I purchased the product and paid full price. There was absolutely no disclosure regarding the monthly fee. I have tried to call all of the customer service numbers I can find and have been on hold indefinately many times or placed directly into voice mail.

I've been trying to get in contact with anyone at John Becks free and clear. (no response). I got one phone call from a advisor or whoever and they stated that i should invest more money in a advisor. The vault i can't get into because i lost my invoice to log inot to it be i can't get any help trying to get into the vault. Plus what to stop the $39.95 payment. It not worth it. They say all i have to do is call and stop the transaction. Well, it's hard to do that when you can't get a hold of anyone. This has to be one of the biggest scams around.

I bought this program a yr ago, and was unhappy with it. I didn't realize that they bill you monthly at 39.95. I tried serveral times to cancel but with failure. I am reporting this scam to the police and filing a complain against John Beck's Co. They were taken money out of my acct without written or verbal permission. I didn't sign any papers. I agree to a one time deal of 39.95. What a scam!

I still havent gotten money put back on my credit card. Someone needs to take that damn commercial off the air!!! I am very disatisfied.

After watching the free & clear infomercial on TV, I thought that the system sounded great, so I called and order it. The sales rep. kept trying to get me to buy other products that I wasn't interested in. After receiving the product I wasn't impressed! I noticed on my invoice statment that they had enclosed a 30 day free trial to access your property vault. I read after the free 30 day trial, I would be billed $39.95 per month. So I called to unsubscribe me from their property vault web-site and to cancel my account. This was in October of 2007. It's now Feb. 2008, and they are still billing my credit card for $39.95 a month. I contacted the company today Feb.4,2008 regarding this matter. After being on hold, for over 45 minutes, I spoke with Nicole a customer service rep. I told her that I was upset, because that order was canceled in Oct.of 2007, and that I wanted my money refunded back to my credit card. I asked for Nicoles ID. number, and a confirmation number, and to be sent a copy of the cancellation by mail. Nicole told me, that my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days.

I got so frusturated and finaly I said don't you have anyone who is expert or knows any thing about your products and the lady said no but its easy if you falow the instructions and the dvds. I told her the dvd's are the same and they don't have any information that would be help full to me.

I got the information that I ordered through their TV commercial and it was not stated that you are joining a club that would charge your credit card every month! I am shocked about this, I don't know if the Attorney Generals office is checking this company out but they need to because this company is extremely misleading in their advertising practice. By the way when you get their materials read the fine print carefully.

Scam.... Scam... Scam.. I purchased this John Beck program because I was looking to learn any angles of purchasing property that I haven't learned already. Hey what's 40 bucks... I reviewed it and wow it was really worth more like $4. The only thing they tell you is to contact your local tax assessor or sherrifs office to get a list of tax sales. Heck I already knew that... Oh well it was only 40 bucks right.. Wrong. They waited a month and started charging 39.95 to my credit card without ever having asked. (every month now) Nothing was said in the infomercial nor the package they sent about a monthly charge. I've called them twice now and they 'say' they apologize for the inconvenience and are refunding the money to my credit card. NOT. They haven't refunded a penny yet. I just had to call the credit card company and get a charge back issued. I'm doing a search on the internet for a fax number now... A funny trick I did to a company years back is to tape three pages together requesting they stop faxing me. Once the first page goes through the fax then tape the first page to the third one. It'll keep running till their fax is out of paper. The next day they reload their fax with paper and I do it again. :0 Their annoyance to me is about to annoy them... ha.. Sorry to read all the posts of people they have REALLY ripped off. Jeff

