it all begins with automated sales recording as previosly stated. I decided to buy this fo rmy daughter because the infomercial makes it sound so good. After getting through the system I found myself purchasing 2 more colors and paying extra to express ship in 5 to 7 days. Three year olds have no concept of mail or time so i figured this would be a good thing. When it was all said and done the 29.95 became 59.95 and three weeks lateer I am still waiting fo rthe sand. I cannot find a number to call a live representative and I can't find a website to match the infomercial. My only suggestion is not to build your childs hopes up for nothing. Now any suggestions on who I can contact???

I ordered the moon sand for my daughter. From the begining, you talk to a recording that wont let you finalize the order without hearing other sales pitches of different products over and over. This is after they have your credit card info. So its hard to hang up without makeing sure all other offers are declined. After about 20 min on the phone the order was final, but not before the recording lets you know that you are foolish for not takeing the other "SPECIAL OFFERS". Then you are forced to spend an outragous amout of money for shipping if you want it sooner than a month or so. I recieved the package after 2 weeks. We tried it out and it does not perform like advertised. It does not come out of the mold in one piece. Every time we tried, pieces stuck in the mold. The carrying case was inflateable but did not stay inflated. In the end I was out of 80 bucks and it topped off the garbage can.

This stuff is AWFUL! My son had been wanting moon sand since he 1st saw the commercials for it, well the "Easter Bunny" finally brought some. He was so excited & happy....& then we opened it. It is a MESS, you can't do anything with it, it crumbles if you look at it wrong, the molds they include with it are useless because you can't pack the sand in to make anything....it just crumbles & falls apart. This is a total waste of money & a complete disappointment for the kids!

My son has wanted the 'Moon Sand' since the first adds started to run on NICK last fall. No way was I going to pay the TV ~$40 asking price for a box of this stuff. A few weeks ago I was at a 'mall toy store' and they had the 2 packs of moon sand w/ the molds and as a bonus a keychain filled with 'Moon Sand'. My son freaked out so I went ahead and dropped $11 for 2 tubs, barn and pig molds, playmat and the free keychain. Just like the previous person mentioned - it's a mess. You can't even use the molds they provide - once the sand goes into the molds it will not come out. You really can't do anything with it but push it around on the mat. It's hard to mold and falls apart.

This stuff is garbage. It is so messy and the container that it comes in does not hold the sand in, and if you include the toys into the case then forget it. Plus it is so hard to pack in and actaully get a good figure. Gets everywhere, but is very easy to vaccum up. For the price they ask it is very pricey and not worth it. I bought 2 castles and two of the truck ones for my sons (2 boys), and still not alot of sand. You need to buy multiples for each kid just to get enough to do something. Horrible and not worth it. This was a xmas gift and was in the trash by the first of January.
