We were Double billed by Singer for the vac on a buy one get one free? -- They sent us 2 orders (4 vacs) -- We tried to send 2 back, but almost impossible to get in touch with customer service -- we ended up keeping them and giving them to family -- Never got free gift -- Customer Service was horible -- vac is no good!

Back in October 2006, I ordered this vac online cause of the T.v. commercial...well, when I placed the order online (buy one get one free deal), they charged me for TWO VACS! I was so mad. I tried to call them about getting my money back cause I should have only been charged for one, yet I never could get through. I waited and waited for the product to come in the mail and IT NEVER DID! Still to this day....I have never seen that vacuum nor have I got my money back!

I ordered the Smart Vac Power Vac from an informercial using my Visa Debit card. When my account was charged it was three times the amount I was quoted. Then when I called the company to cancel the order I was told that it was too late by one rep after being told that it could be done by another. When the merchandise arrived, it was very poor quality so I sent it back. This was last December an I am still waiting for my account to be credited.

Now this product is being marketed at the Smart Space Power Vac, and was also marketed as the Windstorm vacuum and it has changed hands a few times as to who is marketing it. I was taken the same way as many people have been. Billed double for a product that is a total piece of crap.. never recieved the free gift steamer and was billed for that as well as getting a hefty shipping charge that was quoted as 18.50 per vacuum and paid 117.00. Yeah I can send it back at my expense but after seeing what has happened to several customers my husband is taking the product to where it was shipped from which happens to be a 15 minute drive from our home.. So what started out as a 157.00 deal turned out to be a 342.99 lesson in infomercial scams! Do not buy this item!!!

I received this product in September of 2005. I was charged $124.13 for the product and 2 sets of filters. It has worked alright but I need to replace the filters and find that these folks are no where to be found. How can I retrieve either my money or some additional filters?

My mother had ordered the buy one get one free Lazer Storm Vac. back on August 24, 2005. She had seen the the vaccum on an imfomercial on tv. when she called they asked her for a Credit Card, she did not have one to give so they told her to mail them a check for $156.85 and her 2 Lazer Storm vacs would be shipped as soon as her check was received. She waited several weeks after the check had allready been cashed and never received anything. She had called the 800 number several times and been put on hold with out ever getting through. When she did get a chance to talk to someone the woman had told her that her order would be shipped. She has called back several times to request her money back and they told her that her money would be refunded and she should receive it within several bussiness days. To this day she has never received anyhting from the company. She called the same company back on 10-9-2007 and spoke to the same woman and she insisted that my mother had the wrong bussiness. And then gave her a number to contact the company she was looking for. She called the number and it was no longer in service. My mother is on a fixed income and is 73 years old and raising her grandaughter and does not have an extra 156.85 to throw away on something she needed and never received. Then she had to purchase a vaccum which costed her even more. Thank goodness she did not have a credit card because they might have charged her even more. Shame on this company and shame on the people who answer the phones and give false hope to these people that cant afford to lose that kind of money and tell people that they are going to receive things that their not, especially their money back.

I ordered the buy one get one free storm vac. They sent me four not two and charged me for them. I called when I recieved them and told them I ordered one buy one and get one free and said just send the others back. Before I sent them back I tried one of the two I original ones it worked about 30 seconds made a loud clicking noise and I unpluged it and sent all four back!!! Not keeping any of them. I called the complant department and they gave me an e-mail address to answer my questions about the return of the money I paid from my credit card and my reply to all my questions was: We are looking at each complant one by one!!! This all started July 2006, todays date is October 08, 2007 I guess I will have to get a lawyer to look into the situation!!!!

I bought this vacuum. They shipped me double the product and and charged my card double. I called them immediately and they told me I would have to pay to ship back and then I would get a refund. Well I shipped it back and never got a refund. I called and spoke to customer service many times and they told me they would refund my $250.00, but I have still never received it. I even got the Better Business Bureau involved, but they told them they would send me the money and they still have not. This has been going on a 1yr and half now. So basically they stole my money.

Apparently, like so many others I went on line after seeing the TV ad for the Lazer Storm Vac on 8/30/2005, got through with all the ordering on line, got an order number as confirmation, yet with no final total. Printed out the last page the internet gave me, had the 800 number from TV. After my credit card was charged and I received no further notice, I called the 800 number and received notification that there were back orders and it would take at least 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. I called up after that but got no answer. I still have no vac and am out $151.27. Is everyone just writing these emails to complain about Igia for nothing. As far as I am concerned, The "as seen on tv network" should be held responsible.

I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum in September of 2005. I was billed $313.17 and have never recieved the product, so I suppose I do not own the product but I guess you can say I attempted to try the product. Why is this type of scam and ripoff allowed be profitable? The television stations should be more responsible for what they allow to get aired. If the stations had to make good on any advertisment I bet scam and ripoffs like this would cease. I wonder if the television station was paid for their airtime. I am now trying the 800 # but I am afraid they will bill my account again if I should happen to reach someone. Can someone tell me how to get my money back or am I just venting to make myself more upset aboutthe $313.70 I NEED!!!!

August26,2005 $313.70 was deducted from my account, twice the agreed upon amount. I canceled immediatly. Customer service said I would get a full refund. Almost two years have gone by. I have sent many emails and called many times now there numbers have been disconnected.

On November 2005 I ordered online my new vacuum which I had paid a total of 208.16 That amount that was charged inmediately to my debit card. Since that time, November 2005 I have been patiently waiting for my storm vacuum but never arrived. I placed so many so phone calls and wrote customer service a few times and I was told I was going to receive my money back since the vacuums and filters where in backorder. They never did! Can someone please take charge of my claim? I am a single mother of one, money is tight and these people are the worst ones I have encountered in my whole life! Thanks! Ana Rosa

I feel everyone's pain and anguish with this bogus company. The only nice thing that came out of the whole ordeal, is that my bank, (Wachovia)put the money this stupid company stole from me back into my account. (I used my debit card)I had to fill out alot of paperwork, but I did get my money back. I have even gone as far as contacting my local cable company to warn them that they are airing a bogus infomercial, but they don't seem to care. My advice is to call your banks and credit card companies. Hopefully you all will eventually get your money back. Good luck!

I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm vacuum on-line on August 11, 2005. My credit card was charged in the amount of $201.11. I cancelled the order that day by phone. Today is January 19, 2007. I still have not received a refund nor has my credit card been credited. I call, phone, e-mail constantly. Each time I call and actually get to speak to a live person, I am told a different (oftentimes conflicting) story. I don't know what to do now.

I ordered one of this product based on the infomercial July 2005. If I made 1 payment, I was to receive a steamer at no charge. I have received the vacuum - it does not measure up to the advertisement. The steamer I was told in November 2006 is still on backorder. Besides not receiving the steamer yet, I am not pleased with this company because my account was debited over $400.00. Because I used a debit card, charges cannot be disputed, as with credit cards. I spoke with Anna/Tactica on 12/14/06 and my refund (long overdue) was to go out week of 12/18/06. I have received nothing to date. Has anyone gotten any satisfaction from this company yet?

I purchased the vacumes and did not like them. I returned them in April of 2006 and never got a refund. I have sent too many emails with no response and too many phone calls to not get my refund. I hope I get contacted if there is a class action law suit. It is truely unbelievable what they can do to people for this useless product. I believe they will reap what they soe but it will take time........Deb Washington, Ct
