Jeff Paul's programs are all rip offs! Save your money! Avoid Jeff Paul and Mentoring of America, LLC. Just do a little bit of internet research and you too will see what a bunch of internet pirates and rip off artists these fine people are!

I am one of many who wishes they had read this prior to buying Jeff Paul's product. The three clicks web sites were a complete waste of time and money because the only way you can access the 10 web sites is to be a member. They tried to upsell other products to the tune of $10,000. I canceled, called my credit card company and told them not to accept any more charges from that company and why. The next thing I know, they are charging my credit card using other company names. I was surprised to see more unauthorized charges from companies I had never heard of, so I put a fraud alert on my card. Once more, I get a call from my credit card company because more suspicious charges were being made. One of those charges was for over $1000. My card company issued me a new number and notified the three credit reporting agencies about the continuing fraud attempts by Jeff Pauls multitude of companies. I've made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone and email only to be told that the one I called is not in the same division as the one who charged me. They play a fast game of bait a switch. Jeff Paul may well have been a legitimate busnesman at one time, but he no longer is. If anyone knows of any legal action (civil or criminal) being taken against him on behalf of one or more of his victims, please post it so that others may add their voice to those complaints. I suspect that will be the only way to recoup any losses.

This is a rip-off on two levels. First, the marketing/sales concept itself has the classic con-artist structure that that demands high up-front costs, and continuing 'sucker-them-in' escalating costs, with little or no eventual return. (Why oh why don't people learn to recognize such obvious signs?)

Second, it preys on people who lack even a basic familiarity with programming and/or web-centric technical knowledge to recognize it for the scam it is. For instance, the very people who will never find warning websites like this one.

I'm a senior software engineer. My father, on the other hand, has to call me every couple of months to be reminded how to copy a file on his computer, or how to attach a document to his email. So imagine the deep dismay when a man who doesn't know what a 'folder' or 'directory' buys this product thinking he'll be able to add to his retirement income.

It's bad enough that this is a rip-off for those who OUGHT to know better -- those with enough computer skills as a basic computer / email / web-browing user to know better.

It's an absolute TRAGEDY when someone completely unequipped and computer-illiterate tries to get in on it. These poor people have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how deep that rabbit hole goes ... someone who doesn't even know what a scrollbar is can't even REMOTELY begin to conceive just how much knowledge and education they would have to gain before being able to realize how badly they miscalculated the time and effort involved. Even if they spent years doing that, they'd still only end up finally recognizing that it's a complete rip-off. THEN what a waste.

Even more sad, here's what happens when someone more knowledgeable tells the computer-illiterate that this is (a) completely beyond their level of knowlege, by years, and (b) they don't even WANT to do this, even if they HAD the knowledge, 'cause it's a complete rip-off. What happens? They just think you don't want to take the time to help them learn it. They get mad at you. They think, "It can't be THAT hard." They have NO IDEA that you're saving them from themselves (and from the con artists who sell this crap). They hold you responsible for a "lost opportunity" that isn't an opportunity at all.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
So if you get called on to 'help' someone with this stuff who's that unprepared, just keep trying to convey HOW COMPLETELY OVER THEIR HEAD this is, and HOW MUCH OF A SCAM it really is, anyway. Hopefully they'll eventually recognize that you're HELPING them by NOT helping them! Good luck getting them to accept that, let alone be grateful that you saved 'em.

UPDATE-After a long battle with the maggots of Jeff Paul and Mentoring of America, LLC. I was able to dispute the charges to my credit card and get a full refund! Avoid Jeff Paul, Jim Fleck, John Beck and Metoring of America garbage programs like the plague or ebola virus!!! Buyer Beware!!!

I received a phone call from one of the representatives when I received the program. I was asked how much money I had to invest and I told them very little. I went on to explain that was the reason I ordered the program. I experienced a similar response where the conversation ended abruptly. I later called their office to cancel within the first month. I was not told that I was joining a club. I have been repeatedly billed each month for this service as well as a for a monthly CD. Again I did not order this. I have called the number listed on the site and have told the operator on two occassions to cancel my order. I have sent one letter. I am unable to activate their email.

