My sister ordered this product so that we could work out together. She also had trouble with the billing of the vitamins. But this is a really fun workout. It's effective and we both saw great results with it. I'd reccomend it for sure.

LOL I am truly sorry for those of you that got RIPPED OFF. I did research on this product and had friends that had the DVD's and they all lost inches however I wasn't willing to pay 70 bucks. so for everyone reading buy through [] I bought used DVD's for 6 bucks! Money well spent. End of story

Buy it from [], it will save you a ton of money and the hassle of dealing with obnoxious customer service reps or unauthorized charges on your credit card!

I didin't have any problem with the customer service. This product actually works for me. The only advice that I can give you is to order online next time. They offer you the same extra upgraeds, but all you have to do it click no. It is always difficult ordering a produt over the phone even if its from a good company. Hip hop abs actually works, so if you can get past the 3rd world country customer service reps then you will be on your way to a good product.

I ordered the product via phone. Like everyone else I couln't understand the operator. She was very pushy so I hung up. The next time I got someone who was not as pushy. I told her I did not want any free trails what so ever only the DVD's. I think it was 2 1/2 weeks before the express shipment came. I used the tapes and at 49 I am very fit and was able to keep up with the DVD's without hurting myslef like the []. I did loose about 4 inches off my waist in 30 days just simply excersising with the DVD and doing additional cardio for about an extra hour. I made seperate orders for the Rock you Body and I thought Dance Party Express. I was ripped off on that order being charged and extra $60 for only 2 DVD's only one was the Dance Party and one was some Yoga Booty Ballet which I did not like. I called customer service and was refunded my money after they reviewed the recorded order and heard I did not get what I was asking for. They also let me keep the DVD's they sent me by accident free of charge. Yes, they are pushy but be addement about only ordering the DVD's and they should lay off. I will continue to keep using these DVD's.

After watching the infomercial, I thought "now this looks fun and beneficial".... so I ordered and of course, st the end of the hour long spiel, I said "what is the total amount I should expect to see on my credit card"? Well, she knocked my socks off when she said $149. Needless to say, the rep ordered both parts one and 2. After being told she couldn't get back into her system to cancel, I did the easiest thing- I called my credit card and reported it lost!! Voila!!

I do not have a weight problem but I have high cholesterol. I was already walking every day but wanted to do a little more, so I bought the Hip/Hop Abs Videos and I love them. They are fun and I get a workout (not too strenuous). I'm not noticing a huge difference in my abs, but that was not my main goal. I was not ripped off with billing and when I decided to not use the website, I cancelled it - no problem. I would like to make a note that it does sound like Shaun T. says "work your A**" off, but I believe he is saying "work your Abs off" - listen to it again...I thought the same thing at first, but I don't think he is saying that.

when i order the hip hop abs online after 5 seconds i changed my mind to cancelled the order, so they send me an email they told me that i can't cancelled my order because it's already ship, i emailed them back how you can cancelled it if your telleng us there's a 30 days trial, so when i recieved the package, i went to office office and and i send it back to them, i paid 8.24 for the shipping, so when they return my money, they took 15 dollars, so i called them and i complained, they just told me that sorry that's their policy... im so pissed coz their product is not even worth it... they're cheating all the costumer... i tried the one dvd im so boring.... they're cheating people....

I have ordered from beach body also. The same thing happened to me. My advice to everyone ordering anything on tv is... order it on-line, like [ ] or anything like that. Also research anything you want to order from any company.

