My wife thought she was just ordering information on the product. In their advertising it was never mentioned that we would automaticaly be charged $39.95 per month for their internet access. They should be made to provide full disclosure as to the fact that you will be charged for further services that you may not want.

I order this product for my husband. Then someone called us and want to talk to us both on the phone,(a two way phone conversation) when question about meeting someone in person.Their reply was there no need to but,yet they wanted us to work with them by given them our credit card number. She stated that they only work by credit cards. My husband told them No. Today I gets an email stating there about to charge my credit card $39.00 per month I didnot authorized this,or any one to use my credit card number,.

Purchased the program for $39.00. Attempted to use the program and found it not useful in VA Tidewater area. I later found out they were taking $39.00 a month out for property vault alert advisory service which I never used or requested. I attempted to cancel and wrote the company and have not heard from them. They need to be reported to the attonary's office. the JohnBeckCancel.com website leads you to a subcription of further services and not a cancel service, something needs to be done about this as quickly as possible! This is a very ungodly scam.

Well just another scam!! How do this people sleep at night? Anything for a buck! Lesson to all don't trust anyone, do your research. I've been caught plenty of times. It looks like he does seminars too. How does he do it & he's been doing it for years it looks like. There is really no easy dollar.

Ordered the product and I have been getting billed every month for additional products I do not want. Like the original product, however I have called and emailed them to stop billing me for additional products and they keep billing and not sending out any additional info.

I Have Had Eough With YOUR BULL CRAP & Your Scam. I PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT. IT SERVED ME NO PURPOSE. I SENT IT BACK. I RECEIVED 3 DIFFERENT CALLS From Your People TO Buy More. I WAS NICE. I EXPLAINED TO Each One that I RELOCATED WHERE I AM NOW FROM N.O. LA. BECAUSE OF KATRINA. told them I bought the program thinking I could better myself and my family. I got nowhere with it and sent it back for a refund. Called and got refund number. 2 people gave me an alternate number that did not work. The 3rd said he would get back to me. 2 MOS. LATER (NOW), I get a call from another one of your people. Said he is to get me started. Told him the same thing. He insisted on telling me about getting me started. eported him to the BBB and the FTC. He insisted again but said he would give me the customer svc number. I insisted I wanted my money back. He insisted again, I repeated my request. He asked me if I wanted the cust svc #. I said yes. HE SAID: "HERE IT IS, ARE YOU READY? 1-800-99 NEVERMIND" AND HUNG UP. If this is how you truly conduct your business, maybe FBI, Dateline, 60 minutes, USA TODAY, LOCAL, NATIONAL AND WORLD NEWS AND THE WWW BULLETIN BOARDS need to look further into you and your co.

Just finished filing two disputes on my VISA account for two months of unauthorized "Property Vault" charges @ $39.95 each month. I followed up by calling and talking to a specialist in the fraud department at my VISA bank & she advised me to print out information on this & other websites regarding other folks' experience with this problem. This is for documentation in supporting my contention that these on-going monthly charges are unauthorized, fraudulent, bogus and should be reversed. She also advised me to keep a log of all attempts made/conversations had with the merchant in trying to resolve this issue. She said I likely wouldn't need to cancel my account, though I'm not much encouraged along that line after reading stories of ugly experiences here...

I just disovered, I'm also another victim to John Beck's scam. You are made to believe you are purchasing a one time product (which is useless and way too expensive + 25.00 for shipping & handling), and you then disover a 39.95 deduction the following month. Luckly, I was able to identify this on the first monthly charge. I have cancelled through john beck's site, however; reading this website, on how even doing that has not helped. I'm taking no chances and I have requested a new credit card be replaced. Do not buy this product!!!!

I ordered the Beck system in January 2007. I canceled before the deadline in February and received confirmation from them, stating they would not charge my account. Not only did they charge my account after this, and every month since, but the Change The Names They Use Against Your Account! They have threatened more charges and none of the avenues for refund ( phone numbers and emails) work. They sign people up with no way of getting out.

I was charged twice 71.94, which is the 39.95 system, plus 24.00 shipping and handling, plus 7.99 "vip" membership. I received 2 systems, one to my house and one to my po box! Currently attempting to get refund. Too soon to have a complaint on that scale. The infomercial is misleading and the information received seems rather complex for a non-real estate background, and not as easy as all that to do. He talks about "pennies on the dollar" which can be $5,000 in reality, not $300.00 per infomercial. Why would I buy and sell, if I could, a house in Colorado that I wouldn't actually see? That doesn't make sense. People don't buy cars or houses sight unseen, or they shouldn't.

I ordered his product thinking I might have time to try it, but I've just been to busy. They are charging me 39.95 a month for the property vault that I told them I didn't want. I've sent them emails to try and cancel it, but they keep charging me. Something needs to be done about this.