I am surprised that Jeff Paul LLC can advertised hope yet giving nothing but despair.

The coaching just does what is advertised and nothing else. I still can contact my coach, yet, this coach can only do what this coach thinks is necessary and nothing else.

I have spent nearly $13,000.00 like a fool, scammed, and now I am out of the money.

The web sites I was given to advertise and market are filled with links to other scams as it appears.

Stay away, learn stocks and commodities for the amount of money spent.

Someone is making money, but it will not be u or me.

I bought the Internet Millions, and Making Money in Your Underware.

The only ones making money on these programs are Jeff Paul. Also the company he sold the rights to sell these programs, are making money.

The credit card billing scam has been used by everyone from marketers to organized crime.

When trying to sell on the Internet you'll discover most markets are so saturated with the same products, making a lot of money is impossible. Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend advertising. The Internet is now designed for big business, and those with a lot of money.

People like Jeff Paul and other Internet marketers prey off of people's dreams, to work from home, make a lot of money, and not have to work a few hours a week.

The sad truth is, most people can't make a living. All big business advertise on the Internet.

So small independent marketers really have no chance in today's market. Of course you see all of those marketing superstars, and copywriters like Jeff Paul, tell people like me you can make millions. Most of the testimonials are fake. They hire people to give testimonials on many of their products.

I spent a lot of money advertising only to make very little money.

The people who sell his program only want you to spend more money because that's how they're paid.

Whenever you see an infomercial, and there's a small investment upfront such as $39.95 for a lot of material, you'll have to invest even more to make the real money.

That's known as a back end product.

You should do your homework before buying any product from an Internet marketer. Because if it sounds too good to be true--it is.

I have spent thousands of dollars on these foolish pipe dreams. I speak from experience.

You must understand this point. The Internet marketers and famous copywriters, don't care if you lose money.

They don't care about your money problems, or if you make any money from their programs, all they want is your money.

When you contact them to complain, they don't want to hear it.

What I will do, and those of us who were scammed is, contact:

Federal Trade Commission

Attorney General of the state which the company sells products from.

TV Networks

State Department of Consumer Affairs

Your Congressman/Congresswoman or Senator.

If enough people complain, something will be done.

I tried Jeff Pauls' systems, and am now trrying to research filing a complaints to business bureaus. There has to be a way to keep these companies from taking advantage of the american dream. It is not fair that they guarantee an income in a month that most families do not bring into the home in three months, then send outdated information, and products that lead to dead ends. If anyone has information on how to contact the business bureaus about this scam, and financial heresy, please let us all know, so we can file complaints!

i have just recently became a member of this 10 new website program, im very disapointed in the service that is offered, for 39.95 or in my case it was 49.95 plus many other things they added to my card, i cant even get these websites up and running, i never could reach the advisory hotline for two weeks , then customer service told me they had phone threats and are getting things back on, well when they got back on, i got a recording saying to leave a message and someone from the advisory hotline will get back with you. i think i got taken, now i need to cancel this, because when i did finaly get a hold of someone from jeff pauls outfit, they told me the only way i could make money with this product was to invest money upfront in excess of 10.000.00 or i might never get started, but he would be glad to help me after i get enough credit established so they could help me. i cant even retrieve these stupid website they give you for free, how do you link them to a email, you just get the runaround, very bad for the people who are really trying to make a little extra money

My income is about $650 per month. As my health won't allow me to work, I thought I would try earning a little from my computer. The advertisement made it sound easy. About 2 weeks ago I received a phone call from a very charismatic sounding man who told me his name is George. According to George, Jeff Paul wants to help people make it in his business, and they are willing to loan funds in order to get a person started. Would I care to have a one-to-one call from someone who would guide me? The call would be the next night and last at least an hour, and all my questions would be answered. The second call didn't come. At about 8pm tonight, 4/7/08, a call came from another man. The phone said the incoming call has a blocked number. This man wanted to know what assets I have and how much money I can get ahold of to go into business. I have no assets or money, and I had been told a loan would help me get started. He said, "wait a minute," and the phone connection was cut. I had begun wondering about this company after the first call. After this one, I went to my computer and started searching. I'm afraid to send back the books and tapes without being positive my money will be returned. It all cost me $212.23, order date 2/19/08, invoice date 2/21/08. Can someone give me advice?

