I fell for the John Beck scam on the 9th June 2006 after seeing the infomercial several times before I decided to purchase this product. Although the program was advertised for $39.95 after calling the toll free number to place my order I ended up paying $105.33. I tried arguing with the person who was taking the order, informing her that I have just seen the infomercial and the price she was quoting me was incorrect but she explained to me that I needed to buy the DVD that explains the produce etc... I was gullible so I took it. On the 27th July 2006 I was lucky to look over my credit card bill and saw a charge on there for $39.95 from the John Beck Program which I did not authorized and which totally pissed me off since I had already paid $105.33 for a bunch of useless CDs and did not even received a printed copy of the material as was advertised on TV. Fortunately for me next to the charge of $39.95 was the Tel# 1-818-464-1650 CA, which I called and made my case that I never authorized these charges and had no idea what was this property vault all about since I never used it. I was fortunate that the charges was reversed on the 7th August 2006 and have never shown up since. After reading what has been posted on this website and others I am convinced that the infomercial is totally misleading and should be pulled form the air. The John Beck Program appears to be a major scam and I can’t believe that he has the audacity to go on the TV so regularly and blatantly mislead the public and get away with it. I hope the authorities will pick up with this soon and put a stop to it.

I purchased John Becks Free and Clear package in December 2006. I thought that access to the property vault database was free for one month. I did not realize until several months later that they started charging my credit card 39.95 every month. I tried calling the 800 number provided on their website on two different occassions only to get a recording that no one was available. That's amazing - they're aviailable 24/7 to take your order but not available to get a cancellation. There are a half a dozen differnent websites and none have a cancelation link. Some of the websites have no Contact link. I called my Credit Card company in Jan 2006 to complain and they asked me to contact them. I sent an email directly from one of the John Beck websites that indicated that I was not aware they were charging my card, I don't use their service and that I didn't want them charging my card any longer. Mid Feb 2007 they charged my card AGAIN!!!! I called my credit card company to dispute. I see this as outright theft - billing for something that someone doesn't use. They indicate on the website that they have a datalog of useage. I am interested to see the results!!!!

This product doesn't give any type of read direction. It was a waste of time not enough information to help you be successful. They know it doesn't work so the call you and try to get you to join OPM Program for over 4000. No way!! The program for $39.95 didn't work so what make me think just spending more money will work. This is such a scam......

I ordered the free & clear program 1/30/07 and received the package a week & a half later. Four days after it arrived I got a call from a young man who got some financial information & "checked to see how serious" I was about changing my life. Then 15 min later someone else called. Before they called the 3rd time I invited my husband to sit in on the conversation. It took him 10 mins to know it was a scam. He refused to "invest" money with a stranger and the young man became abusive and derrogatory. So I lost the initial $60. I tried calling to cancel and send the material back, but like others I got a recording. After holding for 30 minutes I immediately contacted my credit card company to cancel the card.

6 months ago I purchased the CD's from the infomercial. I specifically did not authorize any other charges when they ask you to purchase all sorts of addon's. I used my wife's credit card since she had been interested in buying it for me as a gift. Now I realize that they have been charging me $39.95 for 6 months without any authorization to do so. I guess that she doesn't really look at her statement very carefully, but I noticed it when I was paying the bill this month. Hopefully Bank Of America will make good on its promise to clear up all fraudulent charges. I have tried to call John Beck at 702-824-9204 but they have not returned my calls. I just wanted to post the number because the BOA employee told me that she can not access anything but an address for these scammers. How is it possible that they are still in business? Greg

Dear Bogus John Beck's Free and Clear: Ever since I have given my credit card for your Free and Clear Bullshit, I can't either have; the program I paid for, contact with a real customer service, or refund of my money. All I wanted was to live the dream of owning a house Free and Clear. Now I have to deal with headaches from a scam like John Beck. So if you mister John Beck think you can get rich Free and Clear as daylight Just Like George W. Bush. When will the injustice end? Never it seems. All Ya'll gotta do is come through. This is for them characters, "Take a walk by yourself in the dark around the lake if you think you're so great MR. Riches turn your filthy ass to MR. Squatenpisses. Take a walk with me or give up my F#k!$* property. obviously these scams don't be responding to me so all I can do is this say give me my money or product. And I can't wait until your people's time is up" ~Kyle

