I received the Lens Dr. kit and followed all of the instructions it came with very carefully. The lens dried up all uneven and blurry. It looked as though I had painted it with clear nail polish. And the kicker was that the darn scratch was still there! Unfortunately I bought this junk before I read all of the horror story reviews on it. This stuff is a joke, and the joke is on me. Thank God the included lens cleaner took all of that gook off. I was so afraid that I was going to get stuck with the disaster that the stuff created. They need to be stopped from ripping people off.

I just got the Lens Dr in today and I am exited. I used it as per instruction but it did not fix anything on my glasses. I ruined my glasses instead. I will need a new pair of glasses that is for sure. This product is garbage it did fix a thing but make your glasses worse. If you are suing them count me in. Thanks Kham

This stuff sucks! Cannot use on glasses with anti glare coating. So, I tried it on my sunglasses. I applied exactly like the directions said. The lense was blurry and scratches were not gone. At least the cleaner washed it back off. I wish that I had seen this sight before I purchased.

Same problem most of the folks who reported have had. Streaked coating on the lens, makes vision difficult due to layer overlaps, does not dry by flowing together to form a single smooth coating. This product may not be a total scam but it is definitely not as advertised. Don't by this product. If there is a class action suit against the company for cost recovery or greater, I'm in.

I purchased this product back in June {2007}and it took over a month before I received it. That was after I called customer service, if you want to call it that, and complained.Three days later,I received it. I tried it this morning on 2 pair of my $65.00 sunglasses and all I ended up with were lenses that were totally smeared. This product is garbage and the advertising is false and misleading to say the least. So now my glasses are worse than before and I am out $25.00 I am going to attempt to contact them again, and request my money back. If they refuse, I am going to call my c/c company and try to get the charges reversed.

I also recently recieved this product. As someone else said I should have researched it a little first. If I had done so I also would not have ordered. It is junk and has left streaks in my lenses. Lets go class action. Now I need new glasses.

On 05/14/2007 I purchased with a VISA PURCHASE CPI LENS DOCTOR scratch remover for $25.85 and still to this date 7/10/07 have not received the product. I called twice and was told it was being shipped at the time of my calls. Last call was two weeks ago.

I orderd this product after a TV commercial. They fail to tell you that it will not work on, spray on tented lenses, which most are. I paid 2.95 for fast delivery, two weeks later I received the order. Had I checked this product out before ordering, I would never have purchased it. Please do not buy this product, it really SUCKS.

I tried ordering Lens Doctor, very excited that it would fix my lens on my glasses because they are very scratched. I payed around $20.00 and never even received the product. And from what I hear, I'm glad I didn't. Lens Doctor probably would've just ruined my glasses!

The Product does not work as advertized on TV. Do yourself a favor "Don't buy it". They should ban it. I should have made more research.

I had scratches on my glasses and was thinking about ordering this product. I ask the people working in the optical department at my local [] about it. They said, don't use it...It will ruin your glasses.

The right lens of my glasses had minor scratches, the left side was fine. I purchased Lens Dr.. They are located 45 mins. from my home, I live in Mass.. When I called customer service, I was sent to the Philippines!!!! I followed the instructions, not only did it NOT remove the scratchrs, but it left blotchy rainbowish colors on BOTH lenses that I can't get off!!!! I am pissed!!! Not only do I want my money back, but I want these people to PAY for new lenses for me, what can I do? Forgive the typos, as I don't have glasses anymore!!

The biggest mistake I made on this product was that I should have found this site with all of these un happy customers first. I have seen the ads for a long time and got suckered in. This stuff is terrible and doesn't work. I understood the concept. It's the same idea as what is done to repair "stars" and tiny chips in a windsheild on a car. I said concept . . that's about all they have in common. I had exactly the same story on poor order delivery as everyone else. All I can say is, we all test ourselves every now and then, with something cheap that is supposed to out-perform realistic expectations. What is it they say? . .If it's too good to be true .. it's probably not! and let's hope the thought of "what goes around, comes around" will happen to this scam product.

I order Lens Dr. hoping to restore two pairs of reading glasses. When purchased online I was asked if I was interested in a free (but cheap) pair of binoculars as long as I paid the shipping and handling. I have 3 children that like to watch the deer and birds in our backyard, so I agreed to the extra shipping charge. I finally recieve the product (without any binoculars) and immediately tried it out. First, second, and third attempts revealed just a "nail polish" type coating with extensive blur. Not only that, but I could see the scratches through the blur... Don't waste your money on this one. I would join a class action suit as well.

I orderd this product after a TV commercial. During the process after entering my Credit card # I didn't like what I was seeing and since there was no opt out option, I just got out of the program. I was suspecious of the product, but decided to give it a try. Like everone else, it did not work. I'm s sucker, cause I always thought that "how could it do what it claims." What really pissed me off is the state, "do not use on UV protected glasses." I always use UV protection. I would be willing to start a class action suit.

i ordered the product on the internet mid mar '07. was billed about two weeks llater. didn't receive product for about another month after sending an email inquiry as to the purchase. when product arrived i immediatly tried it out and like every one else it left a smeared/pocked layer of haze on the lens. i was able to wash them clean no problem. it says you can use on any kinf of glass so i tried on an old watch and got the same effect. and it doesn't fill the scratches either. the product doesn't work as described. you do get a cleaning solution and lens cloth but that isn't worth 21.00. if anyone wants to start a class action i'll sign up!
