I bought this product about 2 weeks ago, paid $54 for it. I get a call 08/01 from a guy name Mike who wants to see if I qualify to be coached by John Beck. I listen and make an Appointment for interview 8/2/07. In the mean time being as skeptical as I am, I found this website and started reading the complaints. So I was prepaired. I also read comments from people who defend this program. I finally paid off all my credit card debt. I owe no credit card companies. Mike wans me to borrow $5000-$10000 on my credit cards for working capital.. Is this guy on crack? There is no way on God's green earth that I am going to jack my credit cards up to $10,000. So mike tells me to call all my credit card companies and raise my credit limits, then he tells me to call him back when I get it done. (right) Word of advice people. If your like me, and have a moderate income, have bills, and such. Be wary of this. If anyone wants you to take a mortgage, jack up your credit cards, or get a loan, be careful. I don't need to take this any further. Because I am not going to borrow $5000-$10,000 for anyone. I will find another business that is legit sooner or later, I am not shelling out this kind of money. Yes it takes money to make money, but getting yourself in serious credit card debt is not the answer And another thing that turned me off is the automatic charge of $39.95 for the property vault every month. What gives him the right to do that without my permission? read your paperwork carefully and get that stopped immediately

So far I've been on the phone for one hour. The message states to use a fake internet address. There is now such site! I ordered these books for 39.95 and they charged me 89.95. They finally answered the phone and will not return the $50.00, they said it was for shipping. What a rip off. I'll join any lawsuit against this scam artist! Like Eileen wrote that's why he's so rich. These scams have to stop. No one authorized Beck to debit my account for 39.95. I'm very upset.

Im a 25 year old vet. About six months ago my father and I invested about $12,000 dollars of the money I earned defending our country into John Beck's Free and Clear Scam. We tryed every thing our personal adviser specialist told us to. We were promised 12-30 minute educational phone calls. We receved half of them. Two of the other calls were cut short because of problems with there system. Now Im back to nothing but working my butt off to get back on top of the race for wealth. Unless your in the bussness of loseing money please, please, please don't waste your money.

Three weeks ago, I fell for the John Beck pack of lies too. But, after thinking about it for an hour or so, I checked online and found this website. Thank YOU... I immediately called my credit card company and blocked all incoming charges. Then I managed to wade through the labyrinth and cancelled before 48 hours had passed. These rip-offs still sent the package anyway. It did them no good. I promptly Refused to accept the package, and went to the Post Office. The clerk told me as long as it was unopened, all I had to do was mark it as Unsolicited Mail. They hear about this John Beck rip-off a lot at the Post Office. Beck never suceeded in getting a dime from me. Even then, the multiple harassing sales pitch phone calls came in, as well as constant email solicitations. What a pack of wolves, where is the Attorney General? Why isn't this crook in jail ? Maybe a few hundred thousand people should do exactly the same process that I did. The cost of mailing and handling the thousands of refused packages, might get this scumbag's attention. Then maybe John Beck would see what it's like to have someone getting into his pocket. He knows what he's doing is wrong, and that he's hurting a lot of working people, he doesn't care one bit. Beware he has no conscience, Beck and his entire organization has already sold their souls to the Devil...

Hi everyone, I am a 19 yr old college student who actually believed in building her future of not becoming poor. I heard about this product from my father who was up late one night flipping through channels and thought it would be a good hobby for me. Well, I gave it a try and right after I ordered it I saw this website. Plus, when I opened my email from them; it had no tracking number of the UPS or USPS or FED-ex. So I thought it was kind of fishy. I used my own debit card and my own money that was suppose to pay for my schooling to buy this crap. $54.45 + a charge of $39.99? I didn't understand where the 39 dollars came from. I called them and they kept giving me an automated voice op (I seriously hate those). And I called another number, it wouldn't even connect; someone must of been lazy to pay the phone bill or something. As I was saying; I later called my bank today to file the transaction as a fraudulent trans, they're sending me a packet to sign and return to them. Sadly, I haven't received any package yet and I can't wait to get the package! I'm gonna take it to the post office and then get a signed/return receipt; so they can't b.s. me saying they never received it. :] I can't wait to get that and my bank thing, I can then file a lawsuit against them and probably cage them up for a while. :] Luckily my major is law; so my professors are hard core lawyers. I hope you guys are going to do the same; we need these a-holes in the cage. So the rest of the citizens don't have to suffer for this. El-Latero.

