I tried to contact them by phone to find out more information about the product and what is was I would be doing. What I got was the run around from the get-go! They (the recording) kept asking me if I wanted this program or something else and every time I tried to get customer service it came back to them wanting my credit card number. I could not get a human on the phone so I hung up. The next day the add was on tv with these two "in your face women" trying to sell the product. From their atire it looked like they were trying to sell the wrong profession, anyway thats when I decided to check out Jeff Paul online. Sooooo glad I did. Just a thought but isn't there some way charges can be brought against the company? Stealing money from a credit card is a felony. I hope they bring this guy down! PS. By the way... I am a blonde

Just heard a message left from a Jeff Paul salesperson. She said "we can part friends if I call back" Are you kidding me? Are we dating? I don't know why they are calling back everyday when I made it perfectly clear I was not interested in the mentor rip-off.

I recently ordered Jeff Paul's product and am very dissatisfied -not because it didn't work, but because of the misguidance of the overall upfront discription. First of all, I received the product under priority mail, which I ordered standard. Secondly, I started reading the first book I pulled out and was concerned upon reading how I would need to market my products. I understand the concept of this being practically a "small business owner", but was not aware that I would need to pay for a credit card account for people to use on my website, not aware of my need of a $10,000 - $15,000 credit limit to market my product, nor aware of the advertising I would need to pay for to market my product. The upfront quote "for little or no money" is not true. They make you believe that you could do this for little or no money, but in reality, when "the person" calls you, you are asked questions after questions to determine basically if you are the one that will "break your neck and account" for them. Their selling tactic for the product is basically false. I asked about setting it all up and putting out fliers on my own to market the websites - this was actually frowned upon. They said that my website would be at the bottom and wouldn't get much hits. I was further told, that if my husband was not involved with me that it would present a problem because most spouses that are not involved, don't want to be involved, therefore, causing friction with the spouse that is trying to make it work. I think this was financially speaking. After telling the man, that my husband didn't want to be involved, he informed me that my husband must not love me enough. I told him very quickly that we would just no go there, because my husband did love me and just didn't believe that this would work. The man even informed me at one time that the majority of the people that would not succeed with this are people that didn't complete school after the 8th grade. He was very pushy, and ugly in a round about way. I made a complaint on the jeff paul website, to no avail - no one has responded at all. Even though the man told me that I should cancel my order if I was not going to be interested in putting up the $$$$$$, he continuously tries to get me to go through with this. I have called today to send back this product for a refund. Everything seemed to be okay with the phone transaction. I guess I will find out in two weeks to see if I have been refunded or not. The gentleman I spoke with today also advised that they would credit back some of the shipping & handling since I did not order it priority. I guess that is something else I will see. Luckily, I lost my credit card the other day, and reported it as so. It has been cancelled and another being issued to me. Thankfully, I will not have to go through what some of the others have had to go through. For those of you that are still not able to make contact with these people, this is the information I have on them, maybe it will help. Customer Service # 1-800-434-5426, email address: talktous@shortcutstomillions.com, Get Started Now # 1-888-778-7975, Toll free advisory hotline# 1-877-636-2015, email: jeffpaultv@mentoringofamerica.com,BIG League url: [], and finally a Return Address: Returns Dept 7030 Hayvenhurst Ave Van Nuys, CA 91406. I called them after 6 months of busting my butt and making no money whatsoever. It just takes more time they said. Then they said they dont refund any money cuz its my website now they only host it. Also was told no monthly fees. BUT!!! I was chargede a monthly fee for the hosting by their other company..... Without permission... DO NOT ORDER THIS!!! $5000 savings down the drain, almost lost my home and credit is terrible now..

First off, I need to state that I have no finiancial loss, or anything of that nature that many others have complained about, because my sister is the one who actually bought this product (I'll have to ask her to check her credit card charges) But I am here to actually talk about WHAT'S IN THE BOOKS. How about this.... Absolutely NOTHING, I wasted my time reading the books which basically tried to "teach" you proper ways to advertise, and to use big colors and reds, and yellows, and bold and you make a webpage using these things. Ok so what the hell are you advertising? well, summed up, these books, that promise you to make money, are basically telling you to find one of your strengths or some knowledge of how to do something, or make something and make a "catalog" and sell it, promising that people would pay over $200 for your catalogue. Bullcrap. That is exactly what this guy does, he made a catalogue telling you how to get rich, and is indirectly telling you, that the way he gets rich is by selling you poor shmucks his books. Not to say that with a little bit of effort someone can't do this. But if you follow there advertising thing you get one of those crap pages that run in cirles. (we all know them) needless to say, I never wasted any more of my time with this product. Would recommend not buying. cuz it probably wont help you, and if it would.... I've already told you what all 5 books tell you.... make an "instruction" book

I ordered the Jeff Paul products and spent over 8000 dollars on trying make it work. They check the crdit limit on your credit card then try to max it out with different products such as web sites pay pal and credit card servicing. The products are all simple ways to sell but make no money.I reported the scam to my credit card company to no relief I used my savings to pay off the debt and will never trust a infomercial or web sales again.

