Leg Magic BEWARE! what a scam. I have had the exact same exeriences. I went on the half ass website to do the 14.95 trial (yeah right). I didn't think I ordered it, but come to find out I did, after much tiring research. I received the product after one month and was charge 53.00. I then tried to return it and was told to "return to sender" if the box was not opened. Two weeks later, I call and they said they did not receive it. I explained to the customer service rep that someone by YOUR company told me to do return to sender. His tone changed right away and he is suppose to refund me my money on my visa. WE SHALL SEE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I checked out the leg magic website a few weeks ago after seeing the infomercial. I entered my credit card information, but never hit submit since there was no place to enter a separate address for delivery than my billing address. I tried to call customer service to order and was on hold so long that I changed my mind. I never hit submit on my credit card information online and I am being charged. They say it has been shipped to me, but I never gave them a correct shipping address so who knows where it is going. They say I have to wait for it to be delivered in the next 6-8 weeks and then return it to them in order to get reimbursed. In the meantime I'm being charged for something I never bought and have to wait 2 months to get it (if it arrives at all since they do not have my shipping address)to even get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered this product on 4/6/07 as a 30-day trial offer for $14.95. I received it on 4/20. I saw a charge of $28.32 on my credit card on 4/11. When I called them about the excess charge, they said its taxes. I told them that I haven't purchased the equipment yet so why is the tax being charged. They said thats how its done for the state of NY. So my advice is, if you are purchasing the equipment for free trial, don't do it because you will not just be charged $14.95. The equipment is great and definitely does what it says it will do, but there are no receipts except credit card statements showing the payments done. I also think paying almost $180 including taxes is way too much to pay for this!!

Same old story. I called to order one of these for my mother b/c you cannot enter a seperate billing and shipping address on the website. I very clearly told the customer service rep I spoke with that I did not wish to purchase a second system. My mother received hers last week at her address. One arrived at my address two days ago. This is clearly an intentional and regular tactic that they use. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and I encourage everyone who has this issue to do the same.

I saw the leg magic, like everybody else on t.v. and decided to check out the website. I proceeded to order one, then realized how much it was YIKES! I tried to cancel my order online, but from what I saw I couldn't do that. You have to call an 800 number, which I immediatly did. They gave me the run around and said it wasn't in their system yet. I called back a few days later, they still said it wasn't in their system. I made it very clear to the rep that I did not want this over-priced piece of metal. She assured me that my card would not be charged and and my order would be canceled. I just recived this in the mail! BEWARE!!! Don't trust these people with your credit card!! Long story short my order was not cancelled, I'm angry and am going to give somebody at Leg Magic a tongue lashing!!!!!!

The customer service number is 1-877-206-6760 and, if you haven't opened the box, you can just take it back to the post office and they'll send it back. I received two as well due to a "malfunction" on the website. They charged me for each of them but assured me over the phone that the issue would be resolved in two weeks or less, but I have my doubts.

I ordered this product after my husband saw the ad on t.v. This was a total mistake; I knew immediately it wasn't worth what they were asking for it. There was no return information, but luckily I was able to track down a customer service number (1-877-206-6760), which I called and was given a return address of 300 Returns Rd. Wallingford, CT 06494. I am returning this product today, and I advise anyone thinking of ordering this product to do plenty of research before commiting. I hope the return goes smoothly; if not, I will be back reporting on it.

Do not order this product.I saw the Leg Magic advertised on TV and it looked good. I called the toll free number and ordered it and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. I received it in aboout 3 weeks, but it is a piece of junk. There is absolutely no informatin included on how to return it. If anyone has that information I would appreciate them listing it. I do not want to get charged for this and I'm fearful once it appears on my credit card it will be too late to return. I've called directory assistance there is nothing listed for either Leg Magic or Fitness Quest. Any help on getting this returned would be greatly appreciated.

Wow- I wish I had come to this site before I made a move... I did the same thing... I saw the TV and went to the website. First time, I didn't buy it after I saw all the upgrades. They threw me off. Few days later, I decided to purchase one set. I NEVER received order confirmation email, and I didn't think my order went through because of it. I received two sets yesterday and I was charged $14.95 twice on the same day... I will try to dispute the charge for the one that I didn't authorize at American Express. American Express is excellent taking care of its customers. Hope it works out. I will return both of them. Don't buy it from them.

I ordered this, after a while I figured my order must not have been misplaced. After about two months it arrived with no packing slip or phone# to reach the company, I have several credit cards and don't remember which card is being charged for this. I am hoping someone can help me to get a tollfree # to call because I want to send this back and I don't want to continue to be charged for this item. The commercial looked good but after putting it together and trying this out it real;y isn't what is's cracked up to be. If someone recieved this and did get a packing slip or Phone# for this I would appreciate and email form you with the info I seek. Thanks Julie

Great. Wish I saw this before my experience. I saw the ad over a week ago. Since I had a baby at age 33 eight months ago, this product looked like the perfect gadget for me. Especially as a single mom I could make several payments. No phone call, no trackin gnumber, nothing. I have called the original number I called, the two on the website, and I have either gotten a recording, or i'm put on hold for (nearly an hour I waited)a company representative to answer. So I decided to go to the website. Long story short, conviently AFTER it got all the needed information, yet BEFORE I clicked on accept, the website froze. I saw it as a sign and decided to do some research. So here I am. Hopefully this is where my road ends with them today. If not, I will keep you all updated. As my grandfather would say "if it sounds too good to be true..." Good luck on your quest everyone.

