I purchased this product in January 2007 and was contacted by a representative from John Beck requesting more money to sign up for a customized service. I declined and did not use the product as it is very unclear and provides information that is not accurate and 1/2 of the website provided do not work. I attempted to call them several times at a phone number, website and email address that did not work. I contacted my credit card company who managed to get a hold of someone at John Becks office and they have agreed to refund me my money for the two charges of $39.95 a month that I never authorized and upon returning the orginal package purchased in January will refund me the original purchase price. If you want to get a hold of a live person call 1-888-451-9029, you will have to hold for about 5 minutes before someone answers.

I purchased this product and read through it and just didn't go much further with it because of a another job that came up and I just found out that they have taken another 39.95 out of my account and didn't even let me know that this money was going to be taken out every month automaticaly and it has now put me in the whole worse than I was before I received this info. I since cancelled this product and would like to get my money back as soon as possible so that I will not be in debt. This product sucks. They are not clear on how their products works. Do not invest in this infomercial.

I ordered this one time. I have twice called to cancel, from the number on my credit card. I just received yet another notice that they are going to bill me if I dont cancel on thier site (www.JohnBeckCancel.com) this site can not be accessed, or found. In my opinion this is a fraud and a scam to continue billing people for a one time purchase. I intend to contact the news and an attorney as I believe what he is doing is illegal. I never requested nor authorized continued services from this company.

I ordered this product what a scam! Now I keep on getting postcards in the mail saying if I don't cancel I will be charged $39.95 on my credit card.Put this fool behind bars where he belongs...crook

I wish I had checked out this website BEFORE buying into this scam. I have been experiencing the same frustration and anger that the others dupes. It's not comforting to know I'm not alone. No wonder Beck got Bucks. How do they get away with it?

I have been billed for a membership to property vault for $39.95, and have no idea what this is and cannot find any information or make contact with anyone. I am turning it over to the authorities.

I just received an email stating that I was going to be charged 39.95 for another month of this stupid program. I was scammed when they give you a number to return the product but no one answers the phone number giving, this guy is a rip off and still tring to bill my card for additional services that I did not order. Thats to my bank I have cancel that card and he can't successfully bill for it any longer. John the idiot take advantage of people and is the only one getting rich from this scam.......

I purchased this stupid product. The information is not even up to date. Michigan has now different laws. John Beck's system is providing old laws. Also, you won't find any phone number to cancel on invoid. This is the potential fraud to me. If you are not able to cancel your product... I think you should call to your credit card company and tell them you never ordered the product plus you have not received it. And I think the credit card company will take care of you. You might think it's not good to lie. I think that too but I do not want to give out free money to some scam artist.

It seems my story is just about the same as all of yours! Except I was nailed for $98.34...and as of 3/30/2007 all of the 1 800 numbers have been disconnected. I had the money taken out of my bank card...and the only way to investigate it through the bank is to cancel my account and card! Wow.....talk about a scam....

I ordered the John Beck crap back in January 2007.I was told there would be a one time fee of $39.95 taken out of my checking account. But instead, they took the money out of my account 3 times and charged me an additional $17.00 for something else!Total of $136.85.The result was me having a numerous amount of overdraft fees from my bank. I closed my account and demanded they reimberse me the money that they took out of my accounmt. They did give me my money back but I had to pay the overdraft fees out of pocket. Today I recieved a letter stating they were gonna take ANOTHER $39.95 from my acount.Today is March 29th and the letter is dated Febuary 22nd.So if I had not closed my account they were gonna continue to pull this crap on me again!Something has to be done about this, because someone out there is getting very rich with our money.

