I tried this product with my 8 year old son and saw no progress. WARNING!! If you decide to return the product be sure to get it insured and get a tracking number. They claim they never received the returned product...so I now have to pay $350 for something I do not have. Also, when I first ordered the product I was (thinking) I ordered the very basic one...the cheapest one, but now that I'm looking into it, I find out they are charging me for the next expensive one which is $100 more. Be very leary when ordering from this company. They refuse to deal with any issues

Ok so i ordered for my husbands christmas present had it shipped to clubhouse so it wouldn't get put on my pourch. Told them to write that on the package. Well christmas is past give them a call and they said they delivered it and it was PUT ON THE POURCH!!! Well I told them I didn't get it and want my money back. They say no problem but I am still going round and round. They say that I need to fill out this paper. So I say ok fax it to me. Still haven't gotton it. Then they say well let's try both by the way they cannot fax til the next day how convient. It took them less than 1 day to charge my card but 8 weeks and counting to refund.

Beware of Infinite Mind "EyeQ" sales tactics. I called their sales phone after hearing their ad on the radio. The salesperson said they needed my credit card # for the $14.95 S&H charges. I asked if my credit card would automatically be charged after 30 days (for the purchase price) and she said NO. At the beginning of the call I asked if there is a web site with info on the company and product, and the salesperson convinced me there wasn't. I used the system, and found it to be somewhat useful, but not nearly as effective as their high performance claims. What do you know? About a month and a half later, I discovered they charged my credit card $90.17 thirty days later, without my authorization. After several calls to Infinite Mind customer service over 10 bus days, still no return phone call from them to resolve; then I wrote an email because they had told me they would listen to the audio recording of the sales call and call me back to resolve. I rec'd a brief email reply, stating they listened to the audio recording of the call and that I had agreed to the charges!! A few days and several calls later, a Cust. Svc Supervisor finally called me back and we listened to the recording of the call together. When I asked if my Ccard would be charged automatically after 30 days, she replied, "No." Twice during the call I asked if there is a web site with info on the company & product, and her reply was very cleverly misleading to 'no'. Still they wanted to offer me to purchase the system for 20% off of $270.51 !!! I have no doubt their product will be effective for some, but the company has a big problem with ethics.

2 things. 1) I used the product and did not see any improvement 2) they wanted to sell me all these products and I was not interested 3) they told me the cost was the shipping and a ONE time fee of $80, was a surprised to see they charged me 3 times, 83.33 they could not help me and would not help me, I am stuck with paying the 270 for a product that doesn't work, and that I never would have bought the product in the first place if i knew it was that much. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

When I recieved this product on my porch I'd never even heard of it let alone ordered it. They somehow obtained my credit card number and took $66.00 out of my account fradulently. When I called I was told their phone lines were down. I called numerous other hotlines and am still waiting on call backs which I'm sure will never come. Thats okay though because I have a good bank that is reimbursing me the amount as well as the overdraft fee.I had them stop my card and reissue me a new one. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in my area as well as where they are located. Also I am contacting the US Attorney Generals Office this is a federal crime. I suggest anyone else having problems with this company do the same. They are Conartists without a doubt!

My daughter ordered this program online one evening, without permission, and I saw the charge on my credit card the next morning. I called Eye Q and told them what happened and asked them to stop shipment of the material. It was not due to ship out until the NEXT day but yet they said they could not stop the shipment, that I would have to refuse it when it arrived. We will see what actually happens when the refused package is received back by the company. I find it hard to imagine that ANY company cannot stop the shipment of a package BEFORE it leaves since all this will do is cost the company extra money for something they already know is going to be refused on delivery. I think that is very shoddy business practice and just not particularly smart on their side.........

I have been using Eyeq for over two months now and apparently my reading speed has remained the same. I am completely not satisfied with my purchase. I hope this delivers the message. Mike S
