I posted a blog at [] and the headline urged everyone not to buy this piece of junk. They offer to replace it free -- just shipping. Why would I want to spend any money to get another thing that never worked? It shaves much like the disposable razors only not quite as good. The free carving knife doesn't carve either. The infomercial shows it shaving sandpaper then a man's face. It might be good at the sandpaper part. I didn't try that as I have no need for closely shaved sandpaper. Save yourself the trouble and money.

I am in the process of returning this razor. It is hard to hold in your hand and shave at the same time. It does not shave as a new razor as they claim! I am not happy at all with this product. The website is misleading when you are ordering and gets you to order more than you want and won't let you retract your order if you are undecided so you end up calling them and they will refund you if you talk to the supervisor. I am sorry I even took notice of the razor that will never dull!!

I ordered the razor and never used it because it was so fishy at the website. They ended up charging me $61 and charged my account, not once, but TWICE. As you all say, INFOWORX is a scam company. They do not provide a way to cancel an order online and their working hours are questionable. I am now in a dispute with them because they had charged my account twice. I emailed, faxed and phoned (30 second message!). They never responded to the email but it appears the voice mail and/or fax got them. Of course, they were only available during the hours I work. So, the items arrive. I had to open the box to put the “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER’ on the invoice. This ensured that I pay for the return shipping. They did not provide a mailing label for that. I rarely order from a commercial but the idea of a razor never dulling would be great environmentally. When they were trying to ship six or more, it was getting very weird. The fact that you can’t cancel your order online is one of the worst scams I’ve every had to deal with. I’m usually wiser. I wish I’d found this site before going to their website.

Infomercial sounded great--Heck, if they can make carbon steel sawblades and Dremel tool bits that last really long, why not razor blades? What a scam! The razor was very poorly designed. Very difficult to hold, uncomfortable handle. The blades hold stubble scum well between them and are difficult to rinse clean and clog up quickly. But beyond all other gripes, it was the worst shave of my life. I was bleeding, and sore, and it took twice as long to shave. The razor basically ripped my beard out. Free nose hair trimmer had an awful stink to it when running and didn't work either. Before sending the product out, you would think whoever is responsible for it would have at least tried it first. I've gotten much better shaves off of a no name disposable razor! Do not buy this product! Trust me!

I used it about 6 times and then it start to rip and tear!!! It is absolutely no better than a regular razor; don't bother to buy it!

The razor I ordered turned out to be unreliable. The blade was supposed to be sharp. Plus, the curved handle made it difficult for me to shave-plus it took me longer to shave than I normally would a disposable one. The construction of the handle was poorly designed that if the razor is immersed in water, the water will get in the inside hollow-so if a person uses it, he/she will feel water "oozing" out of the hollow handle. Not worth the hassle! Bear in mind the blades are not always infinitely sharp!
