This morning I saw the Infinity razor infomercial. It seemed too good to be true, so I did my usual thing and checked it out on the website, where I found this site. Thankfully, after reading the horry stories on this site I decided to see who was behind getinfinityrazor.com and discovered that its predecessor was theinfinityrazor.com.
So, if you have difficulty communicating with the workers behind the "getinfinityrazor" website perhaps you should talk to the "administrator" of the website, who is probably also the owner of the site and the person raking in the dough on this scam. Or, if you are going to start a class action lawsuit he is the guy to target.
BTW, I researched the ERSP (Electronic Retailing Self-regulation Program) web site and it is obvious from reading their "judgments" on complaints filed regarding this 2 1/2 year old scam that they are merely a front for these scammers.

The most unfriendly razor I ever used..
The handle is awkward to hang onto whick makes the razor hard to use..
It is not as sharp as advertised it takes forever to shave with…
I think the company need to buy everyone who bought the razor a razor of their choise…
Four thumbs down…

What a piece of junk shame on the company that invented this razor. I would have been better off buying 10 packs of disposable razors with 10 in a pack. Second shave and it is cutting my face...

I purchased this for my husband. He said it pulls instead of shaves. He had to finish shaving with his old wore out razor, it did a better job.

I bought 2 of these cheap razors, 1 for brother and 1 for husband. Brother says they aren't worth a doo doo. He says it pulls instead of shaving. Paid $10.00 a piece for the razors. I'm glad I didn't pay what some paid for theirs. I bought mine at []. I think everybody should get a class action suite going. It's terrible what companies do to hard working people. I bought them thinking I was going to save on buying the expensive blades! What I paid for 2 of these would have bought blades. I think it's time for people to start standing up to these company's. but then again they would probably just go out of business. Buyer beware!

This by far is the biggest piece of junk that has ever been offered to the American public. Its suppose to last a lifetime, whoes? After two shaves it started pulling my skin and felt like a blade that had two to many shaves on it. Its in the trash can, I've really learned by lesson on something being too good to be true.Buyer Beware, better still, please don't buy.

I bought this for my husband in Iraq thinking it could save us money. Anyone who thinks military pay is good even during deployments is CRAZY. He used it once and said it was the worst razor he had ever used! I had kept recipt etc. and there is no way of contacting them to get a refund. The website is no more help either. What a waste of money and a horrible way to make money by scamming people! SHAME on this company!

I received this as a white elephant gift at the company Christmas party - now I know why! Apparently the giver obtained the razor at a discount store for less than the 19.95 TV advertised price, but it was the same Infinity razor product (A pair of these cheap, gray colored razors with cheap cast metal razor stands) I tried it once and it yanked the hair out of my face and hurt like hell. I only had two days of growth too. It felt like shaving with one of those really cheap .79 cent razors. And that's exactly what this is. I tossed both razors in the trash and would NEVER purchase this item. I advise you not to get scammed on buying into this gimmick. You WILL be disappointed. The warranty claims they will send you new ones for life, but you have to ship them back and pay a $5.95 handling fee. The razors alone aren't worth .95 cents! WHAT A SCAM!

I am really a silly person for believing the info commercial. I bought a bunch of these remarkable razors and I am so displeased words cannot come to mind. It is worse than using a dull disposable razor. What a disappointment and these folks should be giving double the money back. The s/h charges are way overinflated and thats how they make their money. A total rip off and I will be complaining to my cc company and filing a claim and wanting all of the charges removed. Report this rip off to all companies that sell it.

It's crap!! ANd there was no info on box to contact maker etc. I missed that when I purchased--TO GOOD TO BE TRUE-I bought from [] and it worked 2 times--didn't return but could've.

I bought this razor from local drug store and the first day I used it I had bad cut all over my face. It seemed like the blades were really dull. Called and complained to the manufacturers. they told me to take it back to the drug store. The drug store refused to take it back and told me to send it back to the manufacturers. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT. It is A SCAM

Worst shave I've ever had. The blades are very dull. I threw them in the trash after just one shave. Do NOT give these people your checking account or debit card number. Trying to get any kind of refund is a joke! At least if you used a credit card, you can file a complaint with your credit card company and possibly get a refund. This infomercial is a great example of "Let the buyer beware".

This is a scam. The razor is worthless. It is not sharp at all and is awkward to use. I could not get even one shave out of it. When I tried to return it, the [] company told me they can't accept returns because it is a personal hair removal product. It does say that in their returns policy.

The website says it will be the best razor you ever owned. Hah not even a good razor. I used one of the razors twice. Dull from the onset. Sent both back for the promised 30 day refund.

I tried to order just 2 of these pieces of crap but instead they took the price of 6 Infinity Razors off from my checking account. I was able to call them right back and tell them their mistake. They assured me that if I sent the product back to them (which they received Jan. 5, I checked the UPS tracking)that would give me back my money via my checking account asap. Since then I have (I know, DUMB) lost their infomercial phone number and I haven't seen the damn things advertised in over a week!! They owe me $60 and I know that I will never see it unless I call them personally...can anyone help me?? Please contact me at []. Thank you in advance!! Doni

WOW. I should have taken a look at this site before I went out and bought this razor! How disappointing! I was so eager to get home and try this razor after purchasing it for $9.99 at a local drug store; honestly my Bic Disposable razor does a better job than this one did! It’s been about 15 minutes since I shaved and my face is all tore up, red & hurts like heck! Seriously, it’s almost like I shaved with an overused disposable razor that is completely dull! I have a 5 O’clock shadow and I just shaved with this razor 15 minutes ago! Crazy! Save your money—seriously. It isn’t worth it. The makers of this razor should go back to the drawing board on this one. I am glad I spent less than $10 bucks on it, but will definitely be returning it for a full refund with this same statement of dissatisfaction!

What a professional scam...just remember, "if it's too good to be true..." The blade was so dull from the very first shave. I felt like it was ripping the skin off my face. They really got it figured out now as I have been unsuccessful in talking to a real human. I just wish there was a way to make a class-action suit against these lying bastards.

I might as well have wasted my money on cheap generic disposable razors. I do not have a heavy beard, yet it took three times to get a good shave. Complete waste of money!!!!
