My middle schooler and friend had a great time with the less than $1 floam I found on clearance. They decorated wooden letters and made martians out of styrofoam (covered them). It was not hard for them to clean up. Would not pay retail or anything close to it and would not give to small kids.

We bought floam about 2 nights ago for my younger brother. When I opend that package it was a sticky mess. I went in to the kitchen and tried to mix it and mash it. It didnt work instead it got stuck to everything. I then washed my hands and got a spoon. It still didnt work. All it looked like was glue with little purple beads stuck in it. After a while we thre it away and went to play with play doh. My hands started turning red and itchy and it wasnt the plad doh i have played with it scence i was very young. Yesturday evening we went to our local [] and came across this stuff called []. It looked just like floam but with out the goop on the sides. At a dollar a tub we picked up to thinking that is they were any better we would buy more. We opend them and it is everything floam avertises to be. But this stuff never dries out. We have had a blast playing with this stuff. So if you or your kids was dissapointed about your floam then go to your local [] and see if they have some []. Mind you the tubs are smaller but they a dollar a piece. So please save your self five bucks and dont buy floam. It is a scam to little kids.

This product is terribly misrepresented on the packaging and the inside brochure. Our package(purchased and used VERY briefly by our 7 + 12 yr old nieces) was purchased for $8 at []. It was impossible to mold it, bounce it or do other things as advertised. Unfortunately, we had thrown away the receipt and outer package when we gave it to the kids so we were unable to get a refund. What a waste of time! More importantly, what a disappointment for our nieces.

I bought this product for my 7 year old daughter. When she got some of it on her face she had a SEVERE allergic reaction that left a patch of skin from her left eye down to the top of her lip looking like she had a case of psoriasis. It took 3 months for her skin to heal. This is NOT a safe product for anyone, especially children

I just bought a small tub of floam for my son. Worst $5.00 I have ever spent on my son.
Just wanted to add to the complains and maybe eventually this product will be removed from the market. Do not purchase this product. It doesn't do anything that it says. It was way too sticky to do anything. I had to scrub my kids hands to remove it. It is definitely a rip off. So glad I didn't end up spending a fortune on this stuff. Hope this will help others and prevent from loosing their money.

We purchased a five pack of this HORRIBLE product. The white pack was fine and the kids enjoyed molding things with it. But the other colors were slimey and gooky and stuck all over our hands. We never could get it to work correctly. It was like playing with glue! What fun! It took us 30 min to get it off our hands and back into the container. What a rip off!

Anyone with a problem with FLOAM should contact the Better Business Bureau. They were able to get a refund for me. Also, they will be able to track all of the complaints. The website to order on was a not ethical in its sale practices.

My son has a little floam ball way down in his ear and his ear is bleeding because of trying to get it out. We are going to be in the hospital tomorrow morning because of this stupid unsafe product. There were no age restrictions fo I figured it would be safe....it is tiny balls of foam and glue....so he basically as tiny foam glued to his eardrum. Thanks...great product.

I purchased floam to give as favors for my sons birthday party and now I am soooo embarassed. It is just as others have complained about. It sticks to anything and everything. It is totally unworkable and I am a seasoned crafter and art person. I will be writing to this company.

After months of my 4 year old son asking for this product everytime we went to the craft store, I decided for Christmas we would but a few small tubs (as it was on sale) so that he could make a Christmas gift. If I could swear on this site I would, unbelieveable, it worked nothing like the ad. It was so gooey and stringy that my son wouldn't even go near it, I worked it for almost an hour and it still would not stop sticky to my hands. Getting it to stick to a box was impossible. This is by far the worst product I have even laid my hands on, and I have crafted for years. There is no way this product is suitable for an adult let alone ages 5, this stuff needs to be pulled off the market

This product is HORRIBLE. After my 6 year old daughter watched this infomercial she was so excited about it she even offered to pay for it with money she had been saving. The first issue is that even though on the website when I ordered it I clearly ordered ONE order, I was sent two ordered and charged over 60.00 dollars. Then when we took it out of the box, how gross! It is like slime and glue mixed together that stinks really bad with annoying beads that make it harder to get it off your hands. Ther is NO way you could make any of the things they advertised on the infomercial. What a SCAM! I am surprised this hasn't been taken off the market. The FLOAM manufacturers must be snickering all the way to the bank. It is a shame this product is targeted to young children. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My mum bought be this stuff for Christmas a long, long time ago, and it was fine. It worked as it should have and did not stick to everything. HOWEVER. Recently, we purchased a container, I'd say, about six or seven months ago, I tried it, and it stuck to EVERYTHING. In August, I got another container, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch. NOPE. It STILL stuck to everything. What happened?

We didn't get our Floam from an infomercial, it is in stores now. My seven year old daughter wanted some so much that she took money out of her piggy bank for it - it was only $4.00 for a tub, so I am thankful that we didn't buy a "set" or anything, but she's wanted this stuff for so long after seeing the commercials months ago, and was so proud to take her money to the store and buy a tub, then when she got it home and it was so slimy and sticky and smelly, it broke my heart to see the disappointment on her face. I read the instructions and "mixed" the floam for hours, but it never even closely resembled what they show in their advertising. This company should be shut down. It should be illegal to scam little kids like that.

I bought floam from a shop and i couldn't wait to try it out. When i opened the tub it was like yucky sticky goo. I thought that it was supposed to be NO GLUE, NO MESS and JUST FUN! Well obviously it was the complete opposite. I hated it! I Tried mixing and mashing it for 1 hour it still was sticky. Then i washed it of with water. It clogged up the drain. Then it made me use two towels to wash it of my hands. Now the floam wont wash off the towels. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Don't buy it, it does the exact opposite to what it says it does. TRUST ME!!!
