I tried to call Shop America to see why it hasn't arrived on time, and left my name and number, but the call was never returned. When the diet did arrive, they had shipped it 'media mail', which was suppose to be included in the $11.95 handling fee. I am not happy with the product, but after reading some of your testimonials. I am afraid if I return it, I will never be credited for it. I feel like if this happened to me, it has probabaly happened to many others. I will NEVER order anything from TV again.

I ordered the Fresh Start Program from Shop America. It has been about 8 weeks since I ordered it and about 4 weeks since Shop America receive their money from my checking account. I still have not received my product. I have tried on atleast two occasion to contact Shop America at the 1-770-772-1952 number. I have never been able to speak to a human person. I left my name, address and phone number on an answering machine about a week ago and still have not heard anything. My next step is to contact Fresh Start Company and let them know how the Shop America people are treating their costumers.
