Have been trying repeatedly to cancel my orderstarting within 8 minutes of hanging up after placement of order. No response to several e-mails and customer service (after 1/2 hour wait) says no record of sale and to call back in another 24 hours. Of course by then product will have shipped and my chage card will have been billed the ridiculous shipping charges that apply.

Watching Biography Channel, taped from 7/9 - FOAM ad came on re an auger...for the garden/with accessories...$19.95 plus shipping and handling. I called to order ONE....the auto message took ALL my credit information then continued non stop with numerous additional items...trying to get me to purchase...After countless NO's...I ended the conversation which even had the salesman also interven, trying to change my mind about the order. Needless to say...I stood firm. All of these sales pitches were on a continuing voice mail. I then attempted to call their 800 513-2809 no...was told to call 920 966 6600, which again disconnected me. The e-mail address of cs@floamuse.com also a phoney. I called my credit card..cancelled my card...attempted to contact Biography Channel for advertising SCAM.... At 70 years olds, this was frustrating, involving many calls to cancell this "SCAM". Please, Please do NOT order from this group.

I used this company to purchase a set of scissors and a kitchen knife. They charged me $47 to ship those items to me and the order total was only $20. I lost the telephone no as i ordered it directly from the tv screena and only got a recorded ordering service. I trie to email the customer service as this is the only contact they placed on the delivered item. Cs@floamusa.com
Strange. If anyone hs their addres, please could you write it for me as i wish to complain to the Better Business Bureau to investigate it they are excellent at this. When I emailed customer services twice I got NO reply..

I ordered floam off of the cartoon channel for my daughter and it was advertised very opposite of what I received. The infomercial told me that if I ordered now that I would receive the big tubs of floam and all I have is these little containers thats not even half the size of a cereal bowl and I feel as though I was ripped off for $74.70. If you have any decency you would send me out what was advertised or reimburse me my money. I am a single parent and my daughter has been looing forward to this for sooo... long and this is what you people do. And my daughter is old enough to tell the difference between what was advertised and what she received.

I got this for my 6 year old as a stocking stuffer for Christmas (2006). I opened one container and my daughter opened one. It felt kinda cool in your hands and was fun to make shapes and stuff with, but it seems to dry out pretty quick...or quicker than I thought it would. It definitely has a smell though nothing that would make you ill. Just don't smell with your hand right up to your nose and you probably won't notice. Overall, I give it a 2 out of 5. Not really worth the money. If you got a five gallon bucket for about $8-$10 then that would be worth it if you didn't mind the slight funny smell.

I ordered floam for my son almost 4 months ago. It was supposed to be $20. The money was immediately taken from my account, but i have still not gotten the floam in the mail. I checked my bank statement today and $60 was taken out of my account for this floam? I even had lost my credit card in the meantime-so i don't know how that company could have gotten into my account with my old credit card?

I purchased some floam for my kids two separate times and out of 4 tubs only one was usable. The other three stuck to everything, accept what we wanted it to stick to!!! This product is horrible! It got all over my kids cloths, my table, the dog and everything else. They tried to put it on plastic easter eggs and it just would not stick to them. Then we tried to form it into a ball at last resort and in about 2 minutes it turned into a semi flat ball. Don't buy this stuff its a rip off!

This is the worst product. Please do not buy it. It does not work, sticks to your hands, washes down the drain and clogs the pipes. No fun at all. Total crapola. If I can dissuade one person from buying this product, I will feel somewhat vindicated for spending $10 on this "product" if you can call it that. What a marketing scam! I hope they paid their advertising company well, because they fooled a lot of people.

My kids wanted this badly so I bought it [] for $7.99 a little container. My 5 year old wanted to do what the commercial said and make things. Could not, did not stick to anything but the carpet. They played for about 20 minutes and that was it. I ended up trashing this 3 days later because they said it smelled and was not fun. They love playdoh, so something has to be wrong for children to hate it.

