I ordred the vac on Oct. 4th they took the money out of my account on the 21st and it's Nov 30th and I still have not seen the vac. I call the number the lady two complaints down from the top gave 1-800-974-8590 and was only on hold for like 5 mins also and cancled it. They said I would get my refund in 7 to 10 business days soo we'll see. Also a little piece of advice. when canceling something always ask a ton of questions. Ask them for the .... (1) Conformation number. (2) If the money isn't back when it's suppose to be who do I talk to. (3) when are their working hours. (4) always write down the time and date that you called ,it helps to be able to refur to a date, cause when ever your waiting for money you always lose track of time. (5)Always ask for their name also that helps if you have a problem and you have to call back. I hope this helps.

I ordered the vacuum and two sets of the filters. When I received my order, the filters were not in the box. Neither was a note saying that they were back ordered. Of course they are paid for. I too have been on hold for hours. I was told the last time that I did get through that my filters will be shipped on Nov. 1st. it is now Nov. 29th still no filters. I went on the Better Business Breau and the phone # for customer service is 1-800-974-8590. I called I was on hold about 5 minutes. I finally talked to somebody. She said that the order is going to take another 7 - 10 day. We'll see! I still feel like I am getting the run around. I am out $36.00. I feel bad for the people who are out hundred's. Justice should be done. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought this product by phone in september 10th the call me 2 days later for the confirmetion of my addrees and my name. the product was suppoest to come with a free gitf (two vaacum for the price of one just with the shiping of the second one) $39.99 4 easy payment not way 3 easy payment (that what they said) blus shipping that cound be 140-150 i think i really don't know but the thing is today is 11/29/2005 and i have been cheating the as many people have said the don't aswers the phone and don't even the e-mail. the withdraw of my checking account was $453.70 (COW) i didn't resive my product eathir. if somebody cound tell me what can i do about it i wound be so glad. I ordered to laser storm in August and was sent 4 vacuums. I contacted the company on 8/16 and talked to Alex and was given 2 dates that FedEx would pick them up. I put it out the first date and they did not pick it up and then I forgot the next date. I received a call from my FedEx deliverer that they would pick up on another date and if that was not convenient they would try again. The vacs were sent back and I still have not received a refund for the additional vacuums and I also did not receive the radio that is listed on my invoice. I have not been able to get through. I get the recording about their hours or the phone rings and rings and then goes to the recording again or the line is constantly busy. I feel I just lost money.

I ordered the lazer storm vac on 8-29-05. my credit card was billed over $175.00 and I have yet to recieve my vacum, further more you can't get a hold of anyone on the phone,nor by e-mail.I waited on hold three different times at 45 minutes each time still no answer.I want to cancel my order but know one will answer the phone to do so. I will never order from singer again.

On September 16, I too called and ordered the lazer storm, automated of course. A couple of weeks I received 4 vacuums, after I sent them back at my expense I was also charged 333.00. As of today, November 26 I have not received my refund, nor can I get through any number or email, Yes, I have been taken and something should be done about it, I will call my credit card company too, but I feel that I have learned a very valuable lesson, also, when the filter goes, how in the heck do you get any more. This has been the most expensive vacuum ever. HELP!!!

I purchased the LazerStorm in July after seeing it advertised on tv. The rep completely got my order wrong; shipped me four of them and debited my card 313 dollars. I returned them, and like a fool order just one; which came-and I was charged for-never received my free gift either. I've been trying in vain since July to recover my $313. I am communicating with the state attorney general in the State of Washington. I am more than very upset....is this the state of American business....you betcha....I say stop buying products from the tv and anywhere else where you cannot hands-on try it first.

Well, folks here we are again. It amazes me to see how easy it's gotten for these scam artists to operate. The Lazer Storm, or Power Storm, or Wind Storm is a tribute to American greed and dishonesty. So far I've found these 3 names that the very same product uses. A fine display of false shipping charges, usually an $18 to $20 Fed-Ex real fee shows up as a $70 to $100 charge to you. The product itself, cheap plastic parts, high speed motor that blows apart easily. Oh, no one in "customer service" cares. Call your local news media, call your state attorney general, call Our buddies at their newest number and let them know how happy you really are. 1-800-716-8667 A few hundred thousand angry messages over this holiday weekend should put a little dent in the profits...

I ordered a laser storm from a tv ad in late September. My credit card was charged $213. Not the price at all. I was supposed to redeive one vac and a free vac, also I was to receieve a steamer, and a $25 gift card to Sam Goody. Well the Sam Goody people charged my credit card $16. I cancelled with them. I have not been able to get through the 800 number that everyone is using. We should be more than dissatisfied, we need to cancel our credit cards, and contact the attorney general in our state of residence to begin with. This is a criminal act by the igia company. This is MORE than customer complaints. This is criminal. And this victim is fighting back. Amen. I canceled my credit card and my credit company is going after my money. I contacted the attorney general in my state PA. I will NEVER purchase anything from tv including all companies that I see. Hard lesson for me.

I have been trying since the end of September. I am furious and outraged with Singer, the most trust name. So much for that slogan!!!!

on august 12, 2005 i ordered a vacume from these people that came with the free steam cleaner that was only supposed to be 59.99 plus s+h but i was charged 118.00 i had never recieved my product and it is now november. i have made many calls to these people and get told many different things, i was first told it was being shipped, never got it called back many tines after that and was told i would get it before the end of october, never got it, so i finally told them i want my money back, they told me it would take 15 to 21 days still never got it, so i called back and they told me my order was canceled and my request was processed and it would now take two weeks and i still have not got it. they have now changed their name to milinex storm vac. i saw it on tv late one night.and there new thing when you call is they get your name and number and tell you someone will call you between 4 and 6 p.m.

On September I purchased 2 Singer Lazer vaccum cleaners along with a steamer. My credit card was charged $274.09, but it is not 11/16/05, and I have not received the prodcuts. Time and time I have called Singer, but was put on hold for long periods of time for instance, 77 mins, & no one ever answered the phone.

Just as so many of the letters I read, I too received 4 lazer vacs after ordering from the tv commerical in August. I just received my vacuums in october. I have tried numerous times to contact these people with no luck, they didn't even send me an invoice. I also was supposed to receive a steam vac and some air freshner as well. I am going to contact the better business bureau and an attorney to see how I can get my money back. I don't want the vaacums now and will never order from television again. Mad as hell in Va.

I ordered the vacuum on July 21, 2005. I received four vacuums on October 12, 2005. My charge card was charged $491.63. I returned the items insured, on October 27,2005 and it is now November 12, 2005. I have received no response from the company. There is no response to e-mails and you are put on hold forever when you phone. I am now in the process of tracking the returns. I had to close my credit card account for fear of fraud, although fraud may have already occurred.

Your company took $313. out of my account which has now cost me FIVE OVER DRAFT FEES!! And over due my acct over $400!!! I did not oder anything else from your company. I am very disappointed with this purchase & I have not even received it yet. I would like to have my bank account reimbursed the five over draft fee $150. and the extra charge of $156. that was taken erroneously!!!