I saw the leg magic infomercial and decided to check it out. I went online, began the ordering process and then decided against it when I was asked several questions about upgrading, purchasing an additional machine ECT. I never clicked submit and just exited out of the site. A few days later I decided I would go ahead and order one. I waited a day to get a conformation email, but one was never sent. After doing some research about the product, I came across this site and after reading that you all had gone through similar complications, decided to call and cancel my order. The rep. told me I could not cancel because my items had already been shipped. I told them I only ordered one and the rep. read me the dates that I had purchase both machines. I told her I did not authorize the first charge and she advised me to refuse the package when it arrived. I asked for the conformation and tracking numbers of the 2 machines and she said she did not have them yet and to call back the next day. I waited 2 days and then called back and they gave me the conformation and tracking numbers. I still have not received an email. It has been 6 days and not only can I not track the machines because the USPS does not show any items with those numbers, but I also have 2 charges on my credit card. One for $14.95 and the other for $29.90. I am waiting for Monday to roll around so I can call and see what's going on. Bottom line, if you're thinking of buying leg magic, AVOID THE HASSEL! It will probably be an over priced piece of junk. Moral of the story, maybe I should spend less time watching infomercials and more time exercising the old fashioned way!

I also had done the same as all! Saw "leg magic" on Tv. and went to the webpage and asked for only one. It came to the next page and asked if would like one for a friend. Put "0" then and upgrade again "0" i tried to click out of the webpage because it would not let me change anything i had entered. So i x-ed out. It said there would be an e-mail confirmation to let me know the status of my Purchase and such. No e-mail and i did NOT purchase the machine it ordered it for me! Without me clicking "submit" Not ok. SCAM! Do NOT buy it! my account is now charged $14.95, and i have recieved it, once again, did not order this product. I will be attempting to return it the next day!

I reviewed the website, began the purchasing process but did not, and I repeat, did not complete an order. I did not click a submit button. Some information was with held until after completely my payment info. When I read the final agreement I did not complete the order. I deleted all the fields I had filled out (knowing that would do little, but had to try), and went back a page to delete more fields and I closed my browser. The end result is that this "Leg Magic" group of scam artists used my payment information upon entry of it and have charged my account. I called them and they merely advised me to refuse the shipment should it arrive (it has been over a month). They will not refund the money they stole. Therefore Visa will take it from here, and I will file a formal complaint with bbb.com. Beware their website, give them no information on the phone. They are thieves.

I ordered this machine in late January. Like everyone else describes, no informative perks on website, no confirmation e-mail, nothing. After waiting a few weeks I called to see if there would ever be confirmation or if they even received the order. The representative said it was processed, but they were on backorder and that it would be shipped in early March?! Early March came without shipment so I called again to be told that it would ship on March 23rd. When March 23rd came and still no activity had been noted on my account, I called again and again was told that it was still on backorder. At this point I was fed up with something being extremely advertised and simultaneously on backorder so I cancelled. I hope that's the end of it and I won't have any charges pop up out of the blue. Maybe I'll try agian for it when the supply isn't as 'exhausted' as it is.

It has only been about a week since I put my order in. I read this site first, but still decided to make an attempt. I've made many purchases online so I thought it might go smoothly. The website isn't set up to be customer friendly - no FAQs, no Order Status, no nothing. I don't know why I put an e-mail address if I won't be receiving a confirmation e-mail. I have even checked my junk e-mail folder. Thing is, I still want the machine. I haven't heard any complaints about the machine - but it may be because no one has received it yet. I even paid for priority shipping. Fortunately, I haven't been charged anything yet - keyword yet. If I had thought it through I would have gone through [] - who has them on backorder, but at least it's a site that has a history and I would feel more comfortable with. Has anyone received one to let me know if it's actually worth the money or trouble? I know it's only been a week but in past online purchases I've usually recieved a confirmation e-mail within an hour, let alone the fact it's been days now and others say they don't send one at all. I'm not saying that no one should try it, just be careful. I recommend going with a more trusted site - even though it's hard to find any that sell this (especially that aren't on backorder). I'd like to put my name on the waitlist for [] but I'm worried that my card will end up being charged for this purchase as well.

I was contemplating purchasing this product I put in my information and had second thoughts so I never hit the submit button however, it charged me anyway and is shipping to my house. They are making me send it back before I can get the refund.

I saw the webpage but the infomercal tricked me into wanting to buy the LegMagic. The only place to buy one was the web site []. I should have known better after reading the negative feedback on this site... Ordered it, gave my credit card information and my e-mail. A message said "you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order". Confirmation never arrived, did not yet get to call the customer service and am somewhat anxious to do so. Nothing was charged to the card yet, I am watching my statements anxiously. [] leaves customers in the dark. This is too bad, because the product seems desirable, it is just not really available anywhere.

I have a newborn, so I am heavier than I would like to be, and I am up late at night to catch the infomercials. Saw Leg Magic and decided to order it. Ordered it from the web. Never got "confirmation e-mail" & never got charged. Then I called and was told they are on back order & will be shipped the following Monday. One week later, still nothing. I called back and they asked for my credit card number again, and I gave it to them.. again. Still nothing. I was irritated a week later so I called and cancelled. Then I saw this website and I called back and got the order number to verify cancellation & the operator number of the person who cancelled it. Hopefully, I will not get charged. It has been 4 weeks now.