After watching this commercial this morning I was curious, not buy, but what the scam was. I looked it up online and found that it was just what I thought. Reading peoples stories made me feel that I should contact the network that had this ad was on and request that it be pulled. I suggest that the more people make this request then maybe they will listen. Just a thought.

I purchased an information package called Jeff Paul’s ‘Making Money In Your Underwear” I am a professional computer technician with experience in building web sites and wanted to see what Jeff Paul’s idea was for using the web to make money. The package was cheap so figured ‘why not.’ When I received the package I was incredulous about the idea to say the least, I also found that I had been automatically signed up for something called the Big League Players Club. The information said it was free for a month then you could cancel it if you decided you didn’t want it; If you didn’t cancel they would bill your credit card an additional $39.95 a month. When I attempted to cancel the subscription I found this impossible. Multiple attempts to cancel were just plain ignored. I received replies like, “We have no record of you calling to cancel this.” I sent email to an email address they give you to cancel the account. The emails were not even replied to and the billing went on and on. Finally I went into my credit union and deactivated the credit card so they could no longer bill it. I was checking over my checking account today and now find that Jeff Paul LLC has billed my checking account $39.95! The credit card was from the same bank where my checking account is but the two accounts were not related. In other words the account numbers were in no way similar. Jeff Paul LLC somehow (my credit union does not know how) found my checking information and sent an electronic funds transfer to the credit union in order to continue billing me! I have been advised by my local Police Department to pursue action through the Federal Trade Commissions fraud and ID theft department. I also have a question about Darrell, one of the guys defending this product, Darrell says he works for the company that represents Jeff Paul and has great faith in Jeff Paul and this product. If this is the truth why is Darrell working for the company that represents Jeff Paul? shouldn’t Darrell be an internet millionaire? Come on Darrell, get off your lazy butt and make millions!

Like many others I am very dissatisfied with this product, they offer simple and easy ways to make money online, the truth is you have to have lots of knowledge of internet marketing, and lots of money to invest, however, most of the people not unlike me have neither, which is the reason we purchased the product in the first, I read the books, understood a lot of the information, but no where near enough to start doing any thing with it, so I did what the pamphlet said and called them first, to get help on getting started, well the person that I talked to on the phone asked me how much money I had to invest, I told him I had very limited resource’s to invest any more money, that's why I bought there product to make money, 3 easy click, just as easy as sending email, I don't think so, well after I told him I had very little money, which was about $200.00, his attitude changed instantly, he treated me like dirt, like I wasn't worth the phone call to talk to him, he got very sarcastic and garbled the voice so I couldn't understand him, needless to say I was very upset, like others I have tried to contact customer service with no luck, but I'm not going to give up, I will cancel my credit card and have them issue me another one,

Please, please, please....Save your money. Avoid Jeff Paul and Mentoring of America products! Do not get scammed out of your hard earned money! There are as many complaints against Jeff Paul and Mentoring of America as there are stars in the heavens! Just check with your favorite online search engine and see for yourself! These people are internet pirates and will separate you from your money with promises of quick riches, success, and the good life! These people are totally full of it. Hell even Peter Griffin is not stupid enough to get involved with these sharks, I think Lois would kick his butt besides....I hope and pray that the numerous consumer complaints to the FTC will get this bunch of blood suckers shut down and an investigation by the FBI will result in long prison terms for the owners and officers of this corrupt enterprise.