Hello All. Please take my word for it and do not fall into this deceitful scam. My husband and I really wanted to advance our lives considering the fact that we already have two children and another on the way. We were initially charged for the product which was out dated. (From 2002) We finally decided that there was something really wrong and decided to demand our money back! We tried to call over and over, no response. They charged payment on our credit card that we never authorized. It is really a shame that someone would just take money from a hard working family. -Very Dissapointed.

Some people are obviously making this work. However, you may have to search every G*d D*mn county in the entire country to do what he says. I fortunately didn't let them charge me the 40.00 dollars a month and I never called the 800 number because I knew where these sh*t heads were going to go. Why the h*ll would I pay someone thousands of dollars to have no more contact with them than over the phone? For 7500 dollars, they're going to drag their sorry @sses to the auction with me. The material was very dry. It was like John Beck got 39.95 to give me a f*ck load of information that will take me forever to master and a lifetime to use. So far, I've found only websites where the counties auction property off and don't do individual tax certificate or deed sales. I've got all this information and still don't know how to buy a house for 371.89! WHat the H*ll?

I bought John Beck's Free and Clear 4 or 5 months ago as a gift for my sister. When I started getting phone calls from John Beck's company about how it was working for me, I informed them I purchased it as a gift for someone else, that I wasn't using the product and not to call me any more. Needless to say I still kept getting calls and informed them the same thing. Imagine my suprise when I opened my Visa statement and found a charge for $39.95 from John Beck for something called Property Vault which i never ordered or received. I have tried for several days to call the (long distance) phone number. I do get through to an automated system, but after trying every extension they have, have gotten no answer. It just rings and rings about 15 times then I get a busy signal and it cuts off the line. I have called my Visa company and am putting in a dispute claim. (Hope that works), but something has got to be done about this SCAM!!! Jo Ellen in Jacksonville

It is a scam and whoever is running this scam needs to be found and turned over to the appropriate agency to stop this rediculous scan--it costing thousand's of dollars to everyone that got involved in this scam. I don't even know how I got into this anyway-I didn't not sign up for this program, it just started coming out of my bank acct. We have been trying to cancel this thing for over 6 months. The bank acct. that this is billed to is not in use anymore ( it is still open, but there is no money in it. Therefore, every month I have to put money into that acct. to pay for this stupid scam and I also have to pay bank fees for not having the the money in thte acct. to cover it!!! So it is costing me the $39.99 or whatever it is along with a $39 bank fee. This company needs to be found and legal action needs to be taken, and everyone should get their money back!!!!!!! Jeanne