I keep getting charged for$39.95 from some website named www.yulecs.com I don't even know what it is for. They have charged me twice for a total of$79.90.I have emailed them several times and no response.I have also tried contacting them by phone and their phone number doesn't even exist.I don't get any connection. It says on the website to cancel your membership to enter your username and password, which I can't do when I don't know what it is for.I have emailed them and asked them to give me my membership information so I can cancel my account for whatever it is for and also asked for my money back. They will not contact me.How do I get this matter resolved.I would appreciate any advice you can give me.They have caused a lot of trouble with my bank account.

Ordered the product advertised on tv. I just wanted to see what it was, because the entire time my husband and I watched the infomercial, we couldn't determine what they were advertising. I ordered with express shipping, and was guaranteed the product in at most 5 days. After a week of not recieving the stuff, I called the original number from the informercieal, and was redirected to another number for customer service. I called 6 times, and recieved an automated answering that stated the business hours, and that I should call back during normal business time. I was calling during normal business time, because right after this message, hold music began to play. When I finally got to speak to a representative, I was told that the order I made was backordred, and that they had no idea when I would be recieving it. I cancelled the order then, to be sure that no initial charges appeared on my credit card. Now, lets see if they try to charge me now.

My wife and I fell for the Jeff Paul scam and "invested" over $5,000 ....what a rip off. I was extremely fortunate because they double charged my credit card trying to rip us off....my credit card company went after them for us and retrieved our money...less the large fee for credit card set up. The "great guy" who sold us this crock could NEVER be reached. Our "Coach" tried to steer us toward sell these great treadmills and making good money off of each....except for one thing...we had an identical one and knew they went for just a few dollars over what we would be purchasing them for. A TOTAL RIPOFF!

I never authorized the debit to my bank account for the monthly charge. They processed it anyway. I could not reach them at their number, it was always busy. Only way to stop this was submit my credit card to my bank for a fraud investigation. After they researched this credit card scam my debit was credit back to my bank account. To stop this crook I had to change my credit card number and start over wit a new card. I specifically remember telling the guy when I order the basic material no monthly $ 29.00 fees are authoirzed. They did it anyway.

I ordered MC-Alexander Real Estate online I did not authorize any monthly payments but was suprized to see every month for the last 5 months a withdrawel to my checking account of 39.95. The number on the direct debit comes back to a Family tv products but they never answer the phone. The recorded message claims you can contact them at Familytvproducts.com. It does not work. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND ILLEGAL. It appears the only way to stop the debit is to change my checking account!!!! I want to take action against these individuals. If anyone knows of a class action suit let me know.

I ordered this product, online. I received the materials and it appeared interesting, but not earth shattering. Much of the information Jeff provides I have seen in other books. But right after I ordered the course one of his people called me and kept me on the phone for 45 minutes asking me mundane questions that are crafted to keep you saying yes...yes...yes. I finally asked him to cut the crap and get to the point, because you're wasting my time. They wanted my to put $10,000 on my credit card to do an advertising campain. He said if you want to make real money that is what you'll need to invest. He said that Jeff's ads are proven to work. I told him that in Jeff's course, he states that he started off with a $165 ad and went from there...which is the path I would had planned to take -- to keep my exposure and risk, low. I would be the one with the $10,000 debt if this does not work. He then said that I should check how much credit I have at my disposal and he would call me back in 3 days. >> What an asshole!! > Asshole to the 3rd power!!

I tried the product and found it to be seriously lacking. However, I cannot get the payments stopped--I am put on hold on the phone and cannot get to any of the web sites mentioned. Boy do I feel blonde! Never again--how do you know if it is ever legitimate or not! Luckily my credit card expires soon, so he won't be able to use it anymore! Guess we made him rich so he can buy new underwear!

I saw the infomercial. Wanted to research and view the product. Received the product and was contacted by the organization. I did not have the time to get involved and requested cancellation of membership. I call and get stuck on phone with no results. I want this cancelled. Help

8/27/2006 - Steve writes:
Having read the other accounts all I can say is that I echo the sentiments. I have been trying to cancel this scam properly for the last two days and can't seem to be able to communicate with anyone. I don't want my money back I just want to be able to cancel at anytime like the website says. The quality of the product is extremely poor and unethical. In one of the books alone Mr. Paul states "that you don't even have to have a quality product" once you have accounts. Which makes me feel like an even bigger sucker since I have been giving him my money for some time now. Oh well lesson learned!
