Well one day i went to my cousins house. we were completely bored out of our mind. My Aunt a couple weeks ago received this GeMagic item. The first one she ordered was missing the most important peice, the metal part. So, she went to the store and bought another one. It said it comes with 300+ gems, ours came with like, 50. <br />
We tryed it on a old pair of jeans, and we tryed it on, the gems were pinching us and they kept falling off. I felt really bad, cause my aunt got really excited about using this product. And now, since i read the other reviews, i am scared she will get a problem with her bank account also; and she is kind of poor. Do not waste your money. Do not get involed with any infomercails. honest.

GeMagic is terrible!! The only reason that I got the stupid thing is because I made a few comments on how crappy the infomercial was and someone thought, "He wants a GeMagic!" So now I'm stuck with an implanter that can only add sparkle to stuff that is better left plain. No one wants to see your homemade shirts with kittens and palm trees on them! The pieces even cause cancer! Not kidding. It is a waste of 20. Don't get a BeDazzler either!.

I too, am missing parts,, the most important one, the plunger, to keep the sizes in place. I cannot find where to obtain any parts just the studs and such Please advise, as this is no good the way it is at this time. I cannot use it. Thankyou

The metal that keeps the stones on the material rusts. It will ruin any white material. I was very upset when I first washed my t-shirt. I had spent a lot of time making the decoration and the shirt is worthless.

Well, I brought this GeMagic and it was a waste of money. I could have kept my $20 and did something else with it. Its nothing how its shown on tv. No wonder why the shelves are still full. Some of the stubs fell out, you can't understand the designs. On tv it looked like it was all fun, but I will never again buy another....

Well Theres not much to say becuase of all the healines you have read.Im a young teen trying to have something to do instead of sitting on the couch al day..you know something that will distract me.Well unfortunatly this product was not something that could keep me occupied or even try to reach that! it takes to long,it dosnt come out good, and it had parts missing i mean come on! To Tell tou the truth i would rather waste $150 on a good pair of jeans that the gemz wont come off instead of stepping on all the the little gemz that fall of when i put them on they fall off it hurts when i put a nice pair of jeans on that cost me about $50 that got tottaly ruined with the GEMAGIC!soo let me tell you folks it is really not worth buing!:(

I purcashed this product at our local hobby store and I cannot get the studs to stay on .This is the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. Maybe it would have worked if it was not made of plastic. any attempt to apply the studs have been fruitless. I still have it because the store will not take it back because they donot carry it anymore. I am writing to let everyone know that it is not worth the money. I will not buy any item endorsed by that company again.

Don't even think about it!!! This item is now available in stores for FAR less than what you see on TV. It's JUNK, so unless they give it to you, don't even think about it. The studs crinkle the material when you put them on, but don't worry! They won't STAY on long! I am STILL picking up gems and studs from my carpet, the floor of my closet, etc. And yes, I put them on correctly-the item simply doesn't do what it says it does. Junk, junk, junk!!

I ordered the two gemagics and extra studs. My order was about $200 dollars. I got the merchandise and was very disappointed. It did not look anything like the commercial portrays it. The stones were dull and cheap looking and they were merely prongs not the new type that are on clohting today. At the same time my checks were stolen and I had to close my account. They called me because of this and I told them I would be returning the items, which I did. Now, several months later, almost a year, I get these charges. They are sending my name to the credit bureau. I am so angry and when I called them. They have someone else collecting and taking their flack for their poor business practices. I was advised to get on line because the company collecting the monies owed them did not have any information as to how I could contact them. This goes to show you they don't intend to give customer service, it's all about getting the money and leaving you hanging. They even show I returned the item yet still are charging me $200 for nothing. I told the person that called I was returning the item. He did not state it must be returned by a certain number of days. They bet on you not knowing these things, so people pay for items they don't even have.

My story is the same as everyone else's..I ordered the buy one get one free offer from the tv..It was a phone order and I spoke to a real person. So far so good. I declined all the offers except one, an extra set of "crystals". I paid extra for expidated shipping . Ordered 12/22/06 and was assured it would be here either 12/26 or 27, as I was going out of town..no problem I was assured over and over.I thought my order would be about $60 ..The kits did not come until sometime in Jan. and sat on my doorstep until my neighbor took it in. I got the bank statement faster than I got the kits, and when I finally saw the merchandise in Feb, I had $186 worth of junk with no invoice and no way to contact the company..I got the phone number off my bank statement and called and talked to "Joe" who offered me $20 to keep the "mistake" that I had okayed and ordered. I told him I would look at the kit when I had time and get back to him Tues (it was presidents day.I have yet to get through (its now March 07)..I am attempting to have my bank cancel the charges..I wish I had seen this site BEFORE I ordered..this obviously hurts all the infomercials, as I will not be ordering off the TV anytime soon and my word of mouth will get to a lot of other people who use the TV as shopping tool..Thank You for listening