I got a sample of this stuff for free in a prize box. Later that night i was mashing it around in my hands, it did'nt seem very sticky in my hands like others reported but it wouldn't really stick to anything. Plus after using it my hands had the worst smell, I don't know what they put in it but it is GROSS! It smells bad and dosen't do what the infomercial says, don't buy any the free stuff i got is bad enough.

I have a charge for $196.20 on my bank account and I never even ordered this product! My 7 year old saw the ad on TV and made the call. I don't even know the number he called, or why they would authorize a charge to someone who is clearly a child. My bank agreed to remove the charge, but companies like this need to be put out of business.

I bought almost 180 dollars worth of floam for my grandchildren. They played with it for about an hour and then gave up. This stuff is horrible and definitely not what is advertised. Save your money!

I tried to order floam and I spent about 30 minutes trying to decline "bonuses" they kept trying to sell me. I kept saying no and the recording kept going in circles, not taking no for an answer. I finally ended up hanging up. Unfortunately they already had my credit card information. I tried calling back to speak to someone to cancel my order and all I get are recordings. I have emailed their customer service and I have contacted my bank. Hopefully I don't get charged for all these "bonuses" they kept trying to sell me after they had my card information.

I purchased Floam from [] last year for my daughter for Easter. I didn't know about this website until now, or I would have reported this more quickly. Thankfully, I didn't have to pay the full price for each of the containers, but since my daughter thought they were from the Easter Bunny, I could not return them after she tried them, or she would have been devastated. Anyway, she was very excited to get the Floam after seeing in several times on TV. She immediately took it out and tried applying it to several things, including her Easter basket. I did have her mix it up before applying it to items, but the stuff would NOT stick to anything but her hands! According to the infomercial, you can decorate things like doll houses, bikes, bike helmets, etc. We tried it on her bike helmet, but it just ran down the sides, just like it did on her Easter basket and the other, misc. things we tried it on. It does not work as described. It might, possibly, work on paper (we ended up throwing it away before trying this), but it isn't worth the price you pay for it.

Floam is a HUGE SCAM... My 4 year old and 6 year old got Floam for x-mas. They were excited to play with it and harped on me until I dug it out of the pile of x-mas presents. It says to mash and to mix so you can play with it. Needless to say, I was mashing and mixing for 45 minutes to try to get this CRAP off my hands. You can wash your hands off with water because this FLOAM WILL CLOG YOUR PLUMBING. If you try to use a paper towel to get it off, THE PAPER TOWELS WILL STICK TO YOUR HANDS. I had to waste a wash cloth to get it off my hands and throw away the wash cloth. The creators of companies like this should be put in prison for scamming hard working citizens out of their money.

my little sisters got floam for xmas. i opened the containers to make it ready for them, it says to mix and mash before playing so all beads blend together. i did this and it is still too sticky.

I also was deceived by the FLOAM company. I ordered 1 set online on 7-21-06 for my nieces birthday party on 7-30-06. My order was not even processed until 7/28/06 and I finally received it on 8/08/06. In the add they show a tub of Floam and then say when you order now you will receive double (jumbo) size tubs of 3 colors and one large size of green. Sounds like they double the size of the 3 tubs you see and you get one regular size green. WRONG! There is no difference in a jumbo or large. It comes exactly as shown in the picture. They say that is the double size. So is there a smaller size available or are they tricking you into thinking you are getting more for free? I called the customer service number and they said to email them. I did but got no response. After 2 days I called the customer service again. I spoke with Nick and he informed me that the only size available is the sizes I received and that he didnt know why they say you get 3 double size and one large green. A smaller size is not available. I could send it back but I would lose the $7.95 for S/H and the amount to ship it back to them. I am hesitant to do that after reading several complaints on the internet stating when the item has been sent back they claim to never have received it. I feel this company is very deceptive and has very poor customer service. The orders are shipped by the SAS company. Please read all the complaints before you consider ordering anything from as seen on tv ads or the SAS company.
