I watched the infomercial a couple of times, it make no sence. When I compred it with the list from my county for tax sale property, none of the properties looked as good or as cheap as they show.<br />
Here is a point about the whole thing. If this method was so lucrative, why advertise it??? Why doen't he buy all this property for himself and become a multi milionare?? Some scam. Sincerely Logan []

Two days after receiving the product I tried to cancel my account and return the product for full refund less shipping and handling charges. The e-mail address on the paperwork was <a href="mailto:clientservices@johnbeckclub.com">clientservices@johnbeckclub.com</a>. when I sent the e-mail out I got back a notice SMTP:host65,98.252.35:550 5.7.1 unable to reply. I called the number 1-818-464-1650 which gave me another e-mail address of <a href="mailto:customerservice@familytvproducts.com">customerservice@familytvproducts.com</a> which I tried and gat the same unable to reply message in my e-mail box. I called the number back got an account cancelation number 641-9103 and a RMA number 68817. Now I do not know what to do to stop the money $34.95 from being taken out of my checking account every month. Thanks, Arthur []

Well, I oredered this free & clear system online. I watched it on Tv, and it sounded very good, but when I recelived the package, there was nothing really new to learn. I thought I'd see the list of properties in my area, who knows. Only 1 list had street numbers, others only had names of the city or town. I tried to contact the customer service about it - no answer back. Tried emailing them to unsubscribe me from their property vault web-site - my email wasn't delivered, apparently that email doesn't work. Tried calling them - never reached. The only way I have to left in order to escape their monthly charges is to call my credit card company! I'd also like to return their books and CD's - why keep them?

After watching the infomercial on TV, I thought I would try it. But when they started to tell me this will cost you this much and that will cost you that much and then it will cost you so much a month after that, I thought "What a scam!" This clown is getting rich on other peoples naivety. I immediately told them NO, I was not interested and wanted to cancel. I had sent them an email cancelling also. Yet to get a response. I think I hit a nerve. He better not be using my credit card or he will pay dearly!

November of 2006, my Husband was out of work for 4 months from an injury. He and I loved how nice it was to have him home with our family. We are a single income family with 4 children and have always thought about getting into the real estate investment game on the side. Well, my Husband was watching TV late night and there is John Beck’s Free and Clear Money Making System. He told me about it and we decided we didn’t have much to lose and so much to gain if it worked for us. Excitedly, we ordered John Beck’s system. At first, we were impressed. We received everything very fast and it all seemed to be good, reliable information. By the weekend, we were talking to a live “coach” who was very nice and assured us that we would be on our way to buying real properties within a few weeks. We got a list of websites that we could visit to learn about different aspects of the properties we were considering. We finished our coaching and thought "Well, now what?" We needn't have waited long. The answer to that question came within a couple weeks, when we were shelling out big money for a single income family. There were little start up fees at first. They didn't seem too unreasonable being that we were trying to start a new business. Besides, we were assured that we would make it all back soon. We were promised that any money spent in start up fees would be made back either in our business income taxes or through profit from buying and selling properties. <br />
Well, next we had to get a business license and then we needed some sort of tax accountant. Of course they aren’t free, so there went a few more thousand dollars for these services. The final blow came when we had to purchase expensive computer software, so that our tax person on the East Coast, could easily figure our taxes out. We kept a log of everything and sent it to him. So in a nutshell, we basically paid somebody else, while we did our own taxes. We had no money left and we didn't know what to do. Somebody from John Beck's office called to let us know that we were now expected to pay $2,000 for yet another service and then this would be the final thing that we would have to pay for. But this time, we refused and told them we couldn't give them what we didn't have. They shared that they accepted credit cards. And we told them we had nothing left on our cards due to all of the "Start Up Fees". This man was persistent and told us that he would give us some time to think about how we wanted to handle payment and call us back. My Husband and I were embarrassed and sad that we had been naive enough to think that this man would really help us. But he's just a crook like all the rest. All we had wanted to do was better our situation. Neither my Husband or I ever thought about being millionaires. We just thought it would be nice to finally be able to pay off our bills and not live beyond our means. It was just a pipe dream, because the money that we had saved to start buying properties all went to start up fees and other imperative costs. Well, the man finally called back and was not too happy when we told him that we would not be paying a dime. He then got a "supervisor" to try to convince us that this was the last money that would be spent before we begin to profit. You bet it was! The phone call ended in a heated debate and us saying we'd see them in court. To date, almost $50 has been taken out of our credit card automatically each month, for the past year. We just dissolved “our business” last month, to the tune of a few more hundred dollars and are working at getting back on our feet. We never made a dime. How could we? We lost everything we put into the program. So that’s our story. John Beck should be so ashamed of himself. I truly don't know how he sleeps at night. My Husband and I firmly believe that what comes around goes around. And John Beck WILL get his. We have filed with the BBB and are waiting to see if we will get any sort of settlement back. Fortunately, we didn't lose the amount of money that I have heard was lost in some of the complaints against John Beck. And my heart hurts for those folks who really thought that they had bought into a wonderful new business and lost everything. I wouldn't be interested in sharing this story on TV. But I wouldn't mind sharing anonymously. We've had more than our share of embarrassment because we didn't do our research on John Beck. I wish we had. What gets to me is that he, like many other scam artists out there, is still on late night TV, every weekend selling the same scam. The BIG LIAR.

