Well I purchased the John Beck program and I didn't even get the program at all, they took my money thats it, and I tried to contact the company, know one answers the phone all of a sudden and I did not receive my money back or the product.

I read these stories and i bought the system. It is one of the bigggest scams i've seen in awhile. I bought it $64.45 and thought it would be a great investment, boy was i fooled. I recently good charged $39.95 and had not even accessed to the property vault(scam). I also had an advisor call and ask questions like how much money do i have, how many lines of credit do i have, can i get access to more money, whats my credit score and many more questions. I never gave the correct answers to any of them, those questions are to personal i think. I also the advisor said he would give me a week to do some of those things and would call back, needless to say i have not open any more lines of credit and the advisor has not called back. The best answer for everbody is to close the account that you used to buy the scam system and you will no longer get charged and keep this in mind when you purchase something like this again. Good luck to all and just watch for these kind of people in the future.

I got suckered into the Free and Clear program December 2007. Being an avid interner user I almost always check into possible purshases. If it's a new item or company I never heard of. Contributing to the fact that every other word they say is how little you spend, then virtually overnight you will have hundreds of thosands at your disposal. luckily though google has the exact free amazing info. Watch the infomercial and type the same money making words he says he offers into google search. Same info, minus the fees and bad attitudes from John's customer service reps.

Save your money and learn the process through other resources. I cannot remember if Beck is about tax liens but there are great books on [] that will teach you how to do this w/o paying some snake oil salesman monthly fees to do nothing for you. Try "The 16% Solution".

I would like to take this to a federal court. they never pick up there phones.I haven't recieved my full sessions until know. it has been 6 months.

Big time scam..Well I was dumb enough to get to the last process with John Becks free and clear..They stole $3,000 from me by giving me a couple of phone conversations with somebody that was supposed to make me money with no money down..I was already in the whole $3,000 before I was to get one piece of advise from these scam artists..How can you advertise NO MONEY DOWN when all they do is take your money and don't teach you AT ALL!!! It was a half hour conversation each time you spoke to one of John Becks Reps (once a week for 1 month)...Please tell me how anybody can learn in such little time..John Beck is Scam Artist!!!

I ordered this product 1-8-08 and on 1-11-08 I was billed 54.45. What happened to the first 30 days being free. I tried to call and cancel to get my money back and nobody picked up the phone, only a recording. The information that was sent was useless. Not to mention, I was sent a postcard in the mail from John Becks company saying that I had 8 days to cancel a product that I didnt even order!!! Now they are trying to double bill me. This is the biggest scam ever. I had to call the credit card comapny and cancel my card so that they will not have my information anymore and bill additional money. I also conacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them also.

Same story as the rest. I ordered the product as it sounded to good to be true..........Ya i know.... I started getting billed the $39.95 per month. I called and takled to Ismael who told me that he would cancle my order and credit the last month billing. I asked him to please credit for the other months they billed me and he said good luck! we don't do that and you can do what ever you think you need to do but you will not get your money back. You got to admit these guys got some kind of deal going. I don't know how they get away with it but I guess thay can. I will never do that again.

we got enrolled into john beck mentoring of america program on 2/11/08 10:00 P.M. EST over phone. the fee for the program 10,585/- dollars was taken from my master card the next day. at the time of enrollment the registration agent and sales manager Rufus Satini, told that we have 3 days time to cancel from the program, after we receive the product which they were going to send by Fedex. on 2/12/08 we contacted BBB and found that there are more than 400 complaints against this company . We immediately called the registration dept to cancel from the program around 11.00 am EST on 2/12/08, but we did not get any response. We spoke to a Representative by name David(he didnt give last name, representative number #1203) and he said that someone from resolution dept will call us. Sales rep Kent (18004771018X6721) called us and when we told him that we are cancelling from the program, he called us Liars, Someone called us around 5.00 PM EST on 2/13/08, ! even he didnt give a clear answer about when we would receive the money, So far no one from this company is giving a proper answer and when they would refund our money. we tried calling all the numbers that they have given us, but no positive response from any of them. WE have sent notice of cancellation by certified mails to all the addresses that they given to us. The sales rep who called us was rude and unrespectful. we have also not received the product that they were supposed to mail us by Fedex till now. We sincerely hope that serious action be taken against such an unethical company.

