My husband had ordered Extenze on August 31st, 2007 with asking the intake telephone operator three different times that this will only cost .97 cents. So as of September 9th & 10th I noticed that my checking account if off and I will be going in the negative which I never do. I had went to my bank and as of 9-10-07 Extenze took out $46.90 without my authorization, however some ways I blame myself to beleive that they were only going to take out .97 cents, I guess I'm too trustworthy and the pills are not worth that, the money is a big gigantic issue to me for I have two small children and we live paycheck to paycheck so when I called Extenze several times the # that they actually answer is only to place orders and all three #'s they gave me to customer service is an answering service that they will return your phone call which is more and likely not to happen. I'm so angry that they are just going to take my $46.90. Somehow Someway I will get my money back. Oh this is interesting when I was talking to one of the supervisors she could not give me her last name. Thank you for letting me tell my story hopefully I will have a good ending sincerely Laura

Something has to be done NOW! I want my money back from these theifs. They told me they will give me free pills and I did get them, But they charged my acount for the pills a week later.

I did order the product, and I'm quite shocked, I also did try to call several CS phone all of them state "Our agents are busy, please leave a message at the sound of the tone.. beep" this is a SCAM! Now I can't get a refund, I did fax my order cancelation, I would advise anybody else to do the same at 626-440-9138, 626-440-7174.

i ordered this product for my husband but it seemed not to work so i tried to call 1-800-419-4447 and could never get through so i went on the internet to try and cancel but there was no way to cancell they keep charging my credit card every month how can i stop them from doing this.i think they should be made to give every body there money back and close down there business

My husband tried Extenze and the product didn't seem to work. He signed up for a 7-day trial period, the next week we received x-rated movies in the mail. The following 2 weeks we received more pills and more movies and were charged over 67.00$. I called and cancelled and wanted to know why are we receiving these additional orders. I was also told to return the product un-opened and I will receive my refund. It has now been over a month and NO REFUND. I did call 1-800-727-1664 and spoke with a guy named Juan. He told me I should have my refund in 2-3 days. I will check with my bank on 8/2/07. So try that number! We have all been SCAMED!!!!!!

I saw the late night infomercial for male inhancement extenze for my husband. I immediately ordered the sample pack of 7 pills $4.95, and with the order came two packs of dvd's that I never ordered, 2 weeks later came another package with more pills and more dvd's. I was able to contact customer service at the company.I notified them that I had returned the merchasdise unopened and I was want a refund credited to my account.I was informed that I should receive my refund within two weeks. as of today I have not received my refund of $54.47 this company needs to be closed this is scandeouls.

I ordered this product on 4-24 for a free trial, I just had to pay 5.95 in shipping and wasnt told about any additional shipments, then 6 days later they charged my card again, so I called immediately when I noticed it, and they said that I had to cancel, so I did, and said as soon as I get the product to refuse shipment and send it back. So I received it a few weeks later and immediately returned shipment. So when I called about my refund, they said it takes up to 6 weeks, but in the mean time, I asked why I was charged, and they said I have to call within 7 days, but let me remind you, they charged me on the 6th day, which was on a Sunday and they claim that they are closed on Sundays. So this is now July 11, 2007 and still no refund. When I called today, they say now the policy is now 90 "Business" days. So now they are requesting that we give them one more week. So I told them that if they dont have my refund to me by 7-20-07 that we are getting a lawyer. I havent tried to go to the bank yet. But we will see what happens after next friday. These people needs to be stopped. Please if you have any additional informantion, email me or my wife @ [].net

i ordered Extenze free sample and was told all i was going to be charged was .97 a few weeks later a withdrawl for $45.00 came out my account without my approval when trying to call the numbers they were all not in service. The only number that worked was a answering service that said I had to call back mon thru fri I'm just going to go to the back and stop payment this is all a SCAM!!!

My son whom is mentally challenged, sent off for the pills. After hearing of this, I contacted a rep from Extenze. I informed them of my sons mental condition, and that he has the mind of a 6 year old and I asked him if they would cancel his subcription. First they said that he claimed he is 18, which is true, and that they would not cancel the subcription. After a long time of explaining his metal condition, the relictantly agreed to cancel. This was only a lie to get me off the phone. My son is still getting billed and he hase'nt even been sent the pills. he only way to get these scam artist off of you is to cancel your card. If they promise to cancel your subcription, Don't beleve them.

They offer a 45 day money back garentee. Then they proceed to wait 3 weeks before they send the product. And on top of that if you read carfully they say the offer doesnt apply for promotions... The only thing they offer is a promotional sale. So there is no way of getting your money back if the product doesnt work.

I ordered the Extenze male enhancement for my husband to improve our okay bedtime ritual. But we never recieved the trial product, plus we are being charged more for the reoccuring "shipments". I am handling this dispute through my bank which should be an option for everyone to try. I have called 1-800-727-1664 and I was unable to get through. It's even endorsed by a pornstar, RON JEREMY, and I cant believe this is how HE handles business!!!

I am attempting to cancel any future orders. I call their customer servive at 800.419.4447 or 626.440.7274, and am unable to get through. The phone is always busy, or I get so many rings I receive a recording stating that no one is answering and to try again later. I want out of this loop before they bill me again.

I being a male with obvious confidence issues tried a free sample of the MenExtenze and registered to test it .. once I received it I was informed that I cannot take it as it will conflict with other medications that i am taking .. therefore I never paid it any more regard.. as of just about 2 hrs ago I now have on my Credit Card statement 2 pending charges of 46.90 each?? from MenExtenze 800-727-1664800-7271664 CAUS I attempt to call this obvious phone number to no avail.