Big Scam!!! It seemed to me that if you did not pay the 4500.00 for a mentor they did not want to have anything to do with you. I say ment on this my friend! The info also is used and abused crap. 2 cases of beer a beef sandwitch and a movie = 40 bucks. Not to mention shipping! But then I got the disk from them I can watch for the comedy hour!! I might get some use out of the program buy burning it in the fire place.

John Beck ruined my life. I ordered the product last May because it was one of few infomercials that actually caught my attention. It seemed kind of cheesy, but I completely bought into it. After ordering it, I realized that it secretly charged me an unnanounced shipping fee of 15 dollars. Whatever, I'm about to make millions, right? WRONG. The package I got contained nothing but the infomercial on paper and a CD. To go any further you had to visit websites that either didn't work or charged you a fee to join them. I called the number to talk to my "Coach" and he convinced me to give him my credit card info (including credit score, balance info and social security number) and I gave them permission to charge my account an incredible $17,450. It sounds stupid, but he was talking as if I would make it back the next day. I was supposed to recieve a call from him in the morning, but never did, and when I called back over the next two months, none of the numbers connected me to a real person. I returned home from work exactly two months later to find John Beck himself covered in dead puppies, in my living room having sex with my eight year old son and bathing in a pool of dragons blood. My life has never since been the same.

Well where do I start-I ordered the product and was charged the $39.95 fee every month. I finally had to call Visa and say CANCEL THIS. Then I get a call saying I can be join a "special" mentoring group if I invest $1500 minimum. This is total garbage. All they tell you in the report is to contact your local sheriff's office to get information. ANy one can do that FREE.

Ok here is the story. I order this SCAM of a program. The price of the program is reasonable. $39.95 but they charge $14.50 for S&H. What $14.50 ?!!! Ridiculous !!!! Then it took close to 6 weeks for me to receive it. I could mail this back to them overnight for $18.95. That was the first problem. What a rip off just on the S&H. Anyway..... I proceeded to check out the system and it was the best comedy I have ever watched on DVD. John Beck sits there and could barely put his words together to make sense in a sentence. Ok but him not having on camera speaking skills is not my problem. I have viewd all CD Roms, videos and booklets. Why would they have websites listed that either have errors on the page, have been moved,or simply do not exist. The information in this program was absolutely worthless. So I wish it could be shut down. But I guess this is how John Beck makes his money. You order the program<br />
You are disappointed with it You return it for the refund but they keep $14.50 S&H so that is free money for him. John Beck still makes money off of people running the scam. You expect a program that will assist in making profit but all you receive is DVD and CD Rom that are about as useful as the coasters on my coffee table. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM !!!

I wasn't not aware of a $39.95 monthly fee. I can't afford another bill. I'm returningthe package,You need to tell people that there's are extra fees. And another thing I was charged $49.95 instead of $39.95. You debited my card for a total amount of $64.45, I'm not at all satified. I'll be looking for a refund. You need to have live people on your ordering lines. I'll share with the news media if I don't receive my refund.

