky just because I tried this product. Its false advertizement in my eyes.

Tried this product due to an trial offer. I have been tying to stop it for 3 months as of date. They tell you to fax them, call, or send product back to cancel so-called membership. I've done them all! Each month another supply comes in with a $50.90 debit from my account. What does it take to get them to stop this?

On the websit it says "Trying ExtenZe is easy. Try it risk-free for one week… just pay 97 cents for postage. If you like it, we’ll automatically send you a new 30-day supply every month for only $43.95 plus $6.95 postage and handling." key word being IF. there is nothing else in fine print. I, the same as you payed .97 cents and two days later got charged $49.99. when I called they said it was already shipped and there was nothing they could do...."If you like it, we’ll automatically send you a new 30-day supply every month for only $43.95 plus $6.95 postage and handling." how could I know if I liked it or not.....I hadn't got it yet....what they are doing is not legal. to whoever was talking about a lawsuit....i'm up for it

I ordered this product with the intent of simply trying the 7 day sample and some Indian woman talked to into buying some porn dvds and a travel service. I received the product and after the 7 days tried to cancel but with no luck. I called several times and they kept saying they were going to call me back at 11 am which they never did. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when on the phone with him he said he has no information on my account and does not know any other numbers I can contact. I then looked at my bank statement and saw that I got charged 49.41 and 1.49 by the company and the 7 days isnt even up! I contacted my bank and they say that they are filing a claim and will refund my money. I am going to pursue legal actions next on this faulty business because they literally steal your money without you knowing. The 7 days is a scam and is false advertisement.

Still waiting for a refund after 2 months of dealing with these people($102). I've had the same problems with getting transfered to call centers in India where they barely speak English. They promise a call back the next day about your refund and of course no one calls back. My average hold time has been 10-15 minutes and once you do get someone who speaks English, they act annoyed and unconcerned about your problems. I have also had the same issues as far as money being deducted from my account very quickly.. even before the trial period was over. The only number that has worked for me has been 1.800.228.7314. If I don't get a refund within the next week, I will also be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. I did not end up trying the product primarily due to a gut feeling and the aftermath of dealing with this unprofessional company. Save yourself time and money and stay away from this product.

I ordered free sample of Extenze, which was worth 97cents. They charged me 97cents and $49.41 cents. I have tried to contact with no sucssess. It is hard to believe as my Bank is upset with this

Ordered the sample for .49 Got it, tried it, didn't like it. Called, was forwarded to answering service in India. Was told someone would return my call the next day by noon. No one did. I called the next day and got the same answer, no one did. called again and threatend lawsuit, actually got someone who could at least form proper sentences, they said send the product back and they will refund my money. AH? I dont have any product to send back other than the sample. Well it's on it's way. I don't want it, nothing we can do just send it back and then they hung up on me!! Sent an e-mail to a address that has permanent errors and can't be accessed. There had better be no building at this address cuz hell is about come over there!!!!!

I ordered the trial for my boyfriend. Instead of getting the trial pack, they first sent us a month's supply. Then another. They called me saying that they wanted to confirm my address to send me the free trial that we never got. I told them then to cancel all orders. That was about a month ago. I check my bank statement today and see that they have charged me again. I called their customer service number (626 one) and some guy got my information and told me that someone is going to call me back tomorrow from customer service. I was nearly yelling at him to have me talk to someone today, and that I would be willing to wait however long was needed to talk to someone. Apparently there is absolutely no way to transfer the call. I asked to talk to his manager and he was "very busy at the moment...in a meeting..." Very vague. I am now waiting for the call tomorrow. This is horrible!

I ordered Extenze earlier this month. I was billed .97 for the trial pack then 49.41 for a months supply. I was billed a couple weeks later for 1.49 I wasn't pleased after using it so I called customer service to see about getting the refund. They said return it and no problem. I got delivery conformation and they recieved the product on the 24th. The very next day they billed me again for 49.41. I called and they said I was supposed to call and "cancel". So I cancelled and they said I have to wait for a refund. The day after that, I was billed AGAIN for 1.49! I should have been billed for a total of $50.38, instead I was billed for $102.77 and no refund!

They will deduct the money from your credit card, of course if you pay by that means, but they will not deliver. I had over $60 deducted from my account, and it is 3 weeks now, and I've still not received the product. I called the office, and they gave me a customer service number, 626-440-1747, but the voice message says the number has been changed. The message referred me to an 1-800 number, which is not in service. I called the office again, and they gave me another 1-800 number for California, and it doesn't work. So, don't waste your money.

I ordered Extenze product and took the pills for a couple weeks. I started to have adverse effects, i.e. dizziness, nausea etc. I stopped taking them for a week to see if it was possibly something else. After a week I was feeling better so I figured I would try them again. I started to have the same effects. I sent the products back in a timely manner as advised. It has now been about 2 months since I sent them back and still no refund has been honored as promised. I have made several calls also to no avail.

like everyone else i bought this product and was not able to cancel. i also sent back all the product they keep sending me and still no refund. the best this i have found is go to your bank and turn them in for fraud. this is the best way to keep them from taking any more of your money. im looking for anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against the makers of extenz. we need justice for the agrivation they have caused us and they need to go down!!

This product is completely useless and has no intentions of enhancing performance.Although I have not tried it for more than a month it has done nothing for me. Just as a lot of other men out there, I bought in to this type of thing at 3 in the morning and the interviews, women and that loser doctor that were hired to do this Im now saying that these people should be taken down for this and this product should seriously be tested before allowing anyone to purchase it. The same happened to me as it did with others. My account overdrew because they were deducting like $75.00 from my account every month. So please dont fall for this stupid thing like I did. I tried lots of different numbers to cancel my membership but found one that does work if you keep calling on end. Its 1-626-775-6300 and youll get a busy signal. But if you keep calling youll get through. So to anyone out there thats looking for a real opinoin, heres one of them

My husband ordered a 'trial' of the Extenze product (male enhancer 'vitamin') for .97 in October. They send these 'vitamins' plus unwanted adult videos and charge almost $70 each month that's unauthorized. Calls to the company occasionally are answered by a live person who pretty much doesn't know anything. We've returned all the products within the specified time frame but have not received ANY credits. I've put a stop payment on our account for their company, but they change their company name every month to get around smart consumers! There's a guy in New Jersey named Harold Hoffman who has filed a class-action lawsuit against BioTab and I'm trying to figure out how to get in touch with him. SCAM, SCAM....nevermind how upset I was with HUBBY for being taken by an informercial at 3a.m. I just talked to them AGAIN and now they say they have to talk to Hubby since his name is on the account! They also have off-shore operators who take up you time getting information and promising a call back, but nobody calls back. Shameless business --- shame, shame!

My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's. So, what else can we do? I paid for delivery confirmation receipt when I return the product and on the usps website it says delivery confirmed in Monrovia, CA 91016. Therefore, I know someone received the product back and I still do not have my refund (49.41 times 3!!!) I guess I'll go to my bank tomorrow and request a new card or block this payee. What a ripoff! The product was just something I ordered on a whim, b/c I was up late one night and couldn't sleep. I never used them, b/c my wife immediately sent them back. Ever since, each month we receive a bottle, she sends them back and we still have yet to see a refund.
