He everyone! I´m a 17 year old girl, I bought this pice of crap 3 week ago. I have no complains about the informatial because i bought it in a store, (yes here in Venezuela we have informatial product stores) It´s the original, so dont go ahead and think that it´s not. Leg Magic, does work out your legs, it does, but it´s not and easy thing to use, in fact I belive it´s for profesionals, its so hard and unmotivating. I would buy it if u are less than 5 feet tall, because its going to be a nightmare!

I bought this product, and it was not cheaply made and does not fall apart. It works great, in fact. After just 30 seconds I can really feel my legs being worked. I did NOT buy this from an infomercial though. I believe I purchased it off of []. Maybe those who are weary of infomercials should check out [].

I bought the leg magic it fall apart constantly while in use. The concept may be an excellent idea but it is poorly made. This is what is to be expoected by mass production. I wont send it back because I know that is a lot of problems. I will however not order from televsion ads I will go to the as seen on tv stores or go where I can return it if I dont like the item.

I bought Leg Magic to help me get the backend shape they promoted in the informercial, but they didn't say that it will not work well with short people. I have a hard time using this because the bar to hold on to won't go any lower for my height. I am 5' tall and have to use it without the support bar. Other than that, I have no complaints about the product.

I bought the leg magic off of an advertisment on the tv. It was made very poorly. Everytime I use it, it falls apart. I have fallen numerous times. To top it all off I have been trying to return it for a refund. I keep getting a run around story. All of the repersentatives are rude and when they send you to a manager, she is just as abnoxious as the representatives. Finally today I got through to a representative who leaked the information on how and where to return this product and guess what..it's been 2 days past my trial period so they will not issue me a refund...how convient. I can;t help but wonder if this was the plan all along.
To anyone who is trying to return this faulty product and can't find the information I called
1-866-683-7148 (the representatives here are very unprofessional) and they gave me the return address of 80 Van Kirk Brampton, Ontario L7A 1B1. I hope this will help someone in the same situation as myself. Please make it known to all that the Leg Magic SUCKS!!!

I ordered the Leg Magic from an infomercial about December 2006. When I first placed my order, I was only supposed to be billed $14.95 for a 30 day trail period. Well, I was instantly billed over $30.00! I called the company within days of ordering so that I could cancel my order and get a refund. I figured that if this company was already over-charging me from my very first billing, then they weren't a reliable company. When i called the customer service number I was told that I was initially billed the $14.95 plus $19.95 for a 2-yr extended warranty! What??!! I never asked for the extended warranty, expecially since I was only trying it out for 30 days first. I was quickly billed an additional $49.95 payment 3 times! I called numerous times to get a refund, but was never given one, eventhough I was assured that I would be issued an immediate refund. And as for the machine..the Leg Magic is anything but "easy to use". I used the machine for about 6 minutes (along witht the exercise video that is included) and I literally could not walk for 4 days! I am a 31 year old women and I weigh about 150 lbs. I was previously very active, but I only bought this machine to help me tone up some problem arreas after having a baby. Using the Leg Magic for only 6 minutes had torn many of the muscles in my legs and thighs! I have since stored the machine away never to be touched again! Buyer Beware!!

I purchased 1 leg magic after the infomercial. I called and cancelled after a warning that sane morning, but I couldn't get the business office until 2 days later. When i phoned them again on monday, they said the order didn't go out and not to worry it was cancelled. about 45 days later, I got it anyway, left on my porch. I never opened it and returned it. Nowater the return on jan 29, 2008, i have recieved a expronse letter threatening me for reports to collection agency on april 27, 2008.I just realized my $14.95,which by the way was instead charged as $30.00, was never refunded as I thought either.i do have a return receipt and never got a 2nd shipment.I do not know if the box had 2 machines or not either!

I saw the infomercial and really wanted this product also but have since been to this site and couldn't believe all the horrid complaints about this company's web site and phone orders. It honestly scared me, so I looked on [] and there are so many great exercise systems including many of these up for auction and for SO much less than what they charge at this site. I won mine for half the amount including shipping and got it within 10 days. I won it from [] who is auctioning off alot of them and he also has a bunch that you can just "buy now" for I think $59.99 plus shipping which is $33 I believe. They are all brand new and have all the pieces and all the paperwork you need. I have to be honest, I think that alot of the ones you get from that awful site are very cheaply made as they are trying to make an extra buck any way they can, but the ones on [] ARE the real deal and so far I am very pleased with this system. If you get a good one, IT REALLY WORKS!!!!! One thing I've learned and will NEVER forget is: never get anything off of an infomercial for twice the price that you can get on [] for half the price and much less likely of getting scammed or stolen from. It actually took a hugh load off my mind when I read all these complaints and realized I did't have to deal with any of that crap. However, when all is said and done, I definitely would reccomend this product:) Good luck all!!!

I purchased this item after seeing the infomercial advertising at a price of 2 payments of $59.95 plus S&H. 3 months later I receive a bill for the balance of $108!...I called the collection agency that leg magic reported me to and the told me that they did no have any information about my oder other than I still owed $108. I check with my bank and sure enough I've paid The 2 payments of $59.95. When I called customer service they try to convince me that I agreed to pay $221 for the leg magic- I have yet to see this item advertised for over $200 anywhere. I'm will report them to the BBB if this problem is not fixed immediately.