I placed an accidently placed an order online for the John Beck Free and Clear Program. I never received a confirmation email nor did I even know if the order went through until my account was billed. I didn't have a phone number or web-site to cancel the order until my account was charged. I immediately called the number on the charge and cancelled. I was told that the order hadn't been shipped yet and that I would be given a full refund. To my suprise, a few days later the package arrived. I did a RTS (Return to Sender) with the carrier and he took it with him. I am still waiting for my refund. I don't have an order number or a tracking number for the package but I do have a cancellation confirmation, if that will do any good.

i made a one time order of this product last year but to my utter dismay, I reeceived a card fro the so-called John Becks Property Vault around November/December 2006 in which it was stated that i was going to be billed $39.95. Initially i thought it was a joke but to my dismay such amount was deducted from my credit card account. again in March I received another card stating the same thing.i tried to follow the instruction on the card about cancellation but each time i met a brick wall. i called my card company, they gave me anumber to call but when i did, i spent almost ten minutes waiting but nobody responded. this is evil. i will inform my credit card company to cancel any transaction with them. if they refuse the second time i will sue them for collaborating with criminals.

Yes! I ordered this product. The DVDs were so boring that I could hardly stay awake plus it is totally different from the TV commercial. This is false advertisement all the way. There was a lot more involved that was not explained in the commercial. I was so disappointed after listening to about 2 of the DVDs that I didn't even try it. All of the emails were bad. When I finally did get in touch with customer service, I nice lady did refund me my money (after having it over 3 months). I received the product near the end of November. My trial period was going to end at the end of December, but I contacted them and explained that I did not get a chance to use it so they extended my trial until February. I still didn't get to use it but they billed me in March, but I called and got a refund. CD

Ok - I've known John Beck's Info for years... If you really get into it - it does work!... But you have to do an extreme amount of research... It's not as easy as it seems but if you decide to really learn it you can make some money from properties that owners abandonded... very very few... The reason I'm writing is that his CD program from TV came to my house blank... We'll I called them to let them know - to send me another one... They said return the one you have and we'll give you a refund... I said ok, but never had time to send anything back and really didn't care... Since then - I get a little post card in the mail, every month - that I didn't start reading until recently because I trash it along with other junk mail...Until I read it the other day and spent 1 Hour with the Credit Card Co. explaining the situation that for the past 9 months I was billed $39 etc... and tried to Cancel all ever since... They could only go back about 6 months... So it is just his program - that you should not have to take any action each month to Cancel... Just cancel once and that should be it! But if you really get into it (which the majority of the people who ordered probalby won't have the time) it works!

I purchsed the system and was disappointed with the information but I ordered it and so I should pay for it; however, I am being billed 39.95 for something I did not order. Isn't that a crime of some kind?

I fell for it too....received the package and it was more complicated than I thought. It also didn't look any of the information applied to Maryland. I then happened to look at a future credit card statement and noticed a charge of 39.95. I thought it was a one time fee but when I looked back at my confirmation e-mails it did say something to the effect of recurring charges. I fault myself on that for not reading the fine print. Anyhow, I think I found a site on google that contained a phone number. I was able to get through and cancelled and have no longer seen any charges. HOWEVER, once they have your contact information, they don't give up. I'm not sure if they sell your info or if they switch numbers frequently, but whenever I Google the numbers they all lead back to John Beck or some type of real estate endeavor.

I bought the John Beck Free and Clear System for a different reason: I am almost 5 months pregnant and wanted a place for me and my family to live without a mortgage. Babies are very expensive to raise these days, as you all know, so when I found out I was pregnant, I thought it might be a good deal. After I got the system, I saw a number to start the business opportunity and thought "I'm not interested in that, so I won't call." They kept calling me, and I told them my story and that I wasn't interested in the business opportunity. Finally they took my number off of their calling list. However, I noticed that they kept charging me the $39.95 that I used to buy the system every month! I tried to call them to cancel this debit on my card, but I'm not a patient person and the automated system would not transfer to an actual person I could talk to. The familytvproducts.com email address I was given wouldn't let me view the page when I pulled it up on the Internet, saying I was not authorized to view it. I have no filters on my computer. Plain and simple, this is a ripoff! Don't buy it!
