OMG!! This product is terrible. I thought this razor would help me save some money in the long run. Geez, I would've suffered less using a rusty old pocket knife. Never mind my legs were all nicked up and burned for 2 days.

I bough this razor thinking i wouldn't have to ever buy a razor again. it was the most painful experience of my life. it gives the worst shave and leaves red marks all over my face.

Using this razor is like trying to shave with heavy grit sandpaper. It is gawd awful! Even if the blades were satisfactory, and they are definitely not, the handle design is user-hostile for legs and underarms. Big waste of money.

This is a piece of crap! The boyfriend bought one. Took one stroke down his face with it and said No way! Pulled his [] out and finished up with that. We shipped it back to where he bought it from and now begins the interminable waiting period. This product is a piece. As has been said here before, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Think about it the blades are metal. They are going to get dull over time. How can this company guarantee that the blades are going to stay sharp forever? It's impossible. Of course, having said that, my boyfriend's razor wasn't even sharp when he took it out of the package so.

I bought the razor, first time I used it, was kind of dull. the 2nd time i used it, would not give a good shave, pulled a little more. 3rd time i tried to use it, it pulled so bad i could not use it. went and bought a pk of disposables. they are cheap but i do get good smooth shaves with them.

Send this razor to your worst enemies! It shreds your skin, and does NOT even come close to a great shave. What crap! The people who sell this should be going to jail for fraud. Let's start a lawsuit!

i used this razor twice and its junk what a rip off the blades are so dull after 2 shaves please take this off the market !

OMG Horrrible.
The razor is dull on first use. Razor catches and pulls on hair. The angle of use does not matter, it grabs and pulls no matter what. The curve of the handle is ridiculous. I feel that there is no getting used to it like when switching to an electric shaver. I feel this product severely bombs out and should be taken off the market immediately. The [] razors I use are way superior to this garbage razor.

I have pretty much the same story, by the third shave I had to stop and pull out my used disposable. I can use a [] for about a month, so this razor is horrible. Not only that, but they never sent the trimmer that was supposed to come with it! Then again, if the trimmer were no better than the razor, I suppose I'm not missing much. The thesaurus doesn't have enough synonyms for the piece of crap this razor is.

Infinity Razor??? What a joke! I just purchased an Infinity Razor from Wal-Mart for $ 9.88. It is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. I have a heavy beard and even lathered up with a good shaving gel, the dull blade pulled and tugged at my beard. It was the most painful shave I’ve ever experienced in my life. Whenever I was “finished”, I was bleeding and still needed a shave. If you have plans on using this razor for a lifetime, then you better buy a lifetime supply of styptic pencils. Here’s the real kicker. In order to get a replacement (and who’d want one???) you have to send back the shitty razor with a letter stating the reason for the dissatisfaction plus you will need to send a $4.99 check or money order to THEM in order to cover their shipping and handling. Bottom line is that you’d spend more getting a replacement than you originally paid for the razor. These “As Seen On TV” products have turned ripping off people into a real art! Buyers beware!

I bought 5 of these from someone on []. The first shave was so-so. The second was like shaving with a month old disposable. The third it was pulling pretty bad. Don't buy.

I bought the infinity razor for my husband for his birthday on the 5th of april, and i didn't get charged for it until the 26th of april. he is in the military, and we thought he was going to be home on his birthday, but things happend that permitted him from coming home, but anyways, i still have not received the razors!!! So we will see if i get it or not!

I purchase the product in good faith thinking it was the best thing since sliced bread. However, I used it once only to find out the blade was dull and all the claims made was false. I returned it to the company for an exchange as per their guarantee, only to find the Post Office reterned the package. The company on the package moved or did not existed. I am very frustrated and angry by being take yet again by another company.

My husband ordered the Infinity Razor but befored we even rec'd the item we were billed $75.50 for it!!
My husband and myself tried to reach the company to let them know we did not want the item.
When we reached the company they said they had already sent it off.
I was told I would be reimbursed after the item was returned to the company. They took $32.31 just to ship the box!! I am so angry at this company, they are a real rip-off. There razor was a plastic piece of junk.....consumers need to be aware.....what a scam.

My problem is that I bought the razor and a free shaver offer came with it and all I had to do was send in the [] receipt, the upc code fill out the paper for the free shaver(for $4.99 for s/h) FREE HUH!!!! & a check for $4.99 I did what it said to do and I got my letter returned today saying my letter had been refused.WHY?? Who knows! This is most defenitely a big scam. Whoever has these rip offs for sale needs to stop selling them.I told Walmart (where I bought it) that they are as good as the products they sell. The manager said he would look into it. I wouldnt recommend an infinity razor to a bad enemy.

This is the worst thing i have ever used. This was the first time I purchased something on impulse and did not read up on the reviews. The web sight is mis leading on purchasing an additional 4 pack. It led you to believe that you could purchase additional 4 packs for a total of $24.95. there was no final check out after that. Shipping was way over priced. I live 40 minutes from Van Nuys.

I ordered this product believing it would be, at very least, better than the used-up-long-ago blade I had been using for 13 months. That's right I said 13 months!
Boy was I wrong! This "razor" couldn't shave my face anywhere nearly as effectively as my 13 month used double blade. In fact, my young teenaged, fairhaired son said it was so dull he couldn't get a halfway decent shave from it either. He told me this without hearing my opinion of it.
When I called to express my dissatisfaction I was told a by a representitive from the peddlers of this piece of junk that I was entitled to a refund... not only of the price I'd paid but the shipping they charged me to ship it to me plus the return shipping. He told me all I had to do was to include the receipt for return shipping in the box I was returning the razors in. I did as instructed. It has now been three months and I have not received anything except the run-a-round every time I call them. Oh, and that it is the companies' policy not to refund the shipping paid on a purchase.
Without any question whatsoever, This is the worst razor I have ever used. The customer service is nothing more than a contrived empathetic ear that makes guarantees and promises that they evidently do not have the authority to make and the "higher-ups" as it was stated to me, do not make the return calls the CSRs say they will.
This should be illegal. How is it that scams like this can provide millions to the criminal principles involved and this, nothing short of fraud, goes without legal ramifications. Further example of our corrupt polititians at work "for the people" I guess. Business as usual.
The scam isn't that they soak you for the the excessive shipping on the replacement you will certainly need. Rather, they've already stuck us on the first one as it is junk from the first swipe!
They do not expect anyone in their right mind to order another one.
I fell for this one based on the simple fact that, for some reason, I still like to believe there are honest people out there selling quality products to their fellow man. Sadly, there's No honesty or integrity anywhere, anymore it seems.