Please don't fall for this scam! The products they send tell you nothing more than the commercial on TV and then they proceed to charge your credit card $39.95 a month for ever!!! I bought the John Beck Program on March 13, 2007, less than a month after my husband and I got married. We are in our early twenties and we were just hoping to get a good start in life. First I ordered the program after seeing the infomercial, in a few days, it arrived at my home with a letter that I should call this certain phone number to get started. So I did call the number, and I spoke to someone named Kamron. He expressed to me that my husband and I fit the profile for being a success story on one of their infomercials. He said that I would be getting a call from the "National Director" named Bill...you may have heard of him. He told my husband and I that we are exactly the type of people that have the drive and smarts to achieve financial freedom with this program, and so he offered us 10 weeks of "coaching", with a "highly qualified personal coach" named Becky. In addition to this "wonderful opportunity" we would receive unlimited access to John Becks Land Bank, where the property was supposedly listed and available to be bought at half it's market value. In addition to that, we were told that there was a 97% success rate of making $8,000 - $30,000 dollars within the first 30 to 60 days of the program, and only a 3% chance that you would only make your money back. 97% + 3% = 100% chance of getting you money back. And all of this and more for the "small price" of $6,580 dollars. Now, when you're young and impressionable ears hear of a way to expand the reaches of your already pressured financial situation you become hopeful and ambitious at the thought of being "financially free." This deal sounded pretty good... Since that is the situation my husband and I were in (and are still currently in), we signed up. They charged our credit cards $6,580, they justified this by saying that we were using "Other Peoples Money" to make our money, and that's why this was such a great program. We were to charge the properties to the cards, sell the properties, pay back the credit cards, and keep the profits. Then Bill put us in touch with a man named Mike, he was to be our so-called Customer Service Representative, and told us to get a tape recorder, so we could tape all of our sessions with Becky, and also, he told us that he would be on our butts constantly to make sure we were succeeding... then he proceeded to tell us that the best thing we could do is keep this program to ourselves, so that no one would talk us out of it and try to convince us that we were being taken advantage of. By this time however, we had already paid. So needless to say, we never heard from Mike again, and Bill would never return our phone calls when we wanted to complain. Becky told us nothing that anyone wouldn't already know without a little research from a book, and the Land Bank didn't have one single property on it since the day we signed up for this program/scam. The books they sent us had a bunch of website addresses most of which ended up being dead links, sending us to an error page, and the Property Vault was virtually useless. After we signed up for this scam, we got calls from a company called Strategic Financial Services, selling a service to register our LLC in the state of Wyoming for tax purposes, and a separate call from a "CPA" named, Martin, who sold us a tax preparation service. The LLC and the CPA together was over $2,000 dollars. Of course we bought these scam products too, because liability is something no one can afford. My husband and I spent at least 40 hours a week trying to find property, we ran up our cell phone bills, making calls to the Land Bank, asking about when the property would be there for us to access, and calling counties, trying to find out about property, not to mention the use of the lousy 30 minutes, one time a week that Becky wasted. We were told every day for 4 months that the property on the Land Bank would be posted within a week, and there still is no property there. We have acquired 2 properties now, about 2 months ago, and we are sitting on them, because we can't sell them. Bill told us to apply for as many 0% credit cards as we could, so we could pay for things, so we did... Yesterday we called a debt consolidation company, where they informed us that it would take us 17.5 years to pay back our debt, and at the end of it we would end up paying more than $34,000 dollars. John Beck is a scammer and so is everyone else that works for him. He is a financial rapist, and he will pay for this when he dies and meets his maker... but until then, I want my $10,000 dollars back plus, and I want it now. Because not only did John Beck take my money, he took my security and trust, not to mention ruined my health and credit. I am planning on going to channel 3, 5 and 8 news to report this scam and get it out in the open. Everyone who has been raped by John Beck and his followers should join me, because whether you were taken for $39.95 or $20,000.95, you should get your money back. Every dollar in his hand is like a dollar in the devils hand.

I bought this product thinking that I could own my own home and have a stable life for my wife and kids as well as myself! I got calls after calls and charged $40 a month for nothing. They even acted as if they were gonna help me clean my credit up so that I could get a home. Your better off putting $40 a month towards your bad credit and sooner are latter you will be able to get a loan to buy a home for yourself. But you will never be a millionaire with John Beck! Take my advise this is a scam and were being used to make John rich!!!!!!!

Early one morning, my fiance came into the kitchen all smiles because he had just seen John Beck's infomercial. He was excited to order the product, and asked me if I would try it with him. I agreed to take a look at the materials when they arrived. Before we had even gotten the package, he received a call around 9:45PM from a "coach" wanting to know how much we made, how much we want to make, and how much we can afford to "invest". My fiance asked if we could call back in a couple of days when we had the DVD and CD-ROMs. This guy called rougly twice a day for a week. Once our materials arrived, we were dissapointed with what our $80 had got us. I conviced him not to participate. When our coach called yet again to discuss the product, my fiance told him we had decided to withdraw from the program. The rep kept him on the phone for a good 15 minutes making snide remarks, and the two went back-and-forth about it. Finally my fiance said he didn't want to argue about it. The rep then replied, "It's like your fiance took a knife and snipped something off!" Obviously, this sealed the deal on our decision to rescind from the program. After reading page after page of complaints I'm going to kiss that $80 goodbye and not even attempt a refund.

I am so upset with my John Beck experience. I still want to do real estate investing but this is terrible . His program is a bunch of links and more documents to purchase. If anyone was wondering why they got charged 39.95 once and then the following month, the first is for the program then you are charged 39.95 monthly for the "John Beck Property Vault". Do Not Buy This Program.

I ordered the program for 39.95 like everyone else, and the material i got was useless, then today i got a call from Michael at Free and clear and he said he was the Senior Director and ask me about how much i had to invest and how much time, then he said let me call you back in 4-5 minutes with a business program fitted to your needs. well he wants 4860.00 up front which he says is all tax deductible since i would be a small business owner and he would set me up with the books and his coaches that would assist me looking for these properties in the John Beck vault. Im glad i read up and contacted the better buisness bureau who gave me this site to let all those unwary people to read and learn. Definately buyer beware.
