It is not a mirror. A real mirror is made of glass. This mirror is made of a reflective silvery coating painted onto plastic. Horrible distortion, So cheap. If it had been a real mirror, I would have otherwise kept it. I did get my money back, no probs from [].

I ordered 2 of these mirrors off an infomercial.I sent one money order.I only received one mirror.I have called their customer service for 4 months now, probably 800 times. That number is always busy & the operator can not do a verify to see if anyone is talking on an 800 number.I was prompted (voice mail),AFTER HOURS,to go tocustomerservice@ingeniousdesignsThat took me to the home shopping network, where ihad NOT bought it but it seems that Joy Mangano sells her wares there as well. They blew me off as well....I am SO MAD i don't know what to do next..I am out $26.94. Plus i can't even see in it so it's useless.I am also afraid to return it as i know i will never see my refund.I will never buy off an infomercial EVER again!!!

I ordered The Handy Hook Mirror over a month ago off the tv. I used my visa and I am nervous. If this has been an ongoing problem I am going to my lawyer and I will talk to everyone that this is happening to and this will be stopped. Hopefully this product will go off the market
