Impossible to join any of mentioned phone numbers, email get me nowhere too. I had 3 months unothorized use of my credit card, 39,95 for membership I never subscribed to. Only way to get off this is to warn other people, forget about John Beck and my lost $119,85. Call your bank, change your credit card is the fastes way to stop his illegal activties and protect yourself.

Curiosity got me I took the time to look at John Beck's "Land Bank" and I read him touting some of the most horrible basically unlivable (because of the crime, drugs, and gangs) sections of Pa as a paradise. Once I saw this certain area being called serene and safe I realized one of us was on crack and it wasn’t me. So for kicks I called I let them do the good guy bad guy routine on me for a few minutes. I just wanted to know if anyone had actually been to this “serene Paradise” on the website. Unfortunately no one would talk to me about that. They actually got angry and said things to try to make me feel stupid (I have a Ph.D. in Economics so I am not exactly a moron). "Maybe I am not smart enough to know a good thing when I see it". While not a moron I do have insomnia and wind up watching all these stupid infomercials and yes for kicks I do call but I never buy. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Besides buying peoples houses because of tax liens is just bad karma.

I purchased John Beck's Tax Lien course. What a scam ! I was shipped with couple of worthless & outdated handbooks. All the info already exist on the internet. I called for return but got no where. People started calling me and at one point couple of guys started making fun of me for not ordering other services. Now that I'm hearing these stories, I have to go back and check my credit card bill for any unsual activities around purchasing this program. I hope district attorney decide to go after John Beck on fraud charges and put him in jail for good.

ok So my boyfriend and I have been watching john becks program a coupple of times on tv. We then after 3 times of watching it decided to buy the program. We were really excited because we didn't have that much money and we wanted to try something new. After we got the program we kept geting all these phone calls from these coaches. They wanted us to sign up for their program. We dicided that it was something we wanted to do because we were guaranteed money from our coach. Then he told us it would cost 6500 dollars. I wasnt sure if I wanted to do it but my boyfriend reassured me and said it would be ok. My old credit card had a limit of 9000 dollars on it. I had just gotten a card that day when they asked me for that investment(on top of that they asked me to go out and spend more money on worthless shit). After a few days after that charge I went to use my credit card. iT DIDN'T go through. I then called my credit card company. They said that my new card limit was 6500 dollars. I was pissed. I called and called and everyone was rude and told me my return was in PROCESS!! Then on thursday when I was supposed to have my 1st meeting with my coach he actually called even though I was trying to get a refund. He said are you ready to get started. I said no I am getting a refund. He said I have heard and I also heard you looked up stuff about us over the internet. I then told him yes and how he maxed out my credit card and I now have no money to even spend to make money for this program. He then goes most of the houses that we sell are as low as 500 dollars. I said you maxed out my credit card I don't have ANY MONEY! HE was so f-ing rude and goes. YOU DON'T HAVE 500 OMG. Then I hung up the phone because I was so mad. I still trying to get my product returned. They are the rudest company out there and I cant believe I trusted these pricks!!! PLEASE DO NOT BY THIS PROGRAM!!!

DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS My fiance and I purchased the 'Free and Clear' Program offered by the John Beck Mentoring of America company back in Feb '06. We were charged almost $3000 for a program which took over a month to finally get to us, which was past the so called money back guarantee time frame. We had 5 coaching sessions which were a joke. Session 1- waste of time with past success stories, so no information was gathered. Session 2- coach didn't even call to inform us he wasn't going to make the specified appt. Session 3- we had to call to find out what happened with our coach. He quit so we were given a new coach who was going to call a week later. Now realize this has been 4 weeks. In Texas the auctions in the county we reside and the surrounding counties happen on the First Tuesday of every month. So during the first 2 weeks of researching all of these tax properties by the time our next session came up the properties had already been auctioned. This happened to us every time. Session 4- was the coach asking us how we were doing and if we had any questions. I told him (Jim Heninger) that we were having trouble with the county offices trying to get the information and he gave us no pointers or information on how to really go about inquiring about the properties. After I told him what had been happening in the last two weeks he advised us that "'oops' it looks like the 30 min is up. I guess we'll talk next week" Session 5- was to be over advertising and marketing the property which we hadn't even purchased because the hotline number they give you always goes to voicemail and it takes weeks to get a call back. So the same thing happens as in week 4. He asks us how things have been going. We tell him our frustrations and once again,"oops, time is up." We do not even get a chance to go over the suppossed 5th session. He tells us to call them with our success story whenever we flip our fist property. We have tried corresponding with John Beck's Mentoring Institute to get a refund because we were highly dissatisfied and still are. By the way, The first coach we were given didn't know anything about how to flip these properties or the proper procedure to actually purchase the properties. Every State and County is different so when I had questions they answered. "ummm, I'm not sure on that one" Wow, that's really walking us through every step of the way. I believe a class action lawsuit is in order on this one!!!! DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS!!! DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY JOHN BECK'S PRODUCTS

