Hi, my name is Sharon and I feel like a fool, once more I let one of those so called Guru's take my money. The thing of it is that they took all the money at one time, not like they said, $39.95 and you had 2 weeks to pay montly until it was paid. I'm disabled I don't have money like that and it almost took all the money I had in my account. I've been swindled before but not like this. he's right, he does have a new way of making money our money. And no one will help me. I can't find the number I used from the infocommercial to even fight back. I don't know what to do and I don't know who to contact about this. I'm going to call my bank but they gave me all the information they had on him on my statement. If anyone finds out how to fight him let me know and I will certainly let you know. Sincerely, Sharon 03-08-07

Like others complainant, I tried it and was disappointed when I received it. It appears to many complicated processes. I tried several times calling the company to cancel it but no luck. I saw a bill from them which Iwas informed. Today, I received a card stating I will be billed for $39.95. I follow the procedure to cancel but no such website to cancel. It is very frustrating and wasted a lot of my time handling this. I have now in the process of canceling my account which is another dilemna that I'm experiecing.

I ordered the John Beck program on Feb 01/07 and noticed a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize for $47.78 cdn on top of the fee that I paid for a bunch of cd's that are redundant. I tried to cancel but I can never get through. This is a complete scam and should be pulled from TV. Why can't these guys make money the honest way anymore! Do not buy this product. PERIOD!!!! Very sneaky John Beck!

I got his free & clear real estate. decined the property vault and he billed my credit card again mailed the notice that the thirty day free trail was almost up after he billed my credit card for a month of the property vault. and of course the web site to contact him is not there. and you can't reach them by phone

I ordered this product over the telephone after watching the infomercial, like the rest of you. If I remember correctly, I was offered rush delivery (I accepted) & membership into the Property Vault (I declined). I check my account online daily. I saw immediately where they had withdrawn $39.95 for the Prop. Vault without my authorization. I am DISGUSTED that they can steal from us this way that I have not tried, nor will I try the system. I don't align myself with sneaky thieves & will have no part of this crap! It is the weekend & surprise! a representative is not available. I called 818-464-1650 & got an email address. I pressed #4 as directed to cancel my prop. vault membership & was unable to do so. As you know, the email addy customerservice@familytvproducts.com is bogus. After reading these postings I found the website [] where I've been able to contact John Beck (supposedly). I sent my email last night & got response this morning from John Beck at . Another contact is Michael McClain at . I responded again by demanding the money stolen from my acnt be returned to me, as well as a refund for the return of my package. I'm sure I'll never see that money again! I'll update later with another post.

I purchased the John Beck Free and Clear program and got the 30 day free trial Property Vault as advertised. The program was not as described. I received several phone calls wanting me to talk with a consultant about helping me get started, but on 1-07 I called and cancelled my property vault and rcvd email stating this was effective immediately, but they are still taking it out and I can't get anyone on any phone # I call. very disgusted with this fake program and tv scam.

My husband & I thought to give this program a try for 30 days. Well it is only 25 days & now I am trying to contact them for a return. Boy, its a huge waste of "onhold" phone time, as well as the trying online. It states to go to their cust. serv.site, but there is no such link! All very unsuccessful. The kicker is that it says returns all $ minus ship & handling, well S&H are a whopping $29.95. Please tell me how many ounces does it cost to ship 4 cds in a box!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how you ship it, fed ex, ups, or usps! It certainly doesn't cost anyone in the U.S. $30! So to ALL: don't waste your $$$$!!!

I want my $95.dollars back for pkg.I had no help except to pay 4,000.00 for a trainer to walk me through it.If I had that kind of money I would not need this program.I"ve been charged three times for the vault,Its only been a month.I even got two more accounts on a postcard in the mail. I bought a list of properties that has no info. on it to call it in. $78.00worth. You can not possibly have a soul. Shame on all of you. This comes from N.J. Not one thing was right for their web sites. May God have mercey on your souls. 14 pages of complaints and they are from last year.