Hello Folks, This product is a scam, but not to the degree most of you think. For starters, it is possible to purchase real estate at these low prices. Problem though, you cannot inspect the property. This is something I feel should be mentioned in the commercial. This property could be abandoned for years and God only knows what kind of Money pit it is. #2. The information he offers is available to the general public, FOR FREE! Just contact your local, county or state officals regarding tax sales. They will be more then happy to fill you in. Why you ask? Where do there salaries come from? That's right, taxes. If too many properties become available in a specific location, they run low on funds. Will they eliminate police and firefighters jobs so they can maintain their salaries? The Answer is "Yes." #3. the majority of Mortage companies that are out there require you to escrow your taxes, if you default on your mortgage, they have the right to pay the taxes on your behalf. Hence, they are the first that can lay claim to the property saying, "Hey, I've been paying the taxes, it's my house!" This way, their lein takes precidence. Don't waste your money on this scam artist, just contact your politicians and they will provide you with the information free of charge. Well some have lists that you can sign up for, in York County PA the sherrif's office will sign you up for a quarterly list for around 35 dollars per year last time I checked, or if you have a pc and a portable scanner, you can go down and copy it free of charge. Save your money, if it has to do with taxes, it's a Gov't matter. If it's Gov't. that is free information by law. Save your cash, unless it's a toll call to your state rep.s office. His stuff is nothing but recycled public information.

In October (of 2007)I ordered the product and clearly told the sales person that I did not want any additional products or services offered by the company. Shortly after placing my order I began getting phone calls from a man attempting to convince me that I needed to sign up for some type of coaching series. I told the man that I wanted to know the cost of any/all additional services. That was when he told me that the DVD alone that I ordered would never get me to a place to using it on my own. I would be reguired to sign up for additional services to get the information to move forward with the plan. I told him I was not interested and asked that my name be removed for all lists, including call lists. In November and December I noticed that $39.95 had been taken out of my bank account. I made serveral phone calls and was treated very rudely by the "supervisor" Donna Felix who actually hung up the phone on me. I would like to ask anyone if they have sought legal action against the company? If another dime is taken out of my account, I intend to take such action. From what I can gather, the customer service company is Family TV Product...and they must be getting a cut as well.

I ordered the product and told the sales person I did not want any additional products or services. I was very to the point - nothing else. No extras no,no,no. I was just billed a 39.95 monthly fee for the vault access. I have been on hold with them for 20 miniutes now and only gotten the recording so far.

These people are despicable liars who all deserve to get cancer. Their scam is like this...they ask about your credit score and they ask what kind of credit card balance you keep. Based on this, they take a guess as to how much they can charge your card. They are not in the real estate or information business, they are in the maxing out credit card business. Toby Waggoner, Zack Rapely, Jade, Nikki and all the other scumbags at this scam should get hit by a safe falling from a 25th story window.

I was curious so I unfortunately ordered the "John Beck Free and Clear". After looking over it, I did now feel it was something I wanted to get into so I canceled & canceled, & canceled. After many calls, & a few emals, they refunded some of the monthly charges and each time assured me that I was permantly out of their system. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME.

My dad was scammed by this John Beck Free and Clear System crap. We (me and my mom) suspected right away that it was a scam or too good to be true kind of thing, but he would not listen. We told him if it was so good everybody would be rich or doing it and they wouldn't want anyone else to know. He thought we weren't being supportive and against him. They send stuff that only is a repackaging of the same infomercial. Nothing useful. They want you to register on a website that allows you to purchase reports or whatever (had not purchased anything, so don't know what kind of crap we would have gotten). The biggest rip-off comes as the "Phone Consultation or Coaching" which is supposed to be like some personal business consultation to help you or advise you on how to make money and which manipulates people into using their credit cards to be charged, in my dad's case $6,000.00. When he got a phone call from them and I saw him get his credit card--that is when I knew for sure it was a scam. I could picture someone they hired off the street or from prison reading some script and conning him into believing they would or could give him business/real estate advice. It's like my dad thought he was going into real estate and would make some decent money for homes, or vacations, or to help out his kids. I had to print out the stories written on the infomercial scam website to prove to my dad he was being scammed, so he did not lose anymore money. Thank God for the website. The stories show the process of the scam. It's funny that the law goes after gambling but infomercials like this run on TV everyday to draw in more victims to freely rob people of their hard-earned money. The thing that draws in people the most is they use the truth to draw in people. The tax certificate way of getting properties you can learn on your own, it is not easy or a quick way to get rich, and there are downfalls. Most importantly, the scammers will never really teach you how to do it anyway. You will only learn how fast and how much money you will lose.
