I purchased this product. Decided it was not for me and tried to cancel. On the back of the brochure it states you can cancel at any time by e-mailing clientservices@johnbeckclub.com or calling 877-636-3025. I e-mailed my cancellation a few times and my e-mails kept getting kicked back to me. I've tried calling the phone number and never got a live person only voice messaging saying to cancel press this # and leave a message which I did a couple of times. For about 3-4 weeks I tried to cancel this account and sure enough I got billed again for the $39.95. I still have not been able to contact anyone to cancel this and now I have to close my account and start a new one. Very irritated and aggravated about this whole situation.

I am glad to see this company getting the negative feedback they deserve. They haved robbed us and should not get away with this. I bought the useless program and was also being charged for the monthly $39.95 that was not authorized by me. How can this man get away with this? As a strong believer in Christ, I believe he will get the punishment that he most definately deserves!!!!

I was tricked by John the thief Beck and they stole money out of my bank account and made me bounce checks. I am going to ask God to bring this guy down.

i bought john beck's system. read through it, and immediately returned it. got my money back minus their shipping costs and mine, so it cost me about 15 bucks for the experience. i sent mine via media mail. made copies of everything and printed all the cds for later reference if i ever need to consult it. it just lists a bunch of websites and addresses with phone numbers, and a few of each state's regulations on how they handle delinquent taxes. I did get a call from a couple of rude assholes that would not elaborate on anything, just interested in getting me to spend the real deal. wasn't too impressed, the vault seemed somewhat useful, but most of the listings were located in wyoming, probably very useless property. just wanted to see what the fuss was all about, i guess you have to spend a lot of money to make a lot, and i just don't have that kind of cash, if i did i would not hand it over that easy. This was a joke. I got my "system" and was immediately alerted by the overcharges! I sent it back via priority mail w/ deliver confirmation. CC company told me they have 3 - 5 business days from receipt to credit. I called The John Beck customer service number and got hung up on twice! No surprise there! When I called them they EXPECTED and REQUIRED the confirmation number. They would not credit the account without it! When I provided it - they simply verified that it was the number they had. The customer service rep did not have a supervisor, but offered to transfer me to a voice mail where I only got a busy signal. After I supplied them with the tracking number they said it would take an additional 3 - 5 days to be credited. I did get a soliciting call from The John Beck Company today, I asked to be removed from his call list and told him I had already returned the product he gave me a bogus toll free number. WOW!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

well guys, i thought i was the only one getting poked in the eyes. I find nothing about this product that helps me. I try to cancel the property vault, but thats not working either. these guys even tried to get me to max out every one of my credit cards to get more money to be part of their "team". i said no and now i get some guy calling me every day trying to get me to give them more money. i would hope someone would put a lawsuit together to get these guys at John Becks so that no one else gets robbed.

I ordered this product and they were to charge me a one time fee but I have several charges made without my permission through my account. I am trying to cancel but am having trouble. I wouldn't purchase from them again.

Well I just received my phone call asking me to be part of the John Beck "team" and was curious about the whole process so I googled JOhn Beck and look where it got me. I guess they took me for 39.95 at least it won't be more than that. Thanks. P.S. Let's get that class action going.

My husband watched the infomercial and thought this would be a great thing to try. After much convincing, I finally told him to try it. We were first charged the 54.45 with the understanding that if we decided we didn't want the property vault we could cancel any time. Our issue now is that we cannot even get hold of the company. We have tried 3 different email addresses and their customer service number before the first month was over. I even searched google to try to find a way to cancel, but that wasn't even successful. Once again, the charge is 39.95 a month, but we just are not interested. Now I called the LA better business bureau and my bank. The bank told me that if they used our debit card all we have to do is cancel our cards and get new ones, but if they got our account number, we should close out our account and start a new one.

I had the same experience that many have reported here. I purchased the Free and Clear program for a one time fee then was notified later by postcard that I would be enrolled in the "Property Vault." I immediately called to cancel but my credit card was still charged $39.95. I called the John Beck Real Estate Billing Department at 888-461-9029 to close my account and request a refund.

Well now,it would appear that I am not the only one to be sucked in by the vacuum of John Becks Property Vault.I to, was advised of the one time only $39.95 offer and here I am several months down the road and I have the initial kit and several postcards to show for it and a bill on my credit card for several months worth of postcards.Had I ever dreamed that I was going to be ripped off each and every month since ordering the kit I would not have ordered it. I even verified with the operator concerning "The One Time Only Offer for $39.95",and she replied "that this is only to be billed one time." I think the only one Free and Clear of all of our hard earned money is John Beck himself!! If any one here is an attorney I believe the customer base can be obtained and a lawsuit may put an end to this scam and perhaps we can get our money back.

Urgent I never authorized you to charge to my Bank of America account the amount of $39.95, charged on May 25, 2007. I demand you to revert this charge, since I don't owe you nothing. I bought your course on April which was paid in full, that's it. []

I purchaseed the John Beck,s Free & Clear product. When I received it, I saw that there were many strings attached to it, therefore, I did not open it. It was charged to my credit card. Now I received a post card with them threathening to bill my credit card again for $39.95. I was informed on the card to cancel this product by going onto their website. I know this is a scam and I have asked my cred card company to cancel anything that come through with John Beck's name. The should be prosecuted for this rip off.

i ordered the cd from an add on tv. nothing was said about any continuing 39.95 for a property vault alert. after receiving the cd's (which i have never listened to( I received a phone call from someone who wanted me to view the cd's immediately and cal get back to him asap. I wanted to view them in my leisure so i did not view them by the time he called me back which was in a couple of days. he was then very rude and said i would never make a eal estate agent. (i never wanted to be a real estate agent) Then i received the first of several post cards saying that i would be billed for a monthly fee of 39.95 for a property vault alert. i immediately cancelled over the phone and internet but was billed anyway. i recently received another postcard telling me about another 39.95 charge that would be billed to me in the near future. I again went to teh www.JohnBeckCancel.com website and entered the data to cancel any further property vault charges. That was just a few minutes ago. We will see what happens now. I also wrote a note for the third time telling them to cancel and that i do not want any more info or communications

I really love the fact that there is no person to contact. The e-address which was given on the card they sent allowed me to get my own message returned faster than they got my money. I sincerely hope these people enjoy the money they are stealing from others. Their "real" rewards will be in their future.

I am sick and tired of getting cards and letters and emails telling me that I am going to be billed $39.95 for John Beck's Property Vault, but if I want to cancel to go to a specific site. I've called, emailed and they still send me this crap. I want it stopped NOW!!!!

I ordered the CDs after recriving them I kept recrivining calls. These calls were wanting me to pay $8,500 to John Beck to join the inter group. I truned this down thenwas billed with out my consent or knowledge. I canceled the money with the credit card company and John Beck now I recrive a card in the mail stating they are going to charge me again.