They say misery loves company, I only find comfort in realizing there are others like me who would like to believe there just might be a way.... BUT this IS NOT the way. I did figure out by the abundance of solicitations I'm recieving now on my cell phone that not only do they take your money they sell your phone number to other companies. Beware of every infomercial, check the internet and perhaps youll find the way. I decided to cancel my card before they could access my account and after reading everyone elses complaints I am thankful for this website.

I am just saying that I knew this program was a scam even before the infomercial was done in half an hour. I live in NJ with the highest property taxes in the nation. I have always been behind in taxes and I know what happens when there is a tax sale. No one can just come in and buy your house in no time and sell it. Once the lien is sold it takes months, and you still have time to pay your bill to the person who bought your lien. 6 months. At least in NJ. I knew he was a liar.

I was also scammed by John Beck Mentoring Program/Services...Whe i bought the system i was told that the "24hr-coaching" program was available for 29.99/month and that the call was being recorded so if i opted out i would not be charged as the first month was free of charge. Of course i opted out, and guess what, several dead end phone calls to every phone number available, a year and a half later, BBB report, dispute/credits on my cc and they are still charging me!!! The cd's were non functional, links dead or outdated and when i tried to call i never got through to anyone! John Beck and his "affilliates" are all scammers. My cc company did tell me to call and dispute the charge every month, that John Beck Mentoring(or any merchant that gets disputed) gets charged $25 per dispute/credit transaction issued and eventually these companies give up.....

I am like all of us on here, I have purchased their imaginary program which promises you can make back your money in 30-90 days with just one sale. That was three weeks ago for $4600, I am yet to speak to the appointed coach (Jim Heninger) or the Sales Director (Daniel O'Toffee) who make the initial sales call, they have all misteriously disappeared. When you call the various 800, 888 numbers, you get their voice messages or an intern who politely tell you they are in meetings or out to lunch. If you have not yet purchase this course, do not, I repeat do not, its a big scam. If there is a potential class action lawsuit, I would be more than willing to be a participant. I purchased the Cd's over the TV, then I got the sales call. I purchased the $4000 , and it's been a night mare since!! The hot line has no body that has actually done the program. So in all reality how can they teach me. The last one I spoke to actually sent me to a web site that sells another program similar to theres. This roller coaster ride has been going on since Jan. They con you into believing if you get 3 properties and sell them , you get your $$ back. However , it's like looking for a needle in a hay stack!! When I was on the sales call, they made it look like they were interviewing me out of 5 people from my area. I was totally upfront and told them I wanted property within 2 hrs from where I lived. What a joke. There are none. Maybe in Kansas, or Michigan, very depressed areas do to plants shutting down. I am not giving up, so I will let you know if I ever get my $$ back or get the 3 purchased and sold. If I were you or had it over to do, I would go to www.rogueinvestor.com, where one of there hot line people sent me to get a course and support for 1 yr. only $300. I am really sorry I got into this. It has taken up a lot of my time and energy!! Let alone my $$$$ I even cried to these people that this was my inheritance $ and I am 60 yrs old, how could they do this to a senior citizen. I consider myself relatively intelligent, and somewhat good on the computer, and this has been truly a nightmare.

