I didn't order this product but a relative did. I warned her before she bought it that it would be another piece of junk off of television. She got it and it's definitely a gimmick. It' actually hard on the knees to use side pressure movement with your feet against the floor. This is unlike jumping jacks which don't touch the ground as the legs move. I would consider this product an extremely low impact leg moving machine that does nothing but tone a few muscles. But you can do that by lying on the floor, on your side, and raising your legs. It's amazing how this country let's companies get away with selling crap like this. In some countries it's illegal to do this. Goes to show that America isn't the best place in the world.

Well my story is almost a carbon copy of the other 42 complaints. I order and should have sent it back. I was not told that it was $14.95 plus the additional 3 $49.95 payments. I have called twice and not been able to get a return phone call. Beware of Leg Magic!!! more like Scam Magic.

I also went to the official website to order a leg magic and stumbled upon this blog after I became suspicious of the site. I entered all of my credit card information and then hit continue. It sent me to the next page which gave me the option to confirm the total of 164.00 (no trial of 14.95 or 3 separate payments even mentioned anymore at this point). I did not want to hit the submit button so I pressed the back button instead but it would not let me go backwards. I then closed the site completely but when I opened it back up it went straight to the page with all of my information on it. That's when I called my credit card company and reported it as stolen. After this, I called the phone number and told the sales rep who gave me the "we're not responsible for website orders, ma'am." I cannot believe this website is getting away with this and no one is being held accountable.

This is so ridiculous. I went to the website to order the product but changed my mind before confirming my order and closed the website. I later saw this website and thought I was lucky I didn't order it. Since I didn't see any charges on my account I figured I was safe. Then I saw an email confirming my order. What this company is doing is illegal. As suggested in other posts we must all report this company. It doesn't do us any good to complain to eachother. We have to take action.

I purchased Leg Magic on 4/20/07, and only read the blogs AFTER making the purchase. Finally after nearly 8 weeks had passed, I hoped and prayed that the whole thing just went away, but they sent me a post card where the company apologized for taking so long and if I did not want the product after all, mail the post card back. I mailed the post card back saying I no longer was interested, but it arrived on my porch two days later anyway - so much for the post card. I am now stuck paying the $14.95 plus the $25 or $30 to ship the darn thing back, but at least I am not stuck owing the entire price of the machine, which as I have now read on numerous blogs, does not work.

I as well have just been scammed by leg magic! I ordered one and got two and of course was charged for two as well. I think this thing is highly over priced and has not given me any results yet. I better receive a credit and a return mailing label from them which they said once they get the machine, I will get the credit...well I better get the damn credit or I will write the Better Business Bereau! Don't get this product!!

Be careful of the website! I checked the website to find the true price of this product, since they never really tell you how much it costs on the TV add ... except of course for the $14.98 30 day trial. The website has all sorts of security emblems, but the real truth is in the lock that appears from your internet provider. Through Internet Explorer 7.0, the lock should appear to the right of the URL address. IT IS NOTICEABLY MISSING ON THIS WEBSITE where you place your credit card information! Beware of any site where you cannot see the lock which should always display when entering personal and confidential information.

After looking at their website I realized that the information sent using this website is totally unsecure because the information is being send without using encryption and therefore it can be stolen in the way. If this people don't use security on such an elemental place, I can say that it is not to smart to buy from this site. By the way their 100% secure site's logo doesn't mean it is secure.

I bought this product on April 10 2007. I called the 1800 number to cancel my order on 4/24/07 because I was also being charge for two machines instead of one. This company has been using the same method to steal people's money for some time now. I decided to report my credit card stolen and make them send me the label to return the extra machine before they steal my money. Now they are treating me to send the account to a collection agency. Today is June 17 2007 and I have not received the label they were supposed to send me to return the extra machine. Instead I got a notice that say "Prior requests sent to you for new credit billing information or payment have remained unanswered or unresolved" which is false because this is their first contact with me after I called to request the return label. I am planning on writing them a letter and sending it using certified mail to start getting ready to sue them and protect my credit history from their threats. I hope you learn from my experience and please keep posting to reinforce the reality of their unethical practices.

