In preparing my taxes, I just noticed that I have been billed $39.95 for several months at an approximate cost to me of $320. Yes, I should've checked my credit account sooner but I just discovered it. I hope that all of us have some recourse.

I seen the ad on tv. i order it for my dad,but didn't have a credit card, so I went thru my son and ordered it, about a week later, i received a box in the mail, but My son was charged $150.00 for the kit. but when they show the program on the tv, they didn't tekk me i had to pay $150.00 plus $39.95 per month. I refuse to pay, another penny...

Oh my goodness. I just checked out the email again and discovered that it also gave my expiration date of my debit card, but it's the wrong date. <br />
I guess I will be checking with my bank. I have internet banking through my bank so I can immediately check my balance.<br />

I called the # on the infomercial and gave them my Visa Debit card #. Today I got an email saying that the bank had refused to pay and they were wondering why. <br />
It totally surprised me as:<br />
1. They told me it would be $39 on the phone and the email stated the price of $173.90. They wanted to know if I'd mixed up the number accidently.<br />
2. Unless my bank didn't want me to have any problems, there would have been no way my card wouldn't cover it. I've been scammed before, so thank goodness my bank watches out for me. <br />
3. I went to a search engine and put in the name and this is where it took me first. <br />
Thank you for all your comments. I think I will pass on this. As stated, I can find the info at my courthouse.

well to start with. at first i thought it was a good idea so i took a chance,i'm truck driver so when it came time for me to go back to work,i left it up to my girlfrined to go over it very carefuly. and to call me,i also told her she had to do it in thirty days or less,she did it in two weeks so when she called me and told me about the product there was some things in thire that he dose not tell you on his tv.program, like why he charges 14.95 for shipping and handeling when it was only about 4 dollars too send it back to him.and when i tryed to call he or his company to let them know it was on it's way back i used up most of my min. trying to do so,and that was on 3/17/08. so on the fallowing day i tryed again and at that time i used a pay phone cause i didn't have the min. and i spent almost $10 after being put on hold trying to talk to some one.so at that point i called my bank to have my card blocked so thay could not take anymore money out of my account,it messes me up for a while but i can deal with it,bu hopefuly they can't take anymore money from me with out me knowing it. so be careful if it sounds to good to be true think befor you jump on it. i wish i had.

i also spoke to a guy that made it sound so easy and convinced me to put it on my credit card so like a dummy i did so i spent 10500, and didnt get any help i was never able to view one property i was able to recupe 5000 but when i asked for the remainder i was told the only way was to continue with the program by that time i was so frustrated and i no longer wanted to go anything further with it,my credit card was canceled and now im stuck paying the remaining balance as far as im concernd this is just a big scam and a get rich scam so dont fall into the trap like i did and end up paying moneys for nothing

I bought the John Beck Free and Clear books and DVD's and never recieved them at all. I got a call from a woman who wanted me to be one of the special ones that worked with John Beck and i told her I never even recieved the material, she asked if I wanted it sent and i said yes. Never got it. Next call a month later hey work with John Beck! Told her to cancel my oreder and send back money as I never got the stuff. She hing up on me. Got a few months charges of $39.95 on my CC. Called the number the CC company provided and waited on hold for over 20 minutes and got someone, they say they canceled it. We will see. This thing is a total scam, try to contact California attorney General, they have no provision for this kind of scam to complain, hey what do you expect, the government is more corrupt then John Beck.

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED HE CONVINCED ME THAT IT REALLY WORKED. WHEN I RECIEVED THE PRODUCT IN THE MAIL, I TOOK A DAY TO REVIEW ALL THE DVD'S AND INFO. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO GO TO MY LOCAL COURT HOUSE AND ASK FOR FORCLOSURES ON TAX HOUSES. THE COURT BASICALLY JUST LAUGHED AT ME. SO I SENT THIS PRODUCT BACK AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND. I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PRODUCT COULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.<br />

I went into another disk and tried to open the sites and none of them would open and I was told no such site. This whole scam is a total scam. I ordered John Becks scam, I like most of the people have orderd and recieved this noticed that anything he seis you can find at your own city hall with out paying his prices, I finaly got threw just now on returning this. I am going to try and get all my money back, as others I was told it would cost around $39.95 and my bill came to $172.39 for a whole lot of nothing. I have read othere peoples story's and emediatly became scared and sic to my stomac, I feel bad for all of us that got caught up with John Becks free & clear, as I can see so far it is not free and most of all its not clear I dont understand any of it. I am the same as everyone else. I bought the system, thinking about making a realistic business and it is now a joke. They wanted 15000.00 from me for metoring and guaranteed money back but wanted money before I could get the guarantee! The man named Spencer Simpson was very rude when I told him I was not realdy to make that comittment and said he "wasnt going to be stroked like this". Wow nice professional service for a supposedly legit money making business!! DO NOT DO IT! The CD roms have links to non existant sites and the ones that actually get a site have no connection to this system or tax sale properties.