Well, it also happened to us!!! Luckily only after the initial purchase of the cheesey booklets and cd's. What a joke!!! A red flag came up after receiving a statement from them today that our credit card company was charged another $39.95 for our membership to the Property Vault.... and confirming with my husband that we had already paid for the initial purchase. After researching endless areas in trying to cancel -all leading to a dead end, of course (as so many of you had posted), I just got off of the phone with our credit card company and had to close our account. I was told that since it was put through as a "membership" fee they have no way of knowing different. Now, I'm going to have to fill out numerous affidavits in order to straighten all of this out. Buyer beware!!!!!! Hope more people read this before falling for this junk. If anyone else finds out anything more we can do to stop this guy please post it so others have the "heads up". Thanks for letting me speak my piece!!

I was charged 39.95 for the money vault. that i did not order. tryed to go to the site they said to go to and cancel. and ended up here.with the rest of the john beck victims. i also recieved several calls from a supposed personal councelor. that wanted me to open up a credit card account with a 2.500.00 limit. to use for a personal aide to help me succeed. with the john beck bs. so they could use my testimony for the next infomercial. id like to know how they can scam the american public. and not be arrested for fraud. an charged for unapproved charges to your credit card. the program they sale you is nothing but a rip off..

After coming out of the military of ten years, I end up going through college, in a middle of a divorce, and few steps of being homeless. I needed help. So, I bought John Beck's product and tried it. B-u-l-l-s-h-i-t. The samething that happen to everyone else, happened; First, A man name Josh called and asked a bunch of question. Then he asked if I had a credit card! As soon as I heard those words, it trigger. I said no. (When I did. That is how I bought the damn program of $58.94). Then that was the end of the conversation. That was several weeks ago. Now just recently, I got an email stating they are going to charge my credit card unless I cancel. Well luckly my bank automaticlly froze the charge. The 'Beck team' sent me a notice that they are having problems charging my credit card. Durning this time I have been geting credit card offers from left to right. Which was weird, because my credit is not bad but not good either and I never got any of these offers before. I had a credit card offer of $10,000. I tore it up and toss it. I have been getting other things through the mail and people calling me offering me things that I never requested. Ever since I order this scam, I have many vendors throwing their products in my mail box. I do agree with one other person in this 'that this is a $58.94 penalty of stupity'. But I am glad it did not go as high as I have read from others. I support all of you to get your money back!

I purchase John Beck's program last September, and still did not make any money. I was lucky enough to canceled my trial after their charge my credit card $39.95. They have the nerve to email me and ask me they need another form of payments to continue to bill me. Well, John Beck's made it sound so easy on TV, but in real life, it's even more difficults. Who on earths will actually let their houses be taken on from them for not paying taxes. They will try to find the money somehow. Those two hosts on his informercial, are just as phony as he is. I'm glad all I ended up loosing was $39.95.

In August I called after seeing the John Beck program on tv. Than a man named Josh Kabes called me.I talked to him and a man named Snow for over 2hours. About - team work,it's so easy,I could be their next infomercial. I don't need a computer,I was told I couldn't fail.I would get back all initial investments in 60-90 days.If I had any problems or questions to call him(Josh). Well the coaching started, it was very rushed 30 minutes once a week.Didn't make to much sense.Needed the computer, because he was showing me auction land in Michigan. It still doesn't make sense. The only thing I learned was how to use Google Earth.. Second coach was worse than the first. Didn't even get all the classes I was promised. They were 15 minutes long.It was just going the booklet they sent.. I had left over a dozen messages for Josh on his voice mail.. I left messages on Snows v-mail, Tyler Truman too.. Not one call back. I tried for over 2 months.. A lot of numbers didn't even work.. I get this other number off the internet, I call. I get someone named Tammy.. She told me I should have called months ago, I only had three days to cancel(how can you?). I told her what happened.. She more or less said that I allowed to be ripped-off. We fought for an hour. She offered me $5,000.00 because I didn't go to the seminar, like she's doing me a big favor.. They owe me $15,530.00.. I'm still out of $1,000.00 with that.. They sold my information to other companies without my knowledge, permission or consent. Those companies have apologized to me for the injustice the John Beck so-called company is putting me through. They are upset with the company themselves,They're giving their companies a bad name. The Discover credit card company is seeing a lot of complaints because of this scam..It takes days to get a hold of anyone who works there. Than nobody can help you..There is over 350 complaints that I know of so far..There is also ex-employees who are saying it is a scam, that they didn't know it at first.. There is more to it.. all in all~ I know for a fact it is a scam.. This has ruined my health, credit, and now I'm trying to sell my car and other things to pay the cards when they come in..We might have to sell the house too. We were already stressed with money problems. My husband is ill, taxes and everything else keeps going up..We had to take a loan out a year & 1/2 ago for a tracker for the farm.I told Josh all this in the beginning. They should pay the interest they caused me, medical bills. All the time trying to get a refund..They also charge different prices to people for the same thing.. Profits in any form, seems to rule over decency and justice.. These people don't have souls.. If anyone has any more ideas please tell me.. Thank You