I so wish I had found this site before I placed my order. Today is June 11 and I am on hold cancelling my order, that was placed on April 16th! I called three weeks ago and was told it was on back order. I called thirty minutes ago and was told the same thing with attitude and no attempt to offer solutions that it would be another three more weeks, as it is still on back order. Then I found this site and have cslled back to cancell...mind you I am on hold after asking to cancell my order, that they now claim is scheduled to go out the 20th. I have learned that two orders are on my account, probably from the attempts to place the first order through their jacked up site. This is a nightmare. why are they still allowed to promote this product? Both orders (although it should have just been one) have finally been cancelled. Unreal!

I placed an order for 1 Legmagic chosing a 1 time payment for a total of 179.86. My machines arrived today! I used the correct word machines! To my surprise I have 2 LegMagic machines. I immediately went on line to check my credit statement. Well what do I find but 2 separate charges of $14.95 1 of 4 and 1 of 2 on 06/02/07. Needless to say I will be returning the one tomorrow. I will have a tracking number when I speak with Customer Service. I will provide an update after I speak with customer service.

Do Not Buy - Don't Even Look At The Site!!!! This is the biggest hoax. When I got on the website to see the equipment and decided to buy one it locked me into a screen for buying 2 machines, after it had taken my information, and so I x'd out of the website and one month late 2 machines show up. When I called to tell them they said sorrrry!!! And now they've stalled my return of both pieces of equipment.

Hi all! I too bought this off of the web site. I was charged triple and recieved one machine. I finally got ahold of a rep who refunded my excess charges, but this leg magic is a hunk of junk! But, I just wanna tell you all to SELL IT []! I did for $150.00 plus $35 shipping! I had 24 people bidding on it! Just check out the auctions now, it's crazy how many people want this thing. If your stuck with it and can't get a refund, don't go through all the trouble of sending it back and getting the run around, try to sell it...even on craigslist! Maybe there is someone out there who thinks it works for them and you just saved them all our troubles AND you got your money back!

I am telling anyone out there who falls for the Leg Magic infomercial crap...DONT DO IT! Its a big hassel. Not worth it. Along with everyone else on here I was not charged the 14.95 like they promised...I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged almost thirty bucks!! and beside the charge it said one of four!! So who knows how much money they got outta me!I am furious right now. Monday morning I am doing some MAJOR chewing out. Bottom line DONT BUY THE PRODUCT! Not worth it

My experience is similar, except that I returned the product via insured and certified USPS and the company was not able to deny receipt. Instead they have acknowledged my return, but deny any records of charges to my credit card, despite the fact that every month a $50 charge appears on my card posted blatantly as "Leg Magic." Speaking with their customer service reps is infuriating. I have reported them to the FTC, and I urge anyone who has had similar experiences to do the same. [] BTW, though most recent complaints seem to be related to returning the product, remember that people are returning it because it is TERRIBLE. So don't convince yourself to buy it anyway because you think won't return it - you will. It doesn't work.

BEWARE! Legally, if you go to this website and make the mistake of keying in your credit card information, then YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT! There is no 'submit' button, or 'complete order' button. If you stop and close your browser after keying in your credit card number it doesn't matter - you have ordered it. Also, DO NOT simply take the box back to the post office and tell them to return to sender. You will have NO PROOF that you returned it, and you will still be charged and will not get help from your credit card company. YOU MUST send it back, and pay for return shipping, by either FedEx or UPS so that you will have PROOF that you returned it. Then, your credit card company will work with you to dispute any other charges, but you will be out the $20 (average for midwest) that it cost to return this 30 lb piece of scam garbage. HEED MY WORDS and save yourself some pain and just chalk up what you have to pay for shipping as lesson learned.

Leg Magic BEWARE! what a scam. I have had the exact same exeriences. I went on the half ass website to do the 14.95 trial (yeah right). I didn't think I ordered it, but come to find out I did, after much tiring research. I received the product after one month and was charge 53.00. I then tried to return it and was told to "return to sender" if the box was not opened. Two weeks later, I call and they said they did not receive it. I explained to the customer service rep that someone by YOUR company told me to do return to sender. His tone changed right away and he is suppose to refund me my money on my visa. WE SHALL SEE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