Hi, After similar stories as above I googled "tax lien mentor" and sure enough this scam site popped up top of the list! Before I even had a change to open the product, they called me and did a tag team sales tactic on me (the first guy acts like he's screening you) then you talk to the so called "executive director" who then asks how much credit you have left to spend and NOT how much actual money you have to invest. (investing rule #1 don't invest with scared(borrowed) money unless you really know what you are doing. Any investing book will tell you that! They go on about how consumer debt is a huge problem and how investing is the way to freedom. note: just go to the financial section of a book store and you'll know more than them. Somehow they word things just right so you don't see it coming that they want $7000 to get you started. and that's not even including the cost to invest in an actual property. When I pointed this out to them, the accused me of saying I was willing to give the $7000 up. Of course I wasn't, unless it was for ACTUAL investing and not to give to some infomercial guy I have no relation ship with yet. (Business deals are built on RELATIONSHIPS and not impulse. (note they don't want you to do due diligence by thoroughly going through the mailed DVDs first) But that makes no sense!!!If I was going to be a savy real estate investor, isn't due diligence a requirement. In fact by screening us this way, they are actually finding the worst candidates to succed and that's how they get your money. Needless to say I hung up. Got called back saying I wasn't going to be accepted to their program.(unless I call them back) Why would they want me back if I hung up!!..COMMISSION of sales of course. Also, when they find out you don't quite have alot of money, they bring up this scholarship thing....so you only have to pay $7000. As you can read from other posts. This is the cost for EVERYONE. Another point. If it was so viable to make that much money with their system, then why aren't THEY doing it instead of calling you? I'll tell you...SALES COMMISSION! Again another point...at first they try to make it sound like the only thing they want from you is your testimonial for TV if you succeed. That sounded fair, until they wanted money. Honestly, I didn't have a problem paying the money for the service they offered if it was delivered in a non deceptive way, and if they were ok with me to research them and the process first. But they play very hard on fear which is sales 101. If you say no, then they say you may not be qualified and they won't accept you into the program. Don't do it, and if you do...act like you're gonna do it and then back out...You'll learn alot about how they get others...plus you'll piss off the sales guy who just wasted his time and got zero commission.

I was hooked into John Beck's infomercial on tax lien property sales. When I called 18004615629 I was coerced into paying an extra $10 for cd's. Then another $6.50 to ship sooner than 30 days. They kept assuming my answer was yes on everything with no option for no. They kept trying to get the money owed up up up. I kept saying no no no. My credit card was fraudently charged $71.44 I had to destroy my credit card and order another. I called 18184641650 to get my money back. John Beck Co. hung up on me. I would also like to enter into a class action suit. Search for john beck program on google.

Hi, I just wanted to say that after reading John Becks dvd's, I had a serious migrain for about 1 1/2 weeks. I was very upset when I noticed that the information was repeated over and over again..I couldn't even begin to utilize any of what I read. It was very stressful to me. So I returned it on time and now its been almost 3 weeks now, today, that I haven't seen any of my $39.95 and $14.95 shipping. They said I would receive it minus shipping as soon as they received the product. I am sure they have received it. What about me..?? Where's my product (my money).

John Beck's Mentor Program ripped me off for 2,200.00. I had a mentor in Texas, I'm in California. I'll tell you the tax sales and recovery is totally different in Texas. I also was told as a guarantee that after the eight weeks I would have a tax sale here in my area, There has not been a real estate tax sale in my area for years. I complained to the mentor office as I was teaching the mentor how tax sales work here in California. They said that there is nothing they can do, i was also told to get my money I guess, That they guarantee I would get a tax sale property or I would still get mentors help till I did. The mentor group changed there address and name, So, The BBB said there is nobody to go after. I have a detailed goings on of what happened to me. John Beck took $2,200.00 from me and his thugs will take from you too. Mentors are a true waste of money, If you need someone to read to you or tell you what to read next email me and for a hundred dollars an hour (After you send me a copy of what your learning, so I can truly help you) I will help you. Other wise just read for your self and you will see you saved a lot of grief and money. I would like to see John Beck and his thugs in the hot place, or a refund plus interest; Like that's going to happen. No Mentor Program Thieves Needed. If you still need to wright the big fat check, send it to me, I will try to really help you and for the big money I will fly out there and go to an auction with you. But, you Can do it on your own. No Mentor Needed. I would like my money back John Beck.
