On September 20, 2005, I placed an order for a five VCR tapes and two DVD bonus package from Fitness Made Simple Informercial. The woman taking my order was pleasant and asked if I wished "Rush" priority mail with USPS, for which I paid an extra $7.00 USD.   Total bill was $81.90, which included $21.95USD for S/H.  My credit card was billed the following day for $81.90. One week later, I phoned customer service at Manta Communications to inquire about my order. I also confirmed my address with the woman who answered the phone.  She told me my order was shipped on September 23rd and the Postal Service lied when they told me Priority Mail takes 3-4 days, yada-yada...  On October 06, my neighbor gave me the package which was delived to his address due to the WRONG apartment number being listed on the shipping label. The correct address was enclosed inside the package. In addition, a stamped shipping day of October 03 was noted on the package. The DVD bonus was missing.  I'm presently waiting for a return call from customer service. An update on this complaint was follow....
