I purchase the John Beck program for 39.95 over the internet. I declined to the membership of the property vault but they still charge me the monthly 39.95. I called customer service to cancel around July after reviewing my credit card statement. Days after, the calls began trying to get in touch with me to sell me the program. At first I ignored the messages on my answer machine. Then one day without thinking I answered the phone and this guy Adam Chase caught me. He sounded so nice and what he said sounded real. He told me that they have help thousands of people earn a lot money. He also said that they were going to help earn six figures within days. I guess I was lucky that I only paid 2,200.00, on this program. When I received the package I went through it and was disappointed. None of what Adam said over the phone was true. The information in the package has nothing to do from what he told me. Well, I waited for customer service to call me and schedule the coaching sessions. When they did it was a month later. I tried to talk to someone in customer service and I was giving the name of the sales manager, who I was told is in charge of complaints. Her name is Karen. I left her messages and every time I called she was busy or out of the office. She never calls me back. When the coach called he stared telling me how to get the information to buy properties. I went off. I told him what I was told when they were trying to get my money. This guy told me to call customer service and tell them what this guy Adam Chase told over the phone and tried to get my money back. I was told by customer service that there is no record that I spoke to Adam Chase. Imagine how I felt. I Kept trying to get my money back but customer services told me that they have giving me 3 days to review the material. How do I make a decision whether or not to keep the program if the coaching sessions were scheduled a month later?

Well a couple of weeks ago my husband oredered this mess and I was very lerey of it from the beginning. So he gets the info and trys to go into the vault to look at some properties and ther you have to pay to even see anything. Now we have had them callin us for a week and last night we spent an hour and a half talking to a girl named Angela Husk, whom was supposedly trying to figure out wherther we were motivated enough to become part of this " SUCCESS TEAM" where you have to pay so much for training from a real expensive coach and then after you buy and sell 5 homes then you get half of the money that you put in back with a check striaght from John Beck himself and then after you 8th flip then you get the other half of your money back. So during the converdation she puts us on hold about three times and then ask can she have her director call us back in 20 mins to see if we are can be part of the time and for him to go over some other crap, so like a fool we tell her fine. He, Douglas moore, talks on and on about nonsense and then he asked how much we could invest and then my husband says " you know right now we would like to discuss it more," and then he ask "Well do you consider yourselves good decision makers and if so I'd like to get the investment in a cashiers check b/c there are some things that are going on now that I'd like for you all to take part in...but we need the money to register you so that you all can get started." I knew it was a crock, and these people need to b e stopped, b/c the girl was telling us that most of their clients are older people who now realize their retirement is not enough for them to live on so they are turning to them for help. Well anyone who does this kind of thing to anyone, much less the older people is sorry than hell. People just open your eyes and if your gut tells you not to do it, then listen, INTUITION IS SOMETHING THAT GOD GAVES FOR A REASON- WE NEED TO USE IT!!! By the way we did not fall of it.

Am I glad I had enough sense to do a search on this company. I wish I had done it before I ordered the infomercial kit. My wife and I just got done talking to a representative, who would refer us to a director as he was called, who explained that for a mere $13,715 we could get started in the real estate business by buying tax liens and tax deeds. As I read other comments, it is amazing how the people were charged different amounts! Another thing that is amazing, is that we haven't even received the information (ordered on 10/9) and we were contacted by a rep to see if we qualified. I knew something was up when the representative started to ask how many credit cards we had, if we knew our credit rating, what was our limits on the cards and to see if we would even be able to "qualify" for a coach, as they were looking to branch out into the Iowa market. He told us about how they would get us in touch with investors who would buy the propertes so we could flip them and make money right away. What if investors didn't want to buy? Who gets stuck with the property until you do find an investor who wants to buy. Yours truly! All the while the thousands of dollars you have charged on your crdit card is accumulating interest and you are making the credit card company rich. I did a search on buying tax lien and tax deed sales in our state (Iowa) and found that they do not conduct tax deed sales but do conduct tax lien sales but you have to be present and there are some fees involved to participate. The "director" was very informative and not high pressuring us, as we stated that for that amount to be charged to our credit card, it is not a decision we would make in a couple of minutes. He arranged to call us back in a few days. After viewing all the complaints about the ongoing $39.95 Property Vault charges, I immediately called my credit card company, who closed the account and issued us new cards with a different account number. Now I guess I will have to contend with trying to get a refund for the original purchase that amounted to $64.95 but if I don't get it back, it is a cheap lesson learned. Go to www.labbb.org (Los Angles Better Business Bureau) and do a search on John Beck. His listing comes up with an "F" rating. You can go to the Utah Better Business Bureau website and find information there also, which is not too good also. I am not saying that this system may not work but keep in mind if it was all cracked up as it is supposed to be, there would be millionaires everywhere. I should have thought about my last bit of advise myself, before I ordered the kit. It is amazing also how there are 26 pages of complaints and only 2 pages defending the product.
Thanks to everyone who shared there experience here. It saved my wife and I a lot of possible future grief and expense.

