I ordered Leg Magic and after 1 month called to find out where it was. I never received the product but my credit card was charged. The person I talked to told me I had to prove I had never received it. I am now in collections and don't know how to resolve this issue. I think "they" are hoping I will just pay to get away from all the trouble. I have been called several times and I keep telling them I never received the product but they don't believe me.

I saw the infomercial for the Leg Magic at the beginning of December, 2007. On a (drunken) whim, I decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a try... If only I hadn't! They charged my credit card two wrong amounts. I have tried to contact them countless times about this, but have only been given fake phone numbers and names. I just received a letter in the mail of extremely dubious quality from this company of a thousand names. It seems that the paper the letter was photocopied or printed on had already been used before; they spelt my name very wrong; and worse yet, they are claiming that they never received the funds due to a "transaction error" - and requested that I pay again! And, not very surprisingly, the company had yet another name. Do not bother with this company. It's a scam. I will be filing a police report on Monday, as my credit card has advised me to do.

I wanted to advice anybody who wants sto buy this product. Please do not order it through the "Leg magic official website". They are so unprofessional in the business and professional in stealing and cheating. Please order it through Amazon.com. After Reading all scams, I was browsing Amazon.com site and I received one for $ 69.00+ S&H. I paid nearly 90 for the whole thing including shipping. It arrived in 4 days and everything is included. Easy to fix. One problem with that is, when you slide on it, It is noicy. So you have to do it day times not to bother your neighbors if you are living in an apartment. I just started using it today, I cannot still tell about results.

I have also brought the Leg Magic, and is very disappointment. The creator use the gimmic of his wife after having many children does not have 30 to 40 minutes a day to exercise, and that is why he created this Leg Magic system for her. After I received it and read the instructions, I am disappointed to find out I have to spend 60 minutes every other day to do cardio and basic excerises with the Leg Magic to get the result that they said was possible without spend 30-60 minutes a day. Is it possible to file an action lawsuit to this company if we come togther and create a case? Or should we report it to the Better Business Bureau? Please email me if you want to do something about it together to try to get our money back. Contact me at []

This company put me on an automatic call list when I called them for information about Leg Magic. For the next two weeks I received 2-3 calls a day with no response when I answered. When they actually did talk after calling I was so disgusted with their system I did not want to hear anything they had to say. Crumby way to run a business. I don't want to know how the rest of the company is run. The phone calls from nowhere idiocy tell me enough.

DON'T VISIT THE LEG MAGIC WEBSITE. Saw the infomercial this morning. Decided to read more about the product on it's website. Decided to purchase it but the website was acting freaky. I couldn't understand the process do I decided to back out. There was not the usual message that you get after you submit your order - prompting you that your credit card is about to be charged. The website wouldn't let me backout so I closed it down. Then, I found this Infoscam website. After reading everyone elses horror stories, I decided to close out credit card. Since it's in my same building, I was able to close it immediately. Shortly thereafter, received an email confirming my order. Called Leg Magic and was told that I'm not yet in their system so they can't cancel the order yet. DO NOT VISIT THIS WEBSITE!

Do Not Order This!! I had the same problem I was looking at this online after seeing the info mercial. I did not order it and it would not let me back out. I sent them a email telling them to make sure not to charge my card or send Leg Magic to me. SIX MONTHS LATER I got it. I called them and said I did not order it. They said to keep it and they would charge me less. I called back again and said I do not want it and they kept charging my card and now have sent the remaining balance of 49.95 to COLLECTIONS! I called the Collections and they said they would contact them and nothing was done. I contacted LEG MAGIC several times and still am in collections. I need to contact the BBB and Attorney General but I have never had to deal with this ever before! THEY ARE A FRAUD!

I entered my info. into the web page but before "sending" I decided not to purchase. As it turns out, they charged me anyways. So....I decided maybe it will be a good product. I was charged $14.95. A month goes by and I am charged $49.95 but I have not recieved the product. I call the company. They tell me it has been at my post office for a month. I go to my post office. The post office prints off a form indicating that a city 100 miles away has the product. I call them back they tell me to call fedex because they actually have my product. Turns out, fedex doesn't even do business with the company. I go on USPS.com and discover that someone in the city 100 miles away picked up my product. I call back they say I cannot get a refund until they recieve the product. I explained to them that they will never recieve the product, because someone I don't know is using it!!! After 4 calls, I finally got a refund of the two payments. We will see if they continue to charge me for the remaining two payments. What a terrible company!