I want to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you all for these advises.in my past i had tried to learn all about real estates some programs were really scams.all these guys out there like john beck say its easy thru my program,if there so rich why do they want others to know there secret.thats all a lot of crap.thank you all and i will let others in my area about how full of s--t this program is...

Wow! I have read a few of your stories, and I am glad that I didn't order this. I was going to try it out, because realestate is a passion of mine. I haven't yet began a career in it, but I was going to see how the system worked. I feel bad for everyone who has payed this man money, but all you can do now is "get together as a whole, and pray to God that he will continue to expose this man!" God says that we should not try to get revenge on people, because "vengence is His!" He will revenge people like John Beck for what he is doing. God says, "for the love of money is the root of all evil." John Becks love for money, instead of human kind will guide him down a one way road. He doesn't know it yet! I recommend everyone to pray for him, because he needs it. God says, "bless those who curse you." God will do the rest, and that is what matters. John Beck will reap what he sows. His money will go somewhere to someone who really needs it one day, and he won't be able to do anything about it. God says, "the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous, and it shall be turned over one day." I know that what you can't fix, God can, and I pray that you all get your money back he has taken.

I just made a big mistake minutes before I got to this website.. I ordered the Free & Clear package, they'll charge me on my CC about $ 54 (Product + S&H), after I read all your complaints about this company, I called my CC (Credit Card) company and asked them what to do about this, I wanted to share that with you all, because I feel that most of you are being billed monthly and there are few ways to avoid it: 1. Ask your CC company / Bank to give you a new CC number / Debit card number 2. If you gave routing and other information then make sure you get a new account 3. The CC company can file a dispute against any company for recurring charges in case you feel that you are not recieving services for what you are being billed for 4. your CC company/ Bank can get you the money back
5. There are over 590 people who posted complaint about this company, shouldn't we all be filing a case against this person / company ? Most of the points that I told surely mean lot of time / trouble for many of us.. but it's atleast better than losing the money and peace of life

I ordered this scam on 2/09/08. can someone please share a phone number with me that really works to cancel it? It is 2/11/08 and they have billed my credit card for $39.96 and have placed a hold for $163.90 and I keep getting no where with the numbers that were given to me to cancel. How can you lay your head on your pillow and sleep at night knowing you are scamming poor souls out of their money to make yourself rich? We should be able to do something about YOU and take your wealth right away from you and make you give up YOUR own homes for NOTHING since you got them from all of us for supporting your scams and you have earned NOTHING except a horrible reputation!

I purchased this product last month and went through the materials. Got a few nuggets of info and the "Property Vault" seemed ok. But the real red flag came up when I was contact by an "advisor" today and he wanted to know how much of a credit limit I have on my credit card. I was cordial to him up until that point. But when I told him that my credit limit is confidential he abruptly cancelled our conversation and hung up. = BIG RED FLAG! I immediately then tried to cancel my membership using the service number listed on the invoice but after a half hour of being on hold the system dropped me from the call. Then I tried several more times, eventually getting through (via option 3) to "Maria". We had a very polite conversation and she gave me a cancellation #. I then backed up this verbal cancellation request with an email to the following 3 addresses:
customerservice@familytvproducts.com clientservices@johnbeckclub.com
talktous@johnbeck.tv In the email I recounted my conversation with Maria and restated my cancellation #, order #, invoice #, name & address, etc. and requested that if Maria's efforts did not cancel my membership, that the email recipient do so effective immediately. I also sent it with "Delivery Confirmation" & "Read Notification". I got quick confirmation that it was received by all of the address' servers (including my alternate email address which I cc:ed). No Read Reciepts returned yet. I received only the following error message so far: : 65.98.252.35 does not like recipient. If I do find additional charges on my credit card I will then have proof of my attempts to have the membership cancelled, which I will then forward to my credit card company and the BBB. Hopefully it won't have to come to that, but you can never be too careful. Hopefully some of you who have been having issues with them can use my advice to resolve your problems.

I purchased the system portion that you get for $39.95 over the phone, and the customer service rep. asked me if I wanted all these other components of the system and I said no to each one, yet I received more than I purchased and was charged $254.00. I returned the package overnight and have not been able to successfully get a hold of anyone. I've sent them two emails, and they have not responded to anything. I'm now terrified after reading that others have been seeing money withdrawn monthly from their accounts.