In the month of January I order the Magic Leg machine. They took more money out of my account then what I was told. So I put a stop on my account until I got some answers. When they could get more money out of my account. That when they wanted me to paid the full amount of $220.00; and they had already have taken $35.00 out and then it was surpose to be $50.00 for the next 3 payments. I refused to give more money. I told to come and it the machine. I do not want it anymore. I refuse to paid for it. Especially, When I just look on the on the internet and their site is selling it for $79.00: Now they are cheaping people out of their money. This has to stop. I want them to come and get this machine and take it back with them. I can't even get an address to returned it. I want the US Attorney General to do something about this company.

Do not order this product from the infomercial on TV! I ordered based on an ad that said I could try it for 14.95 for 30 days and shipping was supposed to be free. I was told the product would arrive in 6-8 weeks because I didn't pay extra for fast shipping. 2 days later I changed my mind and tried to cancel my order. The woman who answered my call was very rude and told me I couldn't cancel because the product already shipped. My card was charged 30.05 immediately, I hadn't even received the product. I asked about the extra charge and was told it was due to shipping. I said shipping was supposed to be free. Then, I was told it was for taxes. The product arrived in about 3 weeks. About a week after my order (the product still not here) I was charged an additional 59.95. By the time the product arrived I had called the company 3 times and no one would assist me canceling my order nor would they tell me their return policy. I had my mail man assist me with returning it unopened. He wrote "RTS" (Return to Sender) and the date on the unopened box and shipped it back. Meanwhile, another 59.95 was taken from my account. I called the company and was told they could not give me a refund until they got the product back. One month later, they still have not refunded my money and I reported them to the fraud division of my bank. I am currently scheduled for another 59.95 withdrawal. My bank advised me to cancel my debit/credit card and have them issue me a new one which will take 7-10 business days. They are being investigated for fraud. If you used a credit or debit card to place your order you can report them to the bank that issued the card and request a stop payment and a refund of your money. I'm going to provide my bank with this link. Please do not order from this company. It's a scam!

I also ordered 2 Leg Magic's from the infomercial and they charged my credit card a different amount than they said they were going to, the amounts of payments and shipping do not add up to what they agreed upon. I was also charged with priority shipping and did not ask for it. When I called the customer service the lady was rude and indignant and I finally hung up. I am going to call again and try to get this resolved. If I can not get an answer I am going to call the Attorney General. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this product and the product itself works awsome. I've only had it for 2 weeks. Just like everything it requires work and a person it suppose to burn and feel sore. It's what is required to see results. But do not, i repeat, do not order from the offical Leg Magic website. The website is poorly set up. It doesn't give you a total until you enter you credit card. So i did that and then decided that it was too expensive and i cancelled it. I did NOT click the confirm button...instead i closed it and ordered it from the shopping channel for wayyyy cheaper. Now i have 2 because the Leg Magic website sent it to me anyways!!!! I am currently trying to return. It is a very shady website and they try to and things on to your purchase and are not clear on you total price!!! Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from offical website!!!

I ordered Leg Magic through an infomercial and didn't like it at all. It is not very comfortable to use and not made very well, especially for $190 which is what I would've paid for it by the time I was done paying. When I ordered I asked the guy when my time would start, the 30 days and he told me when you receive it, and let me know they have a way to tell when it is received. So, yesterday I sent it back within the time frame of when I received it, which cost me an additional $30.30 on top of the trial $14.95 and because I paid for insurance and for delivery confirmation, THANK GOD! Because this morning I woke up and found that they, Merchandise Direct, charged me my first $59 payment and it hasn't even been 30 days yet. So, I did a search for the company address for returns which is all that I could find anywhere on the box or inside and found a direct # to them under a scam website all about them. The # is 203-679-3288 and I spoke with a Joy. The address I got was: Fosdick Corporation Ms. Janet Guyott 26 Barnes Industrial Rd. North Wallingford, CT 06492 When I spoke to Joy she that since I had the delivery confirmation if I gave that to her she could process my refund today and I would see it within 24-48 hrs back in my acct. I told her that I didn't even have the full 30 days to try it and she said it starts the day I ordered it. GO FIGURE! How is that a 30 day trial if you don't even have it in your possession. So, then I did a search for leg magic scams and found that a lot of other people have had tons of trouble with this company and similiar things said to them, so, in order to make sure they don't take any more payments out of my acct. since I used my debit card and did not give them my bank acct. #, I was able to just cancel that card and get a new one without the hassle of closing the whole acct. If they don't refund my money within the time frame that she said they would, my bank is going to have me file a claim to retrieve my money and I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB and wherever else I need to. The product is not worth the hassle, nor is it worth the money. Go to Walmart and see if they have it or order it online from them. I saw it for $149 there I think. But, then I saw another post that said they got it at [] for $90 altogether with shipping. I really think I would only want to try it again if I could get it at a yard sale for $10, which is possible. ;) But, then again..... it really didn't feel like it was doing much anyways. Don't waste your time or money. Sherrie

Similar to the noted posted by Kelly on 9/27/2007. I have also had very unprofessional treatment by the company and they are working on means for making extra money by suggesting that you purchased a "professionl" version of the product that contained extra items. Which is not what I understood I was purchasing. They have also sent it to collections so they make an extra $30 dollars. They must have some arrangement with the company for a kickback.

I ordered Leg Magic and after 1 month called to find out where it was. I never received the product but my credit card was charged. The person I talked to told me I had to prove I had never received it. I am now in collections and don't know how to resolve this issue. I think "they" are hoping I will just pay to get away from all the trouble. I have been called several times and I keep telling them I never received the product but they don't believe me.
