I ordered Hip Hop Abs a week ago and have not yet received it. Also, the sales rep was extremely pushy, trying to sell many other products. I got very frustrated and told her over and over again that I did not want ANY other product AT ALL, and if she did not quit trying to sell me other items, then I didn't even want Hip Hop Abs. Finally, after over 10 minutes she finished my order. Well, over a week later, I have not received Hip Hop Abs, but have been charged for another item Beach Body that I told her I did not want. Beware aware of this company!!!!!

I ordered Hip Hop Abs on 3/10/07 and phoned customer service 2 weeks later on 3/23/07. The Customer Service Rep, Chaz, told me that there had been a recall, but that my order had been processed & was at the warehouse. He confirmed my telephone number & was going to call me back with a status & shipping date. I never did hear back from Chaz or any other customer service rep so I phoned again on 3/28/07. I first spoke with Lynne who informed me that my order had been submitted to the warehouse as of March 11, but could not give me a ship date. I informed her that I wanted to cancel my order which she said I would have to call the Corporate Office. Turns out, Lynne is in India. I asked her for a number in the U.S. Apparently, the corporate office is in India & she proceeded to provide me with another 1-800 number to phone to reach customer service at the Corporate Office. And before I ended my call with her, Lynne didn't forget to remind me to visit [] to order other fitness related products! I then called the Corporate Office (in India) and spoke with Graciella who again told me that my order had been submitted to the warehouse, but she too could not provide me with a ship date, though it has now been 18 days since I submitted my online order. Graciella was able to tell me that they had received 2 online orders from me (I only placed 1 order and only received 1 confirmation number) and that one of the orders had been cancelled while the other one had been processed at the warehouse. I informed her that I was tired of the run around and disappointed by the lack of ANY customer service and to cancel my order. She is presently submitting an email to her supervisor to cancel my order and will get back to me about it. From what I have now researched on this company... I doubt I will hear back from anyone. Fortunately, my credit card had not yet been charged and I have cancelled my credit card to prevent any charges. Buyer beware!

I also ordered this product on March 14th....I called when it hadn't arrived yet on March 20th....and was told that it would be here by March 23rd (so much for their 5-7 days shipping!)...here it is March 23rd...STILL no package....called again...and was given the story that there was some problem with the "tracking numbers" between the warehouse and the office....said it was shipped and should be here by the 28th....that will yet to be seen......they told me that they would refund the $12.00 shipping charges....we will see about that also.......

I ordered Hip Hop Abs on March 14th and have yet to have it arrive. After calling customer service twice and waiting on hold due to "heavy call volume"-I wonder why! a representative told me that I wouldn't receive it until the 28th of March! The offer states "express delivery within 3-5 business days." I don't know how they count business days, but from the 14th to the 28th is more than 5 business days! The girl on the phone was rude and condescending to me.

Hip Hop Abs looked so appealing... and the product MAY be a good one, but after dealing with customer service, I refuse to give it a try as the company itself feels slime. Once I finally received my order, I thought items were missing. I tried to get a list from the web of what I was supposed to get, but the only way to do this is to basically make like you are placing another order. Since I never got to the point of stating how many payments I wanted it done in, I did not think I actually placed an order. An hour later, I received an email order confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order. Their FAQs said I had to wait a day, but I emailed them anyway. Two days later I was notified the order already shipped (which from prior experience is a total joke). Now I'm going to have to pay to return the package... so I might as well return them both! Customer service has no clue of how to deal with people. I am certain I was NOT calling anywhere in the US, Canada or the UK... They make a claim at free upgrade to express delivery. This is a joke. I was charged almost $13 for UPS ground delivery. What was the upgrade in that? UPS supposedly received the package on 3/1 and delivered on 3/7. Priority Mail would have been faster... and cheaper! They claim to deliver in 5-7 business days, but mine arrived after 8. They offered to refund HALF of my shipping and handling. BFD! Stay away from Beach Body products... I for one am changing me credit card numbers. I do not trust them. Period!