Well, it's been about 3 weeks since I've ordered Mr. Beck's "Free & Clear"! No, I never used this product because I sent it back immediately after reading all the complaints from this website. They have falsely advertised this product because it was suppose to be a one time fee of $39.95. I called customer service today and asked for a cancellation of this product. This would be the property vault crap. This is what they stated. Well, I never asked for this enrollment at all! Trust me it's been a big headache ever since I picked up the phone and dialed Mr. Beck's #. My credit card company is documenting this and is placing a block/dispute on any further charges from this company. I also changed cards. I only have one charge so far credited to my acct; however, I will keep an eye each month for any additional charges posted to my acct. Whatever you do be sure to send the merchandise back unopened and be sure to get a tracking # because this is needed for any disputes made to any account. Be sure to asked for a cancellation # of this product. I will keep you posted. Wish me luck!!!

I Ordered the system, read it and learned nothing I had not already known. A Postcard came in the mail with a warning that in 14 days they were going to bill my credit card 39.95 for access to the Property Vault. I called to cancel then went online to my bank statement and saw they had ALREADY taken the money before I was even sent the card. This is nothing more than fraud!

I had called to receive his free and clear product.Soon after I received it I was sent out of town for the company I work for,I was gone on business for about 3 weeks, when I returned I had found he had already taken a monthly fee out of my account.I called and went on line to try to cancel this service but he continued to take money out of my account.I finally got a number to cancel so I called and cxancelled and he is still taking money pout of my account, I have now cancelled this service for the third time ,I want my money back.

The information that was sent was pretty useless. I did not know that they were going to take $39.95 each month on top of the initial cost. I have been trying to cancel these charges, because I cannot access any vault that they speak of. I just received another statement on my American Express and see another charge, I will again try to cancel these charges.

I see I am not alone. I am disputing the second charge of 39.95 and I hope my card doesn't allow any more of these bogus charges. I paid for nothing the first time, why would I pay again?

Unbelievable. When I got my package I opened it up with great anticipation and to my dismay, my dreams and hopes of a bright future were shot down. JB is lucky I can can not physically touch him or I would shoot him. A bunch of nonsense bull !@#$ that has gotten me nowhere. I tried using his stupid property vault thing and found out I had to pay just to get some stupid lists that I can get from the county clerks office for free. Since then, I have had to cancel two accounts and close my credit card. I guess a real job is the only way to make good money.

I saw the emercial on tv and thought it would be a handy way to produce income. The Charge was $39.95. There was no mention of any other fees. This is the problem; the entire sales pitch was recorded and I tried every time the voice came back to cancell the the order. They offered a list of magisines for free and a list of listing of forecluseres in my area for $300.00, then $99.00
At the end of the transaction the voice gave a message with the telephone number, However it was given so quickly I could not get the entire number. I think it is about time that these crooks get investigated by our government.

I purchase the John Beck system around September 2007, since then I was not able to get to any of the site my instructor gave me. When I sent her e-mail she never e-mail me back to resolve my problems. The amount of my I put out was 12,000 . The webiste never gave the information they stated in my session. My instructor name is Elicia Loveless and maybe that is not even her real name.If there a lawsuit aganist John Beck please let me know I will take part. People like him should deliver a product when they are taking other people money.