I purchase this and the pole you hold on to did not have holes in it. Second one same problem, this is very hard to use. Not very sturdy, what a wate of money and now space in my home.

I ordered the leg magic, tried it, but decided not to keep it because i have no time at all for the machine, so i returned it. There are two problems, you are responsible for the return fees, and they did not refund all my payment!!! i picked option 2 i believe or one i forgot, but supose to be $14.95, then 3 payments of $49.95. Here is how they charge me, first they charged me $31.02 (which i have no complain and have no idea how it get to that price when they said $14.95), then by the time i return my product within 30 days (in original condition) they charge me $59.95; about 2 weeks after they receive, i get a refund of $74.79 ...uhh....i paid for $90.97 originally, so i called them and ask: i paid $90.97 originally, but why am i received only $74.79 from refund? one of their associated from (18772066760)said bunch of things i couldn't never understand quote "uhhh..ahh..well.." and something about payments..i have no idea...then they changed the topic and gave me the rest of my refund. That is my story.

ok... so i saw the infomercial for this and thought it looked fun. I called to order it but when I was giving them my information i thought it seemed a little wierd so i didnt go through with it. thank god i didnt give them my credit card info. I did however give them all of the other information they asked for including my adress. I had called to order this maybe 3 weeks ago. Sense i did not go through with it i aske them if they were going to keep my info just in case i changed my mind i could call back, give them my name and they would have it all already. They said sorry but they couldnt do that...OBVIOUSLY.. they did. About 2 or 3 days ago i got a phone call and it was a male ( it was a female who took my info) he asked how i was doing and seemed a little to friendly. He asked me if i would consider ordering it now and bla bla..i said no.. well then he called back again later that day.. he asked how i was doing and stuff which i was really uncomfortable at this time. I told him agian i didnt want the product and to stop calling. Sense then.. i have had probably more then 50 phone calls from the same number in the last 2 days. I have a feeling it is the same guy sense it was him the last 2 times. Now that i know its a scam, if they call again i will be answering.. and letting them know im going to contact the police. I really feel uncomfortable knowing they have info about me. I mean, i will be in class and when i get out.. i will have 6 or 7 phone calls in a row.. he doesnt dare leave a message either.. its really getting to me now and im ready to do something about it.

My experience is similar to many of the customers who have already submitted complaints, but I think anyone who had had an issue should say something. I couldn't sleep last night and found the infomericial on TV; I was a little overzealous in wanting to purchase the trial, so I looked it up online as soon as I awoke. I did put in my credit card, but did not submit any final authorization for purchase, because I decided to check and make sure it wasn't a scam before I put my money into the product trial. I was glad I hadn't pressed that final button to authorize the purchase. I guess that isn't very important as far as these guys are concerned;the order went through anyway. Several hours later I received an email confirmation. I have already decided not to open the box when it arrives, and refuse the receipt of the package. My credit card company has already promised to put a dispute into the company, so I won't be responsible for the purchase. I guess the bottom line is, "Caveat Emptor" (Let the buyer beware!!!).

I was lied to. This product boasts a trial period for a low price, but it's not true; they chargeyou for the trial and then some. Additionally their customer service is horrid. The company charged my credit card double the amount I agreed to pay and not one of their incompitent representatives could assist me when I called. Send this company a message--don't buy anything from them.

Well lets see, I tried to order one, they took my card info and all , well i never recieved the product, but they charged me 14,95 already . so i put a stop to my car, they said again sinc i already paid for the trial they will try and send me another one since i never got the first one. well here we are lets seehere we are 7 month later i keep getting a bill from S.K.O Brenner saying that i owe them 165 dollars in debt even though they re-embersed me my 14,95 they are still trying to collect the rest of the money but i never got the merchendice. i think that is the biggest scam ever seen and i hope that people will not fall for this mess. they are ruening my credid because leg magic is not telling the collection agency that i dont owe them anything, nor will leg magic se me a letter telling me that i dont owe them anything. so what am i supposed to do now. they are slowely messing my credid up and i have no idea how to fight them about it/

tried ordering online, I hit submit and the next page was nothing.
called them and they said they were having troubles and the item was not in stock and it was coming from china, so would take about 6-8 weeks. My bank says I can put a stop on them, so they cannot take anything from my account. Good Luck to all.

And they too bill you for two machines but when I go to look at my qanity it only says I orderd one. So I put a hold on the payment and they still shiped it anyway.