We ordered the tax sales disc off of the tv (not knowing that we can't even use this in FLORIDA). We did receive the product within 2 weeks, but guess what happened next-the company has been taking the $39.95 out of our checking account like clockwork every month! So they are stealing from us, and we have tried tons of email addresses and phone numbers to no avail. Well today, 4 months later, I talked to some guy named Miguel at 1-818-464-1650 (believe me-it was so hard to get a number for a human being) and he said that when my husband ordered the disc off of the tv, that the invoice that came to us with the product included some type of "Agreement".........for $39.95 a month! He said it gives you access to some information on the internet. Well guess what?!? That is fraudulent, and robbery! We never noticed this "Agreement" on the invoice, and so therefore, since we didn't cancel it within the 30 day period they apparently give you, they took it upon themselves to take $39.95 out of our checking account every month since we got the original order. Tell me this is not ILLEGAL! I told the guy, Miguel, that unless there is some signed agreement by my husband, they are going to wind up with a Class A suit against them very soon. So, has anyone else had this particular situation occur with this company? And you know, they should also disclose the fact that their program is not legal in every state. That in itself would save a lot of people a lot of headaches and MONEY. But then, that wouldn't help the John Beck Program fund, no would it?

I ordered the $39.95 kit on Dec 16, 06. I am 79 years old and receiving a $1,000.00 a month SSN pension , and pay $505 for rent, which I told the salesman on Jan 4th, when I got the "follow-up" call. The salesman talked to me for 2 hours, wearing down my resistance, and NOT taking no for an answer. The cost changed from $4,560.00 to $4,200.00. I finally caved in at $3,695.00, which was put on my credit card. He talked about using "OPM" (other people's money), as a way to make real estate investments and as a way to get started. This meant increasing the amount owed on my credit card by making these investments. He alluded that transactions could take place within 60 to 90 days, and that would cover my credit card charges. To work this scheme, it was only going to take 5 to 10 hours per week, however I put over 5 hours a day. My credit card charges are more than I can pay or afford. I'm worried and losing sleep about these new credit card bills. I resent that as a senior citizen I was scammed in this way. Sincerely, Joanne

I, like several of the other people ordered a one time package at the price of $39.95. I was automatically billed again. I called my credit card company and put a stop on the payment. I was also given the website address of www.JohnBeckCancel.com. As you can tell there is no such thing. No wonder this company can make millions.
I recieved the items and quickly realized there is not such thing as this type of "Business Opportunity". So I just let it go as a "Stupid" scam and I was dupped. Two months later in Dec 06, I found a unauthorized charge of $ 39.95 on my VISA account. Talk about making money by defrauding people and then charging them again for a service never used or authorized. I called my Credit card company and will dispute the charge. Today, Feb 10, I received a post card stating they were going to charge my account again. So I went to the web site, had to put my info in three times, got error the first two, printed screen and will follow up with a certififed letter to try to block further this charges from happening again. If anyone is going to file action against these people put on the list.

I just ordered this product from TV the begining of last week. I recieved the kit 4 days later. The next day I opened the kit and looked at it and read the letter stated "read first" and also called the number it stated to call for a "free" consultation. Well, that consultation cost me $4360.00 and I am so ashamed of my self for allowing this to happen. They made is sound so good and that i was gauranteed to make 10-15 thousand dollars on my first purchas. The person I talked to (Brandon Godfrey, 18004771018ext3687) supposeably is the director for john beck's advertising scam. I am supposed to get a initial call this Tuesday coming up by Doug Whiticker and then start recieving 10 week long half hour sessions via phone at a specified time by Jim Heninger. But, today i was looking into this john beck thing and came across a lot of websites with negative feedback from this product. I called my credit card company and told them my situation and they said to call them and cancel and ask for a refund and if they do not refund me to call my credit card company back and they will investigate the matter in full. I am a little worried because i have read a lot of postings by people in the same boat as me that did not get their money back. I hope that u all do and have learned your lesson as i have learned now. when i find out the outcome of my situation i i will post again. take care.

I have tried cancelling this as there are no such buisness dealings in Minnesota pertaining to foreclosing as a way to buy property and have not been able to find anyone to help. I've cancelled my bank card now as they have taken out 39.95 every month for 3 months What a scam and I,m reporting this to Mn. attorney general This is outrageous that this company thinks it can get away with this

I just received an unsolicited advisor that I would be charged $39.95 unless I canceled on their web site that does not exist. There is not such site as www.JohnBeckCancel.com or even John Beck site. We should instigate a class action suit to put them out of business as they are all a fraud. Lets get together put them off TV.
