I watched the Beck program on TV and ordered the expensive program. Got excited. Called Washington state Assessor to learn that WA (and MOST other states) DO NOT SELL tax lien certificates! About six weeks later I find an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my Visa statement from John Beck! I furiously tried to reach this company but could not. Then I started getting emails and postcards saying that they were going to be charging me another $39.95, again and again... Contacted my credit card company. This is the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever encountered! How in the hell do these people keep charging to our credit cards?!?! Please, everyone, REPORT THIS SCAM!!

I ordered the product which should have been 2 payment. All of sudden I am charged additional payments each month. When asked if I wanted the additional product my response was "NO". When trying to cancel the John Beck program - I was told I had approved the additional fees. I had not. I have not been able to cancel this and am getting a lot of additional charges from the credit card company. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE - I CAN NOT AFFORD IT.<br />

Hello all, As with the rest of you that wanted to invest in some information that you could use to better yourself, I too was automatically enrolled and billed for the property vault scam! I never used it and had tried on three seperate occasions with three different reps to cancel it and was getting billed each month. This is like giving them access to your bank account and having no way to shut them out of it!. I had to get chase visa which I had used for the original purchase and they were using every month for them to get rich to get involved and put a stop to this. Now I get a postcard which offers me the opportuniy to cancel something I had done now four times and an address that doesn't exist. The bottom line here is, my advice is to get your credit card company involved with getting this stuff cancelled and credited because they have more leverage and better resources than us as an individuel without experience of dealing with these kinds of crooks. I do hope this has helped you. Wolf

I check my credict card account and notice there was a charge of 72.44 from John Beck. I also thought that was fishy consider that this product was 39.95. Two weeks latter i recieve my John Becks Free & Clear Real Estate System.I was contacted by one of the specialist. He stated he wanted to help me develope a plan. but he was only interested in my credicards. When I told him the limit on my card he suggested that I go to forcards.com to apply for a Blue Express Card. I went to the web site like a dummy and thats when I was sent to Infomercial Scams.com against John Beck. I want my money back now. I am also interested in a class action law suite please contact me. After watching the infomercial about the John Beck Free and Clear program, I thought I would give it a try. First, they sent me two kits and charged me for both. Then, I was billed twice each month for the vault use. I called and immediately canceled the service, or so I thought. To date, the John Beck company continues to take $39 from my checking account each month without my authorization. This is legalized theft in my opinion because no one seems to monitor these types of unlawful acts by these infomercial companies. I wish I knew where to go or what to do because I cannot afford this monthly charge.

We purchased the program and found out the State we live in does not sell the way that is described in the video, and I would never purchase anything sight unseen several states away. I was automatically signed up for a membership which I tried to cancel using there instructions on the e-mail they sent me but the message is undeliverable at the address they gave me, I still trying to cancel.

Same basic plot points to my story as everyone else: got hopeful; bought the product; got charged (without permission for the useless property vault; got hassled for money by some greedy little bastard, but didn't bite; tried cancelling my 39.95 monthly bill but couldn't get through. Finally called my my bank and they DID get through to customer service on 818 454 1650! The bank was told that they'd refund three of the six month's worth of charges. So that's something, I guess. Drawing and quartering Mr. Beck would be better. Let's put this bastard behind bars. I'm so sorry to hear that some of you got hurt much worse than I did. I'm writing my congresswoman; fraud on this scale should be a matter of serious government investigation.

I seen the informercial on TV. I have some money to invest and I wanted to review the materials. That is all I wanted. Eversince, they have had one scam after another charging me $39.95 each time. I called my credit card company and they told me I had to deal with the company directly, there was no number on the credit card bill for me to call. I finally got another "WONDERFUL" money making deal from John Beck's Vault. So I requested they cancel anything that has my name on it. I will wait for my next credit card statement to see if this has been cancelled.

I just wanted to praise this website for being available to the consumer as well as give an update on how this site helped us avoid being a victim. We were scammed last week and two hours after we gave our credit card number over the phone to these scam artists we came across this site. As we read all these reports on John Beck and how they made so many promises we knew we too had been HAD, I quickly called the credit card company and reported that we had been scammed. While I praise this site, I would also highly recommend to anyone who cherishes their credit to consider Capital One...with 100% Fraud Guarantee! While we waited for an investigation, they kept our many concerns at bay and were very helpful. They took record of what they are trying to sell and contacted them. Today I got the great news, all charges were dismissed and my credit restored. As far as the scam...I have learned several valuable lessons. #1- Never give your card # out over the phone. #2- There is no such thing as easy money (unless your a crook) and #3- The Internet is the best Information Highway. *This site is going to get my donation to help fight dirt bags like John Beck and his followers.

My boyfriend and I purchased this program yesterday afternoon. I got had for 4000.00. THEN I find this site....I called my credit card company but it was too late. It was already charged...yes they charged while we were still on the phone with them being lied to. I am about to get a phone call in a few hours to set up our coaching sessions and I know the games will begin. For those of you who are still trying to get a hold of these people the alias used on us were Brian Pain 800.477.1018 ext 3862, his boss the "right hand man" to the rip off artist is Spencer Simpson 800.477.1018 ext 3873. Then there is the coaching hotline 800.733.7615. The number given to reschedule apts. is 866.373.4363. If anyone can tell me what to say to get my money back before this lady calls I would greatly appreciate the help. We were told the whole deal about being their success story for this year and having to "Convince" his boss we were the chosen ones. We were told how "They" like to use OPM Other Peoples Money...go figure. We were told we would get all kinds of things and then I read everyones horror stories. I hope and pray that we get our money back, what should I do next. I have already frozen my card and reported fraud. What now?

Once again, i ordered this daggone thing and found it not useful in my area either. Tried to call and got a voicemail and no calls returned. I finally had to file dispute against the company and my bank recommended I cancel my current card and get a new card with new 16 digit code so this is what i did. Feels good to no longer be getting charged. Now I am waiting on refund from dispute i filed.

They did not disclose that I would be charged $39.35/month. After I called to cancel, a rep continuously called to try and sell me additional training for $5,000 and I refused and told them to take my name off the call list. I recently received a postcard asking me not to throw away the system (so obviously they received my request) to cancel, but they withdrew the monthly membership of $39.95 again!
