Here is the number for the infinity razors customer service 1-800-901-5661. This is the number that the bank gave me!!! I bought the infinity razor for my husband for his birthday on the 5th of april, and i didn't get charged for it until the 26th of april. he is in the military, and we thought he was going to be home on his birthday, but things happend that permitted him from coming home, but anyways, i still have not received the razors!!! So we will see if i get it or not!

I purchase the product in good faith thinking it was the best thing since sliced bread. However, I used it once only to find out the blade was dull and all the claims made was false. I returned it to the company for an exchange as per their guarantee, only to find the Post Office reterned the package. The company on the package moved or did not existed. I am very frustrated and angry by being take yet again by another company.

My husband ordered the Infinity Razor but befored we even rec'd the item we were billed $75.50 for it!!
My husband and myself tried to reach the company to let them know we did not want the item.
When we reached the company they said they had already sent it off.
I was told I would be reimbursed after the item was returned to the company. They took $32.31 just to ship the box!! I am so angry at this company, they are a real rip-off. There razor was a plastic piece of junk.....consumers need to be aware.....what a scam.

My problem is that I bought the razor and a free shaver offer came with it and all I had to do was send in the [] receipt, the upc code fill out the paper for the free shaver(for $4.99 for s/h) FREE HUH!!!! & a check for $4.99 I did what it said to do and I got my letter returned today saying my letter had been refused.WHY?? Who knows! This is most defenitely a big scam. Whoever has these rip offs for sale needs to stop selling them.I told Walmart (where I bought it) that they are as good as the products they sell. The manager said he would look into it. I wouldnt recommend an infinity razor to a bad enemy.

This is the worst thing i have ever used. This was the first time I purchased something on impulse and did not read up on the reviews. The web sight is mis leading on purchasing an additional 4 pack. It led you to believe that you could purchase additional 4 packs for a total of $24.95. there was no final check out after that. Shipping was way over priced. I live 40 minutes from Van Nuys.

I ordered this product believing it would be, at very least, better than the used-up-long-ago blade I had been using for 13 months. That's right I said 13 months!
Boy was I wrong! This "razor" couldn't shave my face anywhere nearly as effectively as my 13 month used double blade. In fact, my young teenaged, fairhaired son said it was so dull he couldn't get a halfway decent shave from it either. He told me this without hearing my opinion of it.
When I called to express my dissatisfaction I was told a by a representitive from the peddlers of this piece of junk that I was entitled to a refund... not only of the price I'd paid but the shipping they charged me to ship it to me plus the return shipping. He told me all I had to do was to include the receipt for return shipping in the box I was returning the razors in. I did as instructed. It has now been three months and I have not received anything except the run-a-round every time I call them. Oh, and that it is the companies' policy not to refund the shipping paid on a purchase.

Without any question whatsoever, This is the worst razor I have ever used. The customer service is nothing more than a contrived empathetic ear that makes guarantees and promises that they evidently do not have the authority to make and the "higher-ups" as it was stated to me, do not make the return calls the CSRs say they will.
This should be illegal. How is it that scams like this can provide millions to the criminal principles involved and this, nothing short of fraud, goes without legal ramifications. Further example of our corrupt polititians at work "for the people" I guess. Business as usual.
The scam isn't that they soak you for the the excessive shipping on the replacement you will certainly need. Rather, they've already stuck us on the first one as it is junk from the first swipe!
They do not expect anyone in their right mind to order another one.
I fell for this one based on the simple fact that, for some reason, I still like to believe there are honest people out there selling quality products to their fellow man. Sadly, there's No honesty or integrity anywhere, anymore it seems.

I purchased FIVE of these! One for me, one for my sister and 3 for my nieces! You know the old saying "If it sounds too good to be true".......they are JUNK! The handles are almost impossible to hold...are too smal and they are slippery...not to mention the razor is DULL...and mine started to RUST! We have all thrown them in the garbage! They are "guaranteed for life".....just pay $6.95 shipping for a replacement!! I would rather spend my $6.95 on a 3 pack of disposables razors!!! Now those I LOVE!!

My room mate bought into this scam. I warned him to do some research first. He didn't. I immediately went to this site to get the real poopy scoop. Not good. BUYER BEWARE. Glad I didn't invest.