We thank God we found this website. We had an appointment tonight to authorize a $12,500 charge to our credit card for an 81/2 month course. I orginally called to order this product and received the automative system. It kept trying to get me to add on extra things. I accidentally added something I didn't want. I tried to get to an operator to take one piece off and it kept asking me for the security code on my credit card. The automative system finally told me that my order could not be processed since I did not give my security code. So I hung up and decided not to order the program at this time. Well, all of a sudden I received a charge on my card even though I didn't complete the transaction. Plus the transaction was higher than it was suppose to be. I was charged over $70.00 for a program that was suppose to cost $39.95. So I received the program and decided to look through it and make it work. I was not impressed with what I got. Mnay of th links didn't work and all the cd's repeated the same info. I tried calling 3 different numbers and non of them worked. I finally called another number and spoke with a start up specialist Jaime who asked me really personal financial questions and was uset with me because I didn't feel comfortable talking with her about the credit cards I have, the limits, and the interest rates. She finally said that my husband and I would be perfect for the success team and had us talk with her boss - the senior director Ken Dickenson. We spoke with over ahour with each of them. We didn't have our credit cards with us and were unable to give them the number. Ken said he would call tonight to get the number. We decided to check out the Internet and found this site. We didn't answer his call and called after hours to leave him a message that we are not interested. I tried to call and cancel but it is after hours. I will try and cancel it asap and I will send it back tomorrow. I also submitted a cancellation request on the website just now. <a href="http://www.johnbeckcancel.com." rel="external">www.johnbeckcancel.com.</a> They said we will find, buy, and sell our 1st property with 10 weeks and at least one property monthly. We willreceive $6,250 back after 5 successful deals and the other $6,250 after 8 successful sales as long as we meet wit John Beck for 2 days in Las Veags and write and release our success stories for him to use. He makes his money by using the success stories to get people to purchase his program. The $12,500 is only for education costs to speack to a coach for 1 hour per week foro 5 weeks and work 10 hours per week. They wanted us to start looking at properties the next day. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!

My husband purchased this program for me back in July/07. We really didn't start doing anything with it until we were able to save some money. Once we did that, we called John Beck and told them we were ready to start. At that time, we were asked to pay $2,110.00 to start wich included, the enrollment fee, start up presentation folder, 5 session coaching kit, 5 session coacin ut, the property vault access a book with real estate terminology, CD's, financial software software an administration fees. We already had 4 sessions and I have been trying to reach them for a week, calling my coach and emailing him to no avail. I followed all of the instruction to find that all the information I just paid $2,110.00 is all free in each county. If you call the real estate office for the county, you can get lists, dates and hours of the next tax deeds and tax liens sales. ALL FREE!!!!! I used the vault to print lists for different counties to contact the owners ONLY to be told that they are tired of the phone calls...that they properties are not on default with the county. And when I went and check that specific property with the property appraissers office, the owner was correct. They property was no where near on default!!!! I don't know how many other owners told me the same. At the same time, for example, according to the vault, they have a list for North Carolina. Well, North Carolina cancelled the sales of tax deeds and liens back in 1999. I am going to find out what I can do to get my money back. I will report to the BBB, and if necessary, I will obtain signatures of local people who was scammed like me and call the TV station. YOU ALL WILL HEAR OR SEE ME ON TV...!!!!! I AM MAD!!! My husband and I worked very freaking hard to save that money to provide a better future for our kids....you just don't do that!!! JOHN BECK YOU NEED TO BE IN JAIL!!!!

I have tried calling John Beck on the phone number that comes in my bank account to cancel the product. I received one phone call from a "counselor" but once I basically said "what part of no don't you understand that I want nothing extra or fees don't you get?" this person hung up the phone. However, I am still being billed 39.95 per month and have spend the last 3 months trying to contact them to reverse and cancel the charges that I specifically told them I did not want. I put this on my business card and now feel I am going to have to go to the bank and cancel that card so they can't continue billing my for what I told them when I ordered it, I did not want any of the extra's. The infomercial says one time fee and that is a lie. This is a scam and I am usually more careful than this and was pulled in anyway. I will not recommend this to anyone and will go out of my way to let everyone know it is a scam!

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I was interested in the program until I did some research. The exact same information, and more, can be obtained free from the county sheriff and recorders office. I also found out about all of the "extras" they don't tell you about. The man may be a real estate attorney, but he should be ashamed of himself. The majority of the people (including myself) are just looking for a way to make some extra money, and he's basically stealing from them. Yes, they are looking for a get-rich-quick program, but honestly, there is no such thing as a free ride.

I ordered the John Beck and received his CD. His company then sent an e-mail advising me that the continuation of my membership would contine unless I canceled and was directed to his website. There is no way to cancel at this site. I sent a reply to his e-mail to cancel. This didn't work either as they did the same thing for 2 more months. I cancelled my credit card and am still waiting to Visa to rescend the $150 worth of,( I think) illegal charges. Beck is a lying ass and a cheat.

To my surpirse the next day I was going over my bank account they had charged our car $307.00 when we called they said we had to wait until we recieved the package and then send it back at our expense. They need to do something about John Beck and his free and clear.. They should give out large fines to these companies that are doing these scams.
