I ordered the Minute Brite tooth whitening "30 day trial" @ $19.95. Upon receipt of the package, there was a bill for a total of 99.70. When I placed my 1st call, they informed me I had been billed 39.85 initially. This was for 19.95 for the kit and "19.90" shipping & handling (which I was not informed of. Why would anyone pay the same price for shipping as they do for the item itself. I got a return authorization number from cust service & returned the package on 8/29 via USPS (the same way they shipped to me,except again, I pay for postage. I called back on 9/12 to question receipt of my credit. They stated they had not received the package & would put a claim in. According to USPS tracking, the pkg was delivered on 9/5/02. I got my banking statement on 9/17 & found where Minute Brite had taken ANOTHER 19.95 from my account. I called again on 9/17 and I was informed they still had not received my pkg. and that it was on my file to deduct another 19.95 on 10/11. They refuse to accept receipt of the package so they can continue to bill me for the pkg. I sent the package the same way they shipped it to me. Now I have to go to my bank & stop anymore withdrawals from my acct. from Minute Brite. This is a major scam. the Advertisement does not tell people that the shipping is 19.95 (non-refundable), they don't tell people that even if you return the package, they will still bill you for the item you don't have. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T CALL IT A 30 DAY TRIAL, WHEN THERE IS NOTHING TRIAL ABOUT IT, EXCEPT TO GET A LAWYER & TAKE THEM TO TRIAL FOR FALSE ADVERTISING.