I bought the razor about a week and a half ago and let me tell you the first time I shaved with it it become dull before I was even finished shaving. Then it becomes rusty..It really angers me because the best part is they say well replace it for free but the catch is you have to pay like 7 bucks shipping and handling to even get a new one. Its one of the biggest rip offs Ive ever came acrosss and want everyone to know not to buy it.Im telling all my family and friends about it and hope that it gets taken off the market one day. Its bullcrap!

I ordered Infinity razor thinking it was the ultimate razor. Wow! It is terrible, not even as good as a used Gillette disposable razor that has been used for a week. This organization needs to be investigated by the Attorney General of the state of Florida. I'll try to get in touch with him today.

I just called customer service. I had odered the blade on March 22nd and called back on March 24th to cancel. They told me they would make a note in my account that I called and that they would cancel my order. I just called AMEX (3/27) and was told the order was processed today and they would be shipping it out. I told them about my call on Monday and they show no record of the call (of course) lying, scamming jerks. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and they said he was in a meeting. Both times I called, it sounded like I was talking to a guy in India, but the rep said he was in California. Anyway, I demanded a call back right away and they said someone would call me back withing 24-48 hours. They said their system takes 24 to 48 hours to process the transaction and the guy - (he said his name was Kyle ? Carl? cant tell due to thick Indian accent) said they could not have canceled it on Monday. I only called to complain that AMEX showed the charge request, when they never should have gotten one to begin with. I was told on Monday my order would be canceled. Again, now they say they have no record of my call on Monday, and they can’t stop the order. I told them not to ship it and they said they can’t stop that. I said if you just processed it today, there was no way they could have shipped it already. They would not budge. I will call AMEX and contest this order and inform them that if I get it in the mail, I don’t have to pay for it as I had already cancelled it prior to them processing my order. I won’t use the darn thing, but maybe throw it away or mark return to sender. They actually offered me $5.95 to accept the order as it was anyway if I would allow it to go through without contesting it with AMEX. No way! Idiots, all of them! Stay away from this product and report them to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone who posts a positive remark about this company is living in dreamland or drinking the kool-aide!
Disgusted in VA

I purchased this produst foolishly thinking I would save money. The first use was good but the second time it left a good amount of partially cut whiskers. There is no way I have found to complain to the company. I went back to my regular razor that I had been using for several weeks and it did a much better job. Do not purchase this product.

3/24/2008 - Claudia writes:
Can't believe the razor would cost me so much, and pride too. Never talked to a live person when ordered, which took 20 mins. Then when found it charged me too much couldn't get a hold of a live person for 2 days, then they wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor or manager or tell me there state location so I could try and stop others from being ripped off!
My advice... If they can't speak good english and you can't understand the garble...your the dummy (like me )!

This morning I saw the Infinity razor infomercial. It seemed too good to be true, so I did my usual thing and checked it out on the website, where I found this site. Thankfully, after reading the horry stories on this site I decided to see who was behind getinfinityrazor.com and discovered that its predecessor was theinfinityrazor.com.

So, if you have difficulty communicating with the workers behind the "getinfinityrazor" website perhaps you should talk to the "administrator" of the website, who is probably also the owner of the site and the person raking in the dough on this scam. Or, if you are going to start a class action lawsuit he is the guy to target.

BTW, I researched the ERSP (Electronic Retailing Self-regulation Program) web site and it is obvious from reading their "judgments" on complaints filed regarding this 2 1/2 year old scam that they are merely a front for these scammers.

The most unfriendly razor I ever used..
The handle is awkward to hang onto whick makes the razor hard to use..
It is not as sharp as advertised it takes forever to shave with…
I think the company need to buy everyone who bought the razor a razor of their choise…
Four thumbs down…

3/14/2008 - Mark writes:
What a piece of junk shame on the company that invented this razor. I would have been better off buying 10 packs of disposable razors with 10 in a pack. Second shave and it is cutting my face...

3/13/2008 - Deborah writes:
I purchased this for my husband. He said it pulls instead of shaves. He had to finish shaving with his old wore out razor, it did a better job.