I purchased the John Beck System last December for my 30 day trial at $39.95. I tried to cancel the system in December, but the cancellation never went through and I continued to get charged $ 39.95 per month. I had numerous messages from a Justin Barlow but have been very busy and not available to call him back. I finally received a call from Sales Reps Justin Barlow and Dan Ottoson last week. You know the saying "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Well they drew me in, they were very convincing and, after I participated in a three hour phone conversation about the benefits of the John Beck Real Estate program , I thought it sounded pretty promising. I was told they would assist in setting up a business for me to allow me to purchase real estate at a much reduced rate. Would assign a "Coach" to train me in the program at a cost of $10,000 which would allow them to make investments on my behalf. They were to ship me materials to browse and decide prior to charging my credit card, and I had a 72 hr ROR before card would be charged. When I got off of the phone, I started looking on line and did a little investigation. I found this site and the Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints on the same note as these. There is currently an open law suit against the company by the state of Utah (the third in as many years). I decided to get out of this quick. My materials were sent to me Friday 2/23, received Monday 2/26, called Reps Monday to cancel, left message, no return call. Called both again Tuesday, left message, no return call credit card is charged $ 10,000 without authorization. I should add that the materials, which at this point cost me $10,000, consisted of two three ring binders and a disc. No company information is included at all. No addresses, no contracts, no names, no phone numbers, nothing. It was basically a worthless bunch of junk with meaningless mumbo jumbo written on it. I returned materials, via Fedex Wednesday 2/28, called again, finally talked to Justin. He said he can't help me and Mr Ottoson is out of town because his Aunt died (I wonder how many times she has passed away this week). They have no e-mail addresses, no fax machines, no way to cancel, hmmmm. My credit card company has been notified and charges are in now in dispute. A Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed. I have now had to cancel my credit card to avoid further charges by these felons. They should count themselves lucky they are not local.

I had been researching deals like this for a while and thought it to be legit. I ordered the package. Afterwords I told representitives that I wasnt going to use the program and I'd contact them if I did. Four months later I noticed a J BECK on my bank statement fo 39.95 and found out that they were taking money from my debit card and had never told me that they would charge for the service. I was told I had a one time payment. Calling customer care does no good. I sit on hold for 30 minutes.

Ordered John Beck Program on 10/16/06 and paid $54.45. Received the material and it was okay but not worth the price. However, I did order it and paid for it! The real problem was that the company has continued to bill my credit card $39.95 a month for the last three months for the Property Vault service without my ordering the product and without my authorization and permission. I was out of the country for the first two months. When I returned home I found a postcard stating that if I wanted to cancel the Property Vault I should contact www.johnBeckCancel.com. The irony is that the first payment charged to my credit card was dated 11/30/06. The Post Card informing me of the cancel notice was written 12/21/06. The post date was 12/24/06. And I only received after return from my overseas trip. I have tried to call the 818-464-1650 number listed on my creditcard bill twice but just receive recorded messages on how important I am as a customer to their business and a web address to contact: customerservice@familyTVproducts.com. I am so angry at the gaul of this company who is actually engaging in fraud and stealing from customers by charging credit cards without their permission or authorization. I am presently trying to sort out the mess with my credit card company and will report them to the attorney general of Florida. These people are dishonest and should be barred from business or a clas-action lawsuit should be filed against them. G.B. Florida.

Hello over the past year I have expirenced extreme difficutlies gianing finaces and freedom from being in debt,as I was up one night I saw an informercial on John Becks system it seemed to good to be true but,I am young and take lots of risks. I purchased the program only to find out that they had no custmer service contact info or direct way to contact them, that it not only cost me $39.95 but an undisclosed amount for S&H and an additional amount to activly use the property vualt an find and locate properties at a monthly rate that was unauthorized and drafted from my account,Even tho I hadn't even participated in the thirty day trail period I was charged before I had the program. I believe that the program was misleading and a fraud, the money back gaurentee no qeustions asked not true it took 2 and a half month of persistance and investigation to get my money back! If something seems to good to be True it most likly is not True.!

I too purchased the "Free and Clear" product which is okay, not great. I have received two subsequent charges to my credit card account for the "Property Vault" product which I did not order. I have tried to cancel via e-mail and on the phone and have had no contact. The e-mail address comes back undelliverable. I was left waiting on the 15 minutes on two occasions.

I bought the DVD program and it was basically an infomercial and gave no real information but even though I specifically told them not to they did sign me up for Power Vault and started taking $39.99 out of my CC each month. I'm sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed. Especially, after having met Mr Beck at a Learning Center training last year. He seemed like one of the "good ones" Obviously, he is only concerned with charging people a monthly subscription for which they never get a UN or PW not to mention results.

I discovered today that John Becks Free and Clear has been taking $39.95 out of my debit account for several months, even after a rep from his company called me and I told him specifically that if I had decided to use his program I would call them. I did buy the dvds initially with the intent to review them to see if it was a legit program, and as you all know it isn't. I was willing to take the loss on the dvd package, and after talking to the rep on the phone I thought this was the end of it, that was ignorant of me as I now know. You may be interested in reading this review from a guy who says he is a friend of John Beck []. I think that says it all. I will always do research before calling a place like this from now on. I will make it my mission to report this to any place that will listen… SCAM BEWARE!