I am a disappointed consumer one who values honesty and integrity. I am also a hard working individual who struggles with the thought of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. Since then, I have struggled with weight loss and wanted to do something about it. In October of 2007, I reviewed the infomercial about an exciting product call "Hip Hop Abs" I thought this would be a great way for me to loose weight and have fun doing it. Rarely do I place orders via phone, but this was a product that I believed would help me lose the weight. Since my purchase I have enjoyed your product "Hip Hop Abs". Unbeknownst to me, I was also enrolled in the 30 day free trial of Activit Vitamins as well as the online Million Dollar Body (formerly MyBeachbody Premium Diet and Support club) membership as a 30-day trial. I am a lower class working women and I do not have the "extra funds" to purchase "extra" products and services. I am sure the sales team is trained to offer these products and services in a way that manipulates and scams the customer. All I wanted to order was “hip hop abs” DVD, the salesperson was relentless about offering upgrades, she would not let up. She offered more and more products. I remember specifically explaining that I only wanted hip hop abs DVD and I confirmed that I was only being charged for what I requested and that was "hip hop abs" DVD. The scam began; I could hardly understand the sales rep's English. I was unaware that I signed up for the Million dollar body club or the 30 day trial for Activit Vitamins. I spoke with Sarah Jones in regards to cancelling my order. Since I ordered the hip hop abs DVD I was charged approximately $189.98. I will explain these charges. In October of 2007 I ordered the hip hop abs DVD special for an approximate total of $93.84 which I would make 3 payments. My first payment was in the amount of $ 46.64 in the month of October. My second payment was in the amount of $23.60 on November 19th and my last payment for the "hip hop abs DVD" was in the amount of $23.60 in the month of December. The aforementioned is in regards to what I ordered and that is the "hip hop abs DVD". The foregoing will explain the charges that I incurred for the million dollar body online club membership and for the Activit Vitamins. During my call today with customer service, I explained to Sara Jones that I was unhappy with the charges that I have incurred which has caused me financial damages. In November of 2007 I was charged for a total amount of $70.87 ($38.87 for the membership club and $32.00 for the multivitamins). Then in December of 2007 I was charged again for the multivitamins, in the amount of $26.70 for the multivitamins (which is a monthly charge). In January of 2008, I was charged for the multivitamins for the amount of $29.33. Again, in February of 2008, I was charged for $24.21 for the multivitamins and $38.87, which is a quarterly charge for the online Million Dollar Body club membership. This brings a total of $189.98 for both the Million Dollar Body club membership and the Activit multivitamins. This company's sales techniques are very unethical and unprofessional. Basically BEACHBODY "tricked" their customers into believing that they purchase one thing when you all charged them for other products and services. What ever happened to customer service? What ever happened to putting the customers first? Today, while I was on the phone trying to dispute this matter I receive poor customer service. I was first put on hold for 20 minutes. Then I finally was able to make voice to voice with someone foreign who I could barely understand. The sales rep name was Sara Jones which I believe is a fictitious name. Also I requested to speak with a manager and I was told the lines were busy and would be unable to speak with a manager. I asked for a contact number to follow up with a manager and that was denied also. The sales rep then tried to end the call by telling me that my phone was breaking up which was false. I had full reception bars on my phone. I then verified if my order was cancelled. Sara told me that she could cancel my order of the Activit multivitamins, and I received a confirmation # 1463142. However, my order for the Membership was still active. I was told that I would receive a phone call within 2-3 business days which I could hear a recording of my original order and If I find that it was in my favor, I would be reimbursed for my total charges for both the membership and the multivitamins. Since my membership is a quarterly charge of every 3 months, I was charge for the next quarter and would have to wait to receive a phone call within 2-3 days. I was told that the best I could do is wait for 2-3 for a phone call which will allow me to hear a recording of my initial order and then would I be able to receive a full refund if I find it in my favor. HOW CAN I FIND IT IN MY FAVOR IF THIS COMPANY USE MANIPULATIVE WAYS AND RELENTLESS SALES TACTICS? I have kept all of the Activit vitamins that were shipped and am willing to return for a refund. However, I was denied an address to return the items and was told again to WAIT to receive a phone call. I will get my financial service, my lawyer, and the better business bureau, not to mention my local TV station involved.

I saw the infomercial, pick up the phone and call. Place the order for the product I saw on tv, same price, same shipping offer, etc. and then ...... THE SCAM STARTS !!!! The sales rep start to talk non stoping, offering very fast 3 or 4 more products or upgrades, I keep saying NO , NO , NO ... and asked the operator please STOP OFFERING MORE STUFF , I JUST WANT WHAT I SAW ON TV AT THAT PRICE !!! , she said this is part of her job and she have to continue (?) finally in the main time she was talking and talking I open another web explorer windows, google hip hop abs cheap, and find the same package in [] for less. Went to the site, purchased and harassment free, own the dvd package! The sales rep keep talking, I have to scream, shut her up and said : -You know, I want to cancel my order ! THEN SHE START LISTEN UP !!!!! aND SAID : SR. YOUR ORDER IS GOANNA BE JUST WHAT YOU SAW ON TV, I DIDNT PUT NOTHING ELSE ON YOUR CARD !!!! I didnt even try to talk anymore, -JUST CANCEL MY ORDER, I FOUND IT CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Then she said : I have a special offer for you , a discount on this product..(?) -JUST CANCELED AND DONT PUT ANYTHING ON MY CARD ! She said have a good day and hang up. 5 minutes later a supervisor from Beach Body call me offering an extra discount for the program, I told her what happen and SHE DIDNT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT I SAID AND AD: OK I GIVE A BETTER DISCOUNT (?) .... what the hell is wrong with this people, WE ARE THE COSTUMERS , THEY LIVE FROM US AND THEY TRY TO TRICK US WITH UPGRADES AND VITAMINS, A LOT OF EXTRA CHARGES AND YOU HAVE TO PLAY GAMES TO GET DISCOUNTS!!! Wouldn't be better to sell the product and then send a catalog with advertisement about better result with other products + the program ? Before you buy anything form this Beach Body guys, go to [] and avoid the tricky business please, they need to learn to respect they customers.