I bought this product after seeing the infomercial in July 06, I recieved it 2 1/2 weeks later putting this in August. So far so good, or so I thought. 2 Months later I was looking at my CC bill and seen ANOTHER charge from them. My origanal item was already pain in full. So I was extremely pissed off by now. I called asking what these charges are for, they say that I purchased ANOTHER set. I was soo mad, I sad "no, I had only purchased the one in July and that was it." they said no, you purchased it again over the phone at the end of Sept. I argued and argued that I didn't and they said sorry. I immediately called my CC company and filed fraud. Now here it is in Jan. my CC company just sent me a letter saying that they investigated and have concluded the charges were real. I'm soo mad, I DID not purchase this nor did I ever recieve it. I don't even know what to do, but I know that I wish I had never purchased this in July. What a rip-off. Do not ever buy from them, what a nightmare.

on november of 2006 we saw the commercial on the tv with the special offer of $40.00 and the you would get the second free.,my wife birthday was on november, so i decide to have a present for her. i never knew that this present will become a nightmare when i saw my credit card charge was $192.00 not only that but gemagic send me the wrong product, i call them and they told me to send back the product and they refund my money back, it has been 2 months and i still fighting with this people, and the customer service has told me that in order to get my refund i need to talk to sue the supervisor, no matter what time i call sue never is there, iam very upset, because i don,t know how the goverment permits these companies to work in a very inappropiate manner. the new number if you guys want a call is 1866-533-1184 iam tire of this and i took my case to my lawyer. i hope this will teach them a lesson not to play with people.

Where's the confirmation page? There should be a dollar amount given, and a "confirm this amount" button! The web page is poorly designed. Please call in the order, and DO NOT order from the web site! When you call in the order please get a dollar amount before you say yes! Get a name of the person you talk to! Record the time, amount, and date!

There confirmation page before you order. There is no amount of the transaction page. Once you push the button your money is gone. I've never experienced anything such as this, when ordering online. This is the worst site ever! I called to cancelle my order right away. The customer service rep, said they don't see the order for 24 hours! I called back the very next day and I was told the my order has already shipped! What a rip off!!!!

I have the very same story that has been told by many others on this site. I called to get the buy one get one for discounted price all adding up to around $40. When I called the transaction was completed through an automated service, no live person to talk to. I had to listen to at least 5 minutes of offers and was scared if I just hung up I would be charged for other things too. I found that they charged my credit card for $70. There was absolutely no contact information anywhere in the packaging. The box of rhinestones that came with the kit is so ridiculously miniscule that at first I thought it was part of the packaging. This has taught me well - no more infomercials...

I called today to order GeMagic before I found this website about all the problems others have had...I called and cancelled my credit card immediatly! That seems to be the only way to cancel activity from this company ending up on my account. I called to order the GeMagic..there system is all automated..and it goes on FOREVER...offer, after offer, after other offer...at the end I wasn't sure what or how much my order was for. I call there Customer Service number...the young girl could answer even the basic question about how much the items were or what the "Specials" consisted of. Only that I should call back in 24 hours...Never mind! I'll just order the original Bedazzler or buy it from [], at least this way I know WHAT I'm getting and HOW MUCH it costs. If I don't like it I can return it and GET ME MONEY BACK!

I recently ordered Gemagic for my grandaughters. I saw in on an infomercial and decided that it would be nice for my granddaughters to have so I ordered it thinking I was buying one and getting one for free. Ha-Ha on me. When I checked my debit card account they had charged me for two. The sets were to be $19.95 each. Well the total was 71.70, when I received the merchandise there were four kits enclosed so I thought, Oh well the $71.70 was OK. But this month I was charged another $39.90 by Gemagic. When I called them (877-883-9084) the man said I was paying in installments. But I had done a one time payment, he offered me back $20.00 on my other card since I had told him I shut off the card I had used, I told him I did not have another card and he put me on hold, when I had been on hold for several minutes around 15 I hung up. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I would not give him another card number if my life depended on it.

I purchased Gemagic for my daughters. I was unwittingly enrolled in some kind of family membership program of which I had no choice to cancel at any time. I called the customer service line 800-850-9134 and was given no help. The representative said "Gemagic has nothing to do with the membership, that's someone else." I said, but I called YOU, not them. She then told me I could mail a complaint if I wanted to. To an address that belongs to Merchandise Direct. Interesting! I research this company to see they are owned by MDNH, Inc. Who, I might say has been very busy getting into many questionable business dealings. Very interesting. Big daddy cat is making lots of money from us because Gemagic is playing dumb! All I wanted was something fun for my kids to do! now I have hotcarded my debit and promised not to order anything online or by phone again!