I too fell prey to Jeff Paul and his internet cronies. The Three Clicks to Cash Program is as worthless as salt water to a thirsty man in the desert. I too wanted a refund and got the now famous customer service run around. It was all my fault I was told, I needed to join the Big Leauge Players Club to get the big benefits of the Jeff Paul program. I joined, why I do not know, I had seen the dismal results from the Three Clicks To Cash Program, and still no results. I guess I was like the character of Fox Molder on the X-Files and I really wanted to believe. After my first telephone coaching session I called customer service to cancel my membership and get a full refund as advertized. I was informed that I could not obtain a refund and that if I cancelled the billing to my credit card, they would ruin my credit and send a collection agency after me. I called the credit card company and explained the entire situation to them. I was informed that an investigation would be launched and I would not be liable for this charge if it could be proven it was a case of fraud, misrepresentation, etc. I sent the credit card company copies of numerous complaints against Jeff Paul and Mentoring of America as well as the fraud case that was decided last year in Nevada. I am still in the middle of the struggle to get a full refund! Warning...Avoid all Jeff Paul programs! They are nothing but SCAMS. The Three Clicks to Cash program should really be called Jeff Paul's Three Clicks to get into Your Wallet!!!!What a group of internet hucksters......

I bought the product about three years ago when I got out of the Army. I had money saved up so I wasnt really looking for a job at the moment (I decided to take a two month vacation) so I decided to order the product. I delt with a fast talking customer service rep that offered to have 3 or four different companies give me a free 30 day subscription and discouts to crap i didnt use. (like hotels car rentals and hotels, airfare and resturants) and that each one would bill me 9.99 - 15.99 a month after the first 30 days. I said that I did not want it at all. the rep went on and on about how it was free and that i could cancel and not be billed. I still said that all I wanted was the making money in my underwear. he said ok. by the end of the conversation he said that he was signing me up for the extras. I said I do not want that crap. I will only pay 29.99 for what i wanted and nothing else and that if he sent me anything else i would not pay for it. he said then that he could not cancel and that i could not receive the product I ordered with out receiving this other crap (WTF?)I said ok, made the agent give me the three telephone numbers to the three companies and. I called the three companies the next day to cancel but they said that i was not in the system and to give it about a week. about ten days later I called again. still not in the system (odd because i recieved the discount cards in the mail already and the $29.99 had been colected a week earlier) I called the original order number again and received no help. they gave me another number that only rings about 25 times then hangs up. I was able to cancel about a week later (a good two and a half weeks after being told i could cancel anytime.) but was harrassed by the cust serv rep from two of the three companies as to why i souldnt cancel and offered a deeper discount. the second problem was that after I received the books, It told me absolutely nothing. it went on about how he lost his job and squandered his money and lived in his wife's families basement after selling his house for money or some crap like that. (as if I gave a shit) but nothing about how to make any money. A few days after i recieved the books, I get a call from some lady "coach" asking for $8000 to teach me how to make money. I told her that I would think about it. I had no intention of doing such. when she called back the next day, I told her no thank you. every 7-10 days later a different coach would call me advertising a different price, anywhere from 4500 to 9300 bucks. each time I would tell them that i am not interested and to stop calling me The commercial leads us to believe that the initial 29.99 will tell how to make us wealthy. the 29.99 + shipping makes the company wealthy. the total price was about $38 or so. but the books are only worth $10. then he makes more by selling the credit card # to the other "discount" companies that we may or may not want. 3rd he make more off of the so called Coaches. this is CRAP CRAP CRAP.

I ordered the product for $39.95 but was billed $64.45 on my credit card. After reviewing a small portion of the material, I realized it was poorly done and a scam. When I tried to call and talk to someome about returning it, I could never get through. They deliberately do not take calls, but they have live operators who call to get you sign up for expensive other programs. I tried to stop the automatic $39.95 monthly charge. When I could not get through I called my credit card company and had them cancel my card and issue a new one. I would suggest to anyone who has been scammed by them to do the same. I f any one wants to start a class action suite, count me in. Jeff Paul is a criminal!