I ordered Hip Hop Abs by way of an infomercial. It was my understanding that I would receive 7 DVDs for 3 equal payments of 19.95. The customer service representative tried to sell me other items, but I didn't order anything but what was advertised. I did receive my order within the week but in looking at my statement noted they had charged me a total of $141.94. I immediately called the customer service number and that was a joke. I was told that I had "ordered" the upgrade of the "Hip Hop Abs Ultimate Results DVD Package" when I made my order. I explained to them that this did not happen and I wanted them to refund me $59.85 for this erroneous charge. The rep told me that the order had been made and there was nothing that could be done. It just so happens that I saw the infomercial again and counted all the tapes that they advertised and it did come up to 7 DVDs at 3 equal payments of 19.95 each. By the way, I did receive 7 DVDs but they claim the extra 2 out of the 5 fall under the "upgraded DVD package." When I called back a 2nd time, I explained to them that if they did not refund my card that I would be reporting them to my financial institution, The Better Business Bureau and my local TV station to report their actions. The rep told me she would send an email to her supervisor and have them to review my "recorded" order and someone would get back in touch with me within 3-4 business days. Needless to say no one has called. I even went as far as to call the 1-800 number (from the infomercial) again and spoke with one of the reps. I told her how the order had been handled and how I had not received any help from customer service. She told me to keep calling and make sure they take care of my refund. I just don't understand how this company can still be in business and continue to do what they are doing. What they are doing adds up to fraud any day in my book. I will never order anything from Beachbody or television again.

Recently i purchased Hip hop abs and was told my product would be here within 5-7 days. I called Beachbody on the 7th day claiming i have not recieved my product. They told me they have 2 orders for me. I only ordered one, and because they lost it in the warehouse they charged my card again. Beachbody is the worst infomercial company i have ever dealt with. I asked fora full refund and told them i not want the product anymore. Dont buy from them!!!

This commercial, says "Order Now" to receive "Free Express Shipping". I received an email five days ago stating that my product had shipped UPS. However, to allow 48 to 72 hrs for it to show up in the system. Five days later, I am still waiting on it to show up in UPS system as being shipped. HHA also states in the email to allow 5 to 7 days for an express shipment. Last time I checked, that was called "ground". If I ever receive the product, I will review it.

I am pleased with the product I am getting great results. The first time I used I felt the results the next day. It's an easy and great workout. My problem with them is the charges to my credit card. I have paid over 200.00 dollars total for a simple DVD. I was promised a credit back to my account and have it to see it after a month. Dealing with them is frustrating. Every month for the last 3 months I have been charged 38.29 plus an addition 29.54 on top of that. The 38.29 charge was pulled 3 times in one month.I have filed fraud charges against them with my bank. The only recourse left is to close my account.

Unlike everyone else. I did not have the problems that you all have seemed to have encountered. I ordered and recieved it no problem. I (4 months later) am still using it. The only problem I did have is when I ordered the upgrade they charged my account immedietly. however i recieved the product 8 days later and am satisfied with that as well. The hassle sucks but it is a fun video to work out with.

The billing company I think is called beachbody. I had to cancel my credit/debit card to stop them from billing me for stuff that I did not order. Never order anything if beach body is behind the product.

i was so excited that i made the decision to buy hip hop abs. i have bought from as seen tv ads before and knew the sales rep would give the whole speal. i knew i needed to watch what i said yes and no to. well i still ended up getting screwed. i thought when i ordered i was going to receive upgraded shipping at no extra cost but because i didnt want to buy one of the other many products they tried to sell me i didnt qualify for that shipping anymore. anyway they told me that my order would be shipped out in 2 weeks and that i wouldnt be billed until the product was shipped and it would be three payment of 19.95 well needless to say i checked my bank account the same day and i was charged 61.14 from hip hop abs. i was crazy upset and couldnt figure out why they would charge me all at one time. i chated live with someone from h.h.a and he told me that was only one payment that was pulled out i still had 2 more to go. they said i agreed to upgrade my package!!! i demanded to cancel my order and for them to put my money back into my account and they finally agreed after long long long conversations. but it would take 3 to 30 days he said. i was fit to be tied. i ended up calling my bank and since this wasnt authorized yet i just cancelled my debit card and i got my 61.14 back and probably many other payments that would have eventually been taken out! my new card is on its way but im still out what i really wanted but its just not worth it! i learned my lesson i will never buy from on tv products again!!! BEWARE!!!

I was in the middle of placing an order for Hip Hop Abs when i decided to stop and read the reveiws posted on this website about the product. I was shocked by all the bad experiences with billing and decided not to complete the transaction. As many of you experienced, i received not one but two emails confirming two orders i never placed. i called my credit card company right away (thank god i did not use my personal visa linked to my checking account). The CSA wsa very understanding and cancelled my credit card and also confirmed no charges had been posted. I warn all of you - don't order this product and pass the word along. I order off the internet all the time and have never been charged for an order i didn't place, let alone get charged twice. Tell all your friends. I reported this to the FBI and encourage all of you to do so. This is domestic terrorism and we should all stop it from being allowed to continue.

I was so excited about this because I love to do dance aerobics. I really thought it was going to be a great workout - i love beachbody products (one of my favorites is turbo jam). I didn't even break a sweat doing this. It didn't do anything to widdle away the excess fat from anywhere on my body and it was a total joke. I would burn more calories turning on the radio and dancing around my house than watching this stupid guy with his ridiculous moves to way too slowed down music. To burn calories effectively, you need to work out at 75% your max heart rate. I don't even think my heart rate was slightly elevated for this. It might be good if you've never worked out before and never do any physical activity, but don't waste your money if you have even the slightest bit of physical endurance.
